Samsung disappointed service

Dear samsung,

Please be informed that as a vip customer I have to declare that i`m totally disappointed of the weak service provided from your side in addition to the unexpected delay from a reputable brand name as samsung. To brief the details I have been s loyal customer to samsung since 5 years, I am upgrading my phone without missing any of your great models. But I was disappointed when my new edge phone screen were broken, I sent it immediately to the official samsung service in egypt and due to a failure, it took one full week to register the phone and i`ve got the promise that the service will be delivered within max two weeks. Now it`s my third and I have called the call center which confirmed that the phone is ready. I was frustrated when I sent a messenger to receive the phone and the service center answered that the phone is not ready yet. The phone status now is not clear and unidentified. I need your support to justify the delay and the distorted image created due to the weak customer service support specially the many calls that i`ve bearded till now. I addition to the unprofessional and misleading attitude from the customer service.

Samsung product

I really don't know or understand what this 3 companies agreement is, between edgar's, samsung and mtn people someone is not ok, I bought a samsung a3 under the mtn network only to find that the sim card that comes with the phone does not work on that phone, someone please help me to understand the logic behind that, why would I get a sim card that I need to throw away? Why? After getting the phone I had to now go to mtn to buy a sim which didn't happened because of bad service, edcon group what's with the deal ? And why doesn't the stuff explain that before you buy the phone, now I bought a phone that I couldn't use, why would I be given a sim that I need to throw away why?

Samsung french, fraud, hasna achbarrou chak international

French fraud here!
We make deal with them on 4th-march, the amount is $3,480 for the first deal. Until now, they still didn't ship out the goods, it takes more than 2 months.
They make excuses, every time promise to sent tomorrow, but turn out to be lie. Didn't ship the goods or refund the money. They never pick up the phones or the phone make the voicemail. Please note their contact details below, be careful, don't trust them.

Samsung leakage of gas

Hi all
This to bring to your notice that every year the gas was getting leaked from the split ac, reason sighted every time by service engineer that the condenser got leaked. We have changed condenser twice and now again the service engineer came sighted the same reason. It seems your service partner is trying to achieve their spare part targets only. First they will fill the gas and after one month they will say change the condenser.

I already had 3 more ac from other company (Lg) and had no such issues ever. Also if this is a quality of the product then its better I should change the complete unit so that I don't have to pay 4000 / - every year. Also I would put the story in every forum so that, everyone will think twice before buying a samsung product.

The samsung customer service is pathetic.AC is still under warranty, there was gas leakage.They took the AC for repair and didn't return or even call back after nearly a month.And it's summer here.They have 0% commitment.I called back just to get irritating and irresponsible answers.

I was purchase one Sam sung AC last Jun, this AC is compressor sound is very high and high vibrating, i am many time complaint the issue, Sam sung Engineer attend the fault but not solve the issue, Last time One Engineer tried the problem solve but 10% solved, Now AC cooling not working only air passing . My experience in samsung very positive, actually My TV, Washing Machine is Sam sung But This AC is field the Experience .

AC bought in Jan 2010 leaks within 4 months. It is within warranty period but despite repeated followups no one has bothered to visit. Didn't realize their service was so bad. Shall avoid Samsung in future, but need a fix for now.

Samsung bill lost but product under warranty, samsung not ready to give any service

I bought a samsung ac on 30th april 2011. it has a warranty of 5 years, which is still continuing.2 weeks back I asked for the servicing. the service person of samsung visited us, and said that the compressor is not working, so he needs the bill of the ac to get it fixed. i lost my bill, and went to the samsung store, for a duplicate copy. i gave them the model number as well as the serial number (given by service center of samsung in okhla). and he asked for extra charges for a duplicate copy. i was ready, but he said, he will not be able to help me, as his system has crashed, and there are no records of previous years with him. i called the service center of samsung continuously, so that I can get any help. they took all the details and said, that they know I have purchased it on 30th april 2011, but they have not uploaded my bill on their system, so they can also not help me.
Now, this compressor is so costly-10000, that I cannot afford it. i have tried my best to convince them, to help me, because they know - my problem is genuine. but really I have to say, I have lost my faith on samsung, and will never buy again from them.
I still hope, that I can get some help, and my brand loyalty remains.

