Oh my god! I dont know where to begin with his company. I outsource my web programming to them and not only they mess up, it is very very very hard to contact them. They wont answer your calls, wont reply to skype. Their programmers are very inexperience. Customer service is zero! Freaking bad! I've learned the hard way. Pls get a local company to do it and do not outsource to companies especially India. They are just really bad at handling big projects.

Ohh Man...
I think you are Mad at all... They are best service providers in open-source, Web-development industry, I think you misunderstood them at all, I personally contacted then and each and every-time they have assisted me perfectly, I had no issues with this company, I am working with them from last Six months, I have worked with Abhishek, Andy and Nomaan all guys are great...
Trust me they are best service providers during the crisis as well... I explain you what happened, I hired a local programmer from Canada, He has done the work static and locally given to me and disappeared, I was near to launch the changes at that time I found it was totally static and dead on the host it was in loop and not working at all... I have contacted Abhishek, He is Sr. Developer PHP Dept in Samiflabs... done the great work... I can give them 200 out of 100 for the same... Abhishek done the excellent job for me within 9 hours he made my website up and running with fantastic speed... Second time When my server hacked by some hackers group, Andy assisted me with Abhishek and they removed the Viruses - Infections, cleaned the code and also get my all search engine ref live without any delay withing 24 hours...
He recently done the theme work for me even with the latest version of the WordPress, he has done the tremendous work... I can say they are totally transparent with clients, When Abhishek was not well during the last month he assigned all responsibilities to Nomaan and Nomaan completed my work... I didn't find any quality difference work delay or miscommunication from them... they guys are just a rocking development team... even I have paid them after a week with bonus money... They started my projects on immediate basis without asking any upfront because my business my sites were in critical situation...

Samif Labs is the worst company of programmers I have ever dealt with. They are extremely unprofessional in every meaning of the word and simply stated, they cannot get the work done. We hired them to do a website customization project that they said they were capable of doing. We sent them half of the bid amount to get started. The project ended up unfinished and yet we never got our money back. Here are just a few of the reasons why I will never work with them again
1. Terrible at communication
They don't know English that well. Not only that, their emails all come across unsigned. So you never know how you're talking to over there. Throughout the project I talked with at least four different people (so they claim) and each person had no clue as to my project status or could give me an update. They also take a long time to reply to your emails. If you send them one simple question, you might hear back in a few days or a week. You never know with them.
2. They cannot meet deadlines
We did not have very strict deadlines on our project, but we did expect to have the project done in a reasonable amount of time. We established dates for the project where certain things should be done. Each point in time went by with missed deadlines. There customization we hired them for was incomplete. They provided excuse after excuse after excuse as to why it was not completed on time. So we gave them more time. Another few weeks and the same thing happened. This happened again and again. What should have been a two month project dragged out for over 5 months. Keep in mind also that the project was never completed. They are the most frustrating company I've ever had to deal with in 20 years.
3. They won't refund your money
After they failed to complete our project, they failed to refund our money. I asked for our money back and they claimed they would send it but never did. Now they won't answer emails or get back to us, which is no surprise.
4. They aren't that good at programming
I checked over the partial work at they did for us. Their programming was incredibly sloppy and looked amateur at best. They did not stick to the guidelines or requirements provided to them for the project. In fact, they weren't even close to our guidelines or requirements. It finally became clear to me they don't have the experience, knowledge or professionalism to get things done.
5. They have 'fake' websites for their own company
Do a google for Samif Labs and you'll find quite a few different website for them. All of their websites use generic copy-and-paste text from some other websites. They have no real portfolio and their websites are confusing and misleading. I should have known this from the beginning but I took a chance anyway on them and I got burned big time for it.
These are the reasons why I will never work with Samif Labs again. |

| I think our boy Nate here displays english as if he might now be from the US (as portrayed in the image) with deep roots. In fact, this user was created in attempt to discredit bad reviews by samiflabs or associate. The effortt may have been spent resolving the complaint rather than this type of deceitful act which seems to display that new business is whats important rather than repeat. |
