Sam's Club photo center at sams' on bryant irvin in fort worth

It is may understanding that this store will be remodeled in April 2017. I am told that the Photo center will be closed. This is the only reason I am a member. I am a teacher and my district uses this service often. It is always busy. I know many teachers that have concerns as to why they should continue to keep their membership with SAM's. It's shady cause NO notice has been publicly posted. SAM's should at least notify members that this service is ending before renovation begins and ends.I have been a loyal member for years because of the photo service needed for my students, department and campus.
What are other options for this service if I remain a Sam's club member.
I was told by Sam's employee that I could go to Burleson store as if it is down the street and it is not! This is not convenient at all to this location.

Sam's Club bakery department

My Sams Club is located in Valdosta, GA where I reside. I began purchasing cake domes from the bakery department almost 10 years now. I have not purchased them from the Sams club in my hometown for 2 years now due to the poor customer service. I have always placed an order before going in the store. The reason I stopped going to my Sams Club is because once I arrived to pick them up, they would not be available for pick up. The bakery staff would say they can't find the order or that there was an error in the ordering. This has happened on multiple occasions and I started sending others in the store for me to see if the problem was me. The persons I would send, would have the same issue. The last time I ordered cake domes I had to leave the store and call the store when I got home to talk to a store manager. The store manager had to handle picking up the domes for me. After that experience I because very frustrated. I had to go to Jacksonville, FL for medical treatment and decided to try the Sams Club there. I hadn't ordered any cake domes and was treated with respect and given the cake domes immediately. I have also gone to Sams while visiting in Atlanta and had the same successful experience. I shouldn't have to go out of town to get cake domes that my local store should be able to provide.

I haven't been out of town and became low on cake domes so I visited the local store on 03/04/17. I had not placed an order but figured I would try since it's been a while since I've tried to make a purchase for domes at my local store. I consulted with a store manager after being told by the bakery staff that they only had 2 boxes and couldn't spare one. The store manager didn't do anything except ask the staff like I did (should have gone to confirm the number of boxes). I am going to attempt to make an order and pick them up, but the store needs to have a unified policy. I don't understand why I can go to other towns and not have a problem making a purchase but can't get them locally even after placing an order.

Sam's Club parking lot liability

My car was damaged in late December, 2016 in my Freehold, NJ Sam's parking lot by two runaway shopping carts on a windy day. Sam's insurance company refused to pay for repairs, and I lost an appeal with the same insurance company. They just decided that they are not liable. So I refuse to shop there any longer - they lose about $7, 000.00 a year in sales for a claim of $528.01 - a poor business decision, in my opinion.

Sam's Club auto-replacement battery purchase

Member # 101 42210 [protected] Annette Shaw
Re: Vestal, NY store 2/18/17 2:40 pm

I purchased a replacement battery for my car and waited over an hour for the installation. When called, I was informed that the battery would not fit and that the technician dropped a bolt holding in the battery and could not find the bolt. I was told that it was unsafe to drive the car more than a short distance. They refunded my payment and told me that I should drive the car to the nearby dealership (which was closed on this day, Saturday). Instead, I should drive it to a tire and auto business which was only opened until 6pm. It was now about 4pm and I was being picked up at home at 5pm for an engagement. It looked like I would be without the car until Monday morning and I required a ride home.
I stated to the manager that this was unacceptable and that I should be reimbursed for my wasted time and the inconvenience of not having my car until Monday because of their error. I was only offered reimbursement for a cab ride home.
At about 4:10pm, the manager insisted on trying once again to fit one of their bolts even though I stated that I had to leave. This time, they were able to find one that fit. I drove home and had to keep my friends waiting for me to get ready for me to join them.
I still need to bring the car in somewhere else to get a new battery.
I feel that as a long term and loyal customer, I should be reimbursed for my wasted time and inconvenience, other than simply having my original charge refunded.
Thank you for your understanding.