Samsung damaged product delivered

I purchased a phone through AWOK. I received the phone on 23 evening. i tried to switch it on but didn't work, I connected the charger assuming that there is no batrrey. I charged tbw phone and there was no display. I called customer service but they were gone, I dropped a message on the website nobody responded. I called next morning and got know they do not work on Friday, Can you imagine no CS. Customer Service are 24*7. Leave this they just dont work at all even no managers. Good Job!.I registered my complaint with sales team. They are completely robotic. I have a lot to tell but little time. The moral is DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM AWOK. I HAVE LOST PHONE ..MONEY..TIME..MENTAL PEACE.

Samsung problem with tv

I have bought a LED 48 model UA48H4200AR on 20th of Feb 2015. The TV had a problem as it was opening and closing and changing channels on its own. I have tried calling many times the company since I bought it but got no response.

Finally, yesterday I got through to your manager Mr Ahmed Abdelhady in Cairo, Egypt, who has solved my problem in less than 24 hours. Mr Ahmed has regained my confidence in Samsung TV's in which I have promised not to ever buy any Samsung products again.

Mr Ahmed is a very professional manager, which was very rare to find in Samsung Egypt, and I was very happy to deal with such professionalism.

Samsung mobile keeps switching off

I have had my galaxy s5 for 5 months my device has currently just stopped working keeps switching off and freezing I have been in touch with 3g who advised me to take to samsung help centre in birmingham they said because my camera is cracked my warranty is voided I need to pay £25 for software update and £90 for a new battery... I cannot afford to pay these silly amounts as im already paying for the phone as monthly contract for a phone that is not actually working... I had a stroke last year and I need to be in contact with my family in emergency... If had another stroke and I cannot use my mobile to phone the 999 I will hold samsung responsbile for this and go to the papers about this device and the sutomersive I recieved

Samsung tab not repairing under warranty

I purchased samsung sm t 705 from dubai uae on bill. I got it register on samsung.com for warranty and it showed the product is under warranty till october 2015. After some time there was problem in my tab and i approached okhla service center in delhi, they told me they cannot repair it under warranty as it is purchased from out of india. On 06. 04. 2015 i visited dubai and contacted the service center in deira, dubai for repairing but they say they cannot repair it as the tab is not purchased from their authorized distributor. My question is the product is of samsung how samsung service center can say no for repairing of the product. Second thing is i purchased it on bill from dubai so how dubai service center can say no for repairing.
Samsung is now becoming fraud company.

Samsung product never delivered - theft

Rude, unprofessional - thieves basically.
They received payment, did not send the product - provided false information (That it will be sent via dhl, then they claimed it was sent via the swiss post).
They then got back to me (After 2 months) and wanted more money because the first item got lost.
The correspondence with them has been unpleasant and inefficient - here's the correspondence, begins at the bottom, until I got the response you can see below.
Stay clear of dealing with them.

Samsung new product found defective

I purchase one new fully automatic washing machine model no. wa65h4000hd from one of samsung authorised dealer m/s. amba aircool (ph.[protected]) , n. delhi. , vide inv. no. aa/3983 dt. 31/12/2014 & ndash; first I being thought bought the world best wm, but my assumption seems to be wrong, coz from beginning of washing, cloth remain dirty and all dirt accumulate on the cloths various parts, first my wife thought she is doing something wrong while washing, so she contact the demo personal over telephone quite a few times, but when solution not done we complaint at your service centre through email on dt. 10/2/14 (as we could not reach samsung customer care over telephone).

However, 3 to 4 technician visits and wash cloths and everyone found that wm is defective. now, samsung customer care partner & ndash; mr. pramod kumar singh - telling me that 2-parts were defective on brand new machine and that is to be replaced. my q how a new machine comes for sale with defective parts? did I get one old repaired wm ? so, immediately I turn down mr. pramod kr. proposal and told him to give me a new wm, for which he is declining us.

Therefore, I request u to look into the matter and gave an inquiry order & ndash; if any sabotage is going inside and selling seconds product as new product. and pass an order to give me a new automatic washing machine. with this attitude, it seems to be that & ldquo;samsung” ignoring sentiments of his customer and thinking only about their so called policy matters.

Samsung billing usage

I am being charged for usage I did not use... This occured after seeing a sales person at a koodoo booth he played with the phone because I was complaining that the battery did not keep it's charge. That was monday 16 march 2015 I get my usual bill of $46.45 now thursday march 19, 2015 I get an other bill saying I owe $57.95 they are charging me $10.00 for usage and on top the sales person gives me a heads up that I wiil be charged $10.00 for next month I dispute those charges and I want to make a formal complaint and hope that it will be resolved quickly.