Sam's Club service

Myrtle beach club Feb 9, 17 member #10-[protected] Sook Philley.
My name is Alfred Philley I am the primary on the membership. I am writing to complain about the treatment my wife received Feb 9th from one of your floor supervisors. When my wife came to checkout she got behind an older couple who were in the process of checking out. She began to place her items on the conveyor belt. The customer in front of her told her the register was closed. My wife responded that she did not see it. She asked the cashier if she wouldn't mind doing one more. Your cashier indicated that that would be ok. While she continued to place her items on the belt the other customer became belligerent and said why are you piling your stuff up here it's closed. My wife told her it was none of her business. The customer's husband began to yell at my wife, you can't talk to my wife like that. My wife responded with you don't even know what is going on. Your floor supervisor came over and began to yell at my wife threating to kick her out and that she would not be able to buy from your club anymore. She never said a word to the other old white couple, just my wife. When my wife explained what happened your supervisor just said Oh I'm sorry and walked off. The cashier was very nice and apologized for the whole incident. Obviously some of your employees are raciest. The white supervisor didn't say anything to the old white grumpy people but singled my wife out because she is Asian. She is a naturalized citizen from Korea. So in Sam's club if anything goes wrong it's because of those stupid foreigners. Kick them out, threaten them. Maybe I don't want to buy any of your crap you sell anymore, so don't threaten to take away my membership you can gladly stick it. I do have some influence among a group of people as a pastor and I will use what influence I have to let them know that they will not get fair treatment in your store unless maybe you are old white people.

While I'm sorry if you feel the experience had rascist tones, it doesn't sound like that to me. It just seems that the floor supervisor wasn't sure who started the incident, assumed the wrong party, and then apologized when she discovered she was wrong. She may have recognized the older couple or simply only heard part of the conversation. I don't know what else could have been done.

Sam's Club check out procedures

Went to check out about 8:45 in lane 1. Customer in front of me was just leaving. No one else in line. After loading 12 of my 14 items, an employee came over and informed me that because I didn't have an on-line order to pick up, I would have to go to another register. The cashier didn't say a word to me as she watched me put my items up. The only other register open was at the other end near the self check-out. I spent another 15 minutes waiting to check out there.

I did observe a gentleman go to the lane 1 check out with a dolly of paper plates and trash bags. Guess he ordered something on-line in addition to those items. This was at least five minutes after I was waiting in my new line. I would have already been checked out if allowed to stay in lane 1.

Not good customer service.

Sam's Club quoratia diamond ring

Quite a few years ago I purchased this ring. Recently, it was in need of repair. At this point I could not find a jeweler who could work on a quoratia setting. Requires special Equiptment. I contacted Sams customer service to find out if they could direct me. After several discussions I was told to return it to Sams for a refund/repair. I only wanted repair and was willing to pay. The lady at the Sams Club told me to take it to a jeweler. She said if I had not purchased a repair plan they would not touch it. She was extremely rude. I once again contacted Sams customer service. They said if problem not resolved to contact them again. I did. They are now ignoring my requests. If you buy something at Sams it is "as is." They will not help you after the sale.

Sam's Club your app stole 342.53 from my bank account without my permission.

I was attempting to check out using the Sams Club app and was unable to due to a error on the web site and the Sams Club in Richmond Virginia #4788. The app stated declined on payment. We discussed this with two different employees at the store who both looked at the app pn my phone which stated denied. So at the recommendation of your two employees we processed through the line. When we got home we checked or bank account and found out that you had robbed me of 342.53.

POS SAMSCLUB #[protected] RICHMOND VA 0000 DEBIT CARD PURCHASE $342.53

I called and talked to Patricia at that store who requested I bring the receipt for the over change at that point I stated there was no recent and the app had stated payment declined. She said to come by and they could refund the overcharge. I went there on Friday the 29th of January and talked to a store manager Omand who basically stated there was nothing he could do for me. He stated he had just used the App the day before and it worked fine, I stated I had used it on December 17 and it worked fine for me that time. I asked if he could talk to the person who checked us out or look at the camera where we didn't leave the store or check and they could see two charges within minutes of each other. He said have a nice day.

You store and company has stolen hard earned money from me, I looked at my account and found that I have spent 2711.67 of my hard earned money at your stores since Septemberr 2015 (less that 4 months) I know that is not a lot of money in your big business but a lot of us little people put you where you are.

Sam's Club tablet

To be fair Squaretrade warranty is the main component to this problem. So a little over a month ago I submitted a claim on my extended warranty. There were 6 days left on it and my kids tablet just stopped working. I sent over the receipt and member number and was assured everything was fine. In fact they sent me emails stating just that. Well the holidays came and went and I realized I still haven't received anything. I thought I would email back to get a status update. I was told to call for more information. I sat on hold for 15 minutes, when I finally got online with someone they said they would send out a box to send it back to them. Okay, no problem yet right? This is where it went south. The agent, after putting me on a brief hold says that my warranty expired but he's willing to reimburse me for the original warranty. What good is that? Reimburse me for the warranty? The next superviser that came on {Louis} said "I'm sorry we dropped the ball on our end, but there's nothing we can do" Not that I expect much from the complaints board, but this is a complete case of false advertisement.

Sam's Club unfair treatment and favoritism towards a certain workers.

I work at sams club. The sams club on Cobb Parkway. I work there a little over a year and I must say I like my job, but I can't function in the drama. Coach donvinnie Boyd and Tiffany are the main problem. Whenever you talk to the store manager about anything or problem in the work place, they say they will help, but don't do anything about it. Tiffany is a COS, but often act like a manager. It's seems as if she run the whole sams club. The main probalem with this lady is that she do any know how to talk to her workers. She's always raising her voice, and making faces as if she's somehow looking down on the cashiers. She's also harsh on a certain COS whom she works with. I always watch her and she's just so entitled and she's always talking to people like they are dogs and I don't appreciate it. She has hurt my feelings a lot of times. She can be nice, but she doesn't know HER place in the work place. She's telling managers whose hours to cut, who she doesn't think is good in a particular place, and shes always raising her voice. Overall, I know she's a nice person inside, but in the workplace It feels like that's where she lets out her anger.

Coach donvinnie Boyd on the other hand is very picky with whom he interacts with. He is very professional in but behind workers back, his tongue is loose. He doesn't know that what he says about employers to his favorites aren't always kept secret. I was recently moved to another area requested and before I was moved, I had a conversation with the manager in that particular area about my hours because school in starting in January. I work 4 or 5 days. They would repeatedly harass workers on their off days to come in because they are short of workers and because I said no, he told the manager this " I don't know why you even put her back there, you know she don't like to work"...now why would he say something like that and put something in other People's head. That makes them see things his way and I'm perceived as a worker who doesn't like to work before they can even get to know me. I work when I am scheduled. Sometimes I don't even want to work at sams because I feel like I'm going to be talked about, harassed somehow and never given my breaks until 5 hours as always. He's always getting me in trouble and saying I'm "nonchalant" when he talks to me. I'm not nonchalant it's just that I refuse to give him something to write me up about so I stay quiet. My outer emotions have nothing to do with the way I feel inside and I wish he would stop harassing me. He's constantly slandering my name and then smile in my face as if he never did.