Samsung fraud in samsung mobile service center

Don't buy samsung GT-S7562 phone
I have this phone. At first it was excellent, but around 3 months after I got it really slow. It hangs often. And Unbelievably bad customer service. That series phones have problem with receivers and some times we are unable to listen other persons voice around 10-20 sec while conversation is going on.
I made the unfortunate mistake of buying a Samsung product and have found their customer service to be unbelievably bad! Actually, you can't get a response from them despite repeated telephone conversation from customer care chennai also.

I Hate Samsung Mobile and Customer Service especially thirumula communication, third party and authorized service centre of samsung customer service which is located near south india shoping mall kukatpally, Hyderabad. They do not know how to take complaint from customers properly

I: I have samsung GT-S7562 mobile and i am unable to receive other person voice around 10-20 seconds while conversation is going on. said orally to scp
Service center person(scp): scp said. "this is recevier problem"
I: i said ok "you can do repair"
Service center person(scp): he told that the estimated charges are 850 rupees(550 receiver charges and 300 service charges) and you can get 2 days later.
I: i said ok and i came to my house. and i got call within 1 hour that my phone repaire was completed.I do not know how is it possible that 2 days to within 1 hour.I went to next day to collect my phone and i paid the bill 850.And i observed the same problem and return the phone to check once again.at that time they said same thing that receiver problem and they will check once.Next day third time i got call that my phone was repaired. Service center person(scp): that time they said that there is no problem in my phone and only problem is my sim card.
if so sim card is problem why did they change my receiver? that is my question.i think they do not know exact problem and they are repairing the phones that what they are thought.
I: i asked that refund my money of 550 excluding of service charges 300.
Service center person(scp): he said that he would talk to his manager and he said that he would refund 150 that means 300-400 for software updated charges.
Why did they update software if sim card is problem?
i did not give any permission to update software and they did not intimate me before updating and they themself taking decision to repaire and proceeding towards extra amount to customers.till now i do not know whether they update software or not
is it correct behaviour of service center?
and i found that the problem is same with other sim cards.
Finally i raised the same issue to customer service main branch chennai they told me that they will take care on this issue and i return my phone once again to service center.
Now they are saying that receiver problem and they raised another new problem and that will be cost around 900-1200.
the customer service chennai: said that your phone was repaired and made phone call to me but the waste service center thirumula communication, third party and authorized service centre of samsung customer service which is located near south india shoping mall kukatpally, Hyderabad is saying that it would be completed within 2 days..this type of issue repeated not only one time more than 5 times and still my phone is been in service center for 20 days without any updates.
I do not know whether samsung is following thirumula communication or thirumula communication is following samsung.
i have all the recorded phone conversation from local service center to samsung main service center chennai.

I have a not-inexpensive french door Samsung fridge that started showing rust after 2 years- (door at base of water/ice dispenser) I tried to hide it with white fridge paint- but this has only gotten worse, & when contacting Samsung by email with pictures- (no response) & by phone- I was told this was a "cosmetic problem" & not covered by them- I would have to arrange my own repair.
This I did ($99 Samsung service call), & was told the door had to be replaced.
The service man then said these doors are no longer available, from Samsung.
He could find only 2 available from dealers- so ordered 1.
What chance do I have that this door will not suffer the same fate?
Obviously rust was a result of poor engineering &/or shoddy construction- this should not happen to any fridge & be considered "normal" or "cosmetic".
Had prior problem with ice-maker- which they did replace under warranty.
Poor reliability & poor customer care- would not advise anyone to buy Samsung & I will never buy another Samsung product, made by a company that does not stand behind their products & problems.

Ours has turned into a rust bucket too after only about 2 1/2 years. Otherwise, the fridge looks brand new! I am sorely disappointed in their fridge! It is a MAJOR design flaw! Our ice maker freezes up and we have to chip the icebergs off the top of the ice maker before it starts to make ice again. Hey, my TV works fine, knock on wood!

Samsung samsung galaxy s5 lollipop update

Well thank you samsung, I was late for work this morning. This new update (Lollipop 5.0) has really messed me up with the alarm, interruptions and priority. It has gotten far more confusing than it needs to be. Let me just ask you a simple question. " who in this world, has ever set an alarm (To wake up for work) and then turned his/her phone on silent so that no calls or text will come through and wake him/her and not wanted to hear his alarm in the morning? " how is that even an option? Who would want that? If I set an alarm believe me, I need it to wake me up! It's very simple, " silent " means everything that could possibly make noise resulting from some other action than brought on by myself except the alarm! Forget all the work-arounds that people have figured out how to cope with your update. You have enabled a feature that is completely pointless and have gone a step further by disabling a feature that is widely used... The alarm!

Samsung customer service and case managers ignoring my case

I purchased a samsung plasma 64" tv with 5 years extended warranty in harvey norman. It was already broken 3 times in one year. First the mother board was replaced. Then the screen that got multi color vertical lines on it, the screen got replaced and after few months the same thing happened and the tv screen was also replaced with another broken screen. I was refered to different case managers and being passed on from one case manager to another that nobody seems to wanting to help me. They are ignoring my case. I have been spending a lot of airtime trying to talk to the service managers and all I got are empty promises that the case will be expedited and resolved. It's been almost 2 months now and im still waiting for my case resolution. My reference is [protected]. I hope by posting this online some form of action will be made. Refering me to the same persons handling my case will not help because they will just ignore it again. I tried many many times already and im tired dealing with them. They are not worth my time anymore. I hope somebody from samsung have the guts to resolve this simple issue. Im not a happy customer. Thanks

Samsung best buy international

I had purchased a samsung tablet for my daughter at best buy in new york and had purchased international warranty in case I would need it for future. My daughter accidently dropped the tablet and the screen cracked. I went a couple of times to best buy Geeksquad in Markham and hwy 7 and spoke to them. they had no clue what to do. after a couple of trips the manager said call bedt buy international and we did that and geeksquad Markville advised that they send out the tablet to their repair shop and with a deposit of $200 which will be returned to me once the screen is repaired as it is covered by the warranty. If the cost of repair is more, best buy will give a new samsung tablet and if not they will repair the existing tablet. I ended up paying $300 on top of the original price of $140usd. I am very unhappy as I ended up paying bedt buy $140 plus $300 deposit and taxes and other fees. It was a loss of $440. turned out to be a nightmare experience with best buy

Samsung sent me a phone that did not charge

I did an upgrade in june 2014 with sprint from s3 to s4, bought at best buy, got home did all my transfers and found the phone was a spark, I did not know what a spark was but it would not let me data and talk or use maps, I deliver I have to be able to do both a t the same time, called sprint said its ok, take phone back and we send you a s4 non spark, did, loved it, worked great, broke screen in jan 2015, sent to asurion for claim, they sent me a broken replacement that did not charge, called sprint, they called asurion for me and sent me out a second replacement, it was a sprint spark, I called sprint back told them what happened, they said no prob, called asurion again and they sent me a new phone for the 3rd time got it in 2 days, it was the same phone as the second one a sprint spark however to keep me happy they sent a battery and charger with it. I called sprint, they said I have to contact asurion myself and make a complaint to stand up and make them do it right, called asurion they said it was more than 1o days and I would have to pay another 150.00 to open a new claim, I was dumbfounded. I asked for supervisor as girl would not listen and was rude, she said hold on, I waited for an hour no one, she came and said no supervisor is here right now I will have to have them call you, it been a week, no calls. I called sprint to cancel my insurance and tell them I would not be upgrading because of this and they said since I was a 10 year good customer they would take care of me and they did.. I got a new note edge instead, love sprint do not ever want to deal with asurion and I had the insurance removed from my phone, will not pay for bad service.

Samsung led panel failed in 15 months

Is Samsung is the best in the industry?actually I was in the same opinion until I bought Samsung smart TV worth of approx 60000rs but within 15 month's the led panel has failed and it worth 22000rs? I had requested for a discounted price but they have simply rejected with the reason warranty is only for 12months...then I understood that Samsung claims to have best quality and longer durability products but the reality is it is one year use and throw product...it is better to go for cheaper brand with similar features even if I change TV for every 3years I can get 3 TVs for the next 10 year's for 60000rs...Samsung has lost my faith and I might not refer and prefer in my lifetime... Dear Samsung team if you have confidence on your TV products pls offer at least 3 year's warranty...