And another thing, I'm a great worker and a great person. I come to work, and I would like to do MY job in peace and I wish they would just let me do that. I requested Change for another department, talked about it, and got in and the whole time Tiffany would keep calling me up front, saying why I'm not working up there, and I tell her over and over again that she should speak to the manager because I work in this department now and I was welcomed as such. After a few weeks, Tiffany who I thought was a cos comes to me and tells me that no one talked to her about me moving departments so I better follow my cashier schedule. I said okay, but I'm very disappointed because I thought I was finally moving to an area where I feel I will flourish in and just to be nudged out of it like I did something wrong is preposterous. And the funny thing is that, she and her bully buddy coach don seems to hold this grudge towards me and I know they don't want to see me anywhere else except the register so that's why he have her come talk to me about following register schedule. And then she cut my hours knowing that I have school and other bills I need to pay for. From 32 hours a week to less than 25.

All they need to do is let their workers do their job and treat them as equal. Don't give one cashier privileges and more equal treatment than you do the next person...Coach donvinnie is the main person who shows favoritism at the work place.

And the workplace could really use some structure and equality. It's very disorganized, no one is ever scheduled correctly, and based on how the workers are treated, they never seem to last. And I hope my telling my issues doesn't affect the way they treat me. It's just that I need someone to talk to because the managers aren't really there to help you like they say they would.

Sam's Club customer service

Today went to Sams club to purchase a few Christmas items. Went to a register that said open. A Sams employee watched me put my items on the counter. Then she came over and said "I don't know why your at this register, their is nobody running this one." I said the sign says open and there was a lady standing by the counter (turns out this was another customer organizing her purchases). The Sams employee then says no, its not open, someone didn't change the sign with they left the register. All the time she is just smiling and walks off touching bags of nuts like she is working. I would say she was probably in her late 60's, short hair, glasses. Old enough to have learned good customer service skills of which she was severely lacking. I have both a Costco and Sams membership at this time and trying to decide which one to keep. Who do you think is winning right now?

Sam's Club tires

We used to be able to special order tires on the WEB site and have them delivered to our store for installation. The policy is now to order the tires at the store only. That would be a 31 mile drive each way for me just to order tires through Sam's. Local Discount Tire offers the same tires for $35 less per tire and the same warranty and service policy.

That's a great business model Sam's

Sam's Club sams club store manager lied to my manager with advantage solutions

1 or 2 Sams Club Managers were rude to me at my station and told my Advantage Solutions manager in the store that I had taken a sample of a product at the station (which was correct : I am not sure whether this is actually prohibited or not) and that I was not wearing gloves at the time, which is actually completely false.

I would like to complain about this manager's lie and abusiveness.

Sam's Club disappointed

I placed an order with Sam's Club and paid extra for the delivery. They took my money and several days later they contacted me and said that they were not able to deliver to my address. I asked them what was wrong with my address but they did not bother to explain.
So I asked for a refund and they said I'll get the money within 3 days. I actually received a refund two weeks later.
But they did not refund me the shipping fee that I paid and when I contacted them again they said that they were not able to refund the shipping costs. No apology, no explanation. Will never buy from Sam's Club again!

Sam's Club company theft of customer!

8-2-16 shopped at Sams, left wallet at refreshment counter. Sat down within 10 ft of clerk/cashier, in plain sight for 10 to 15 minutes, sam employee took wallet and hid it until I walked away and then she removed it and it is all in security camera. Store does nothing for me. All afternoon from noon til 8:45 pm on 8-6-16 they mislead me, telling me they are taking care of it. In reality they walk her out of the store, then about 6:30 pm tell me I should have called police and filed charges. Took police 2 hrs to arrive. Seems perfectly clear that other customers seeing police escort an employee out in cuffs was not going to happen. Taking care of your image weren't you. Thief is gone and any evidence is gone with her. She has all weekend to dispose of any evidence she had on her. Thanks jerks for caring for the customer. The wallet had 12, 000 to 14, 000 dollars, about $12, 000 in cash. Ross St. Sams in Amarillo, Tx., My 30 plus yr relationship and my business with you is finished! Ol' Sam would be so proud of his rich kids PR. Now I am free to spread this on internet and local news, ENJOY.

I contacted our primary tv station that does report on interaction with public and company's. After 2 or 3 months of foot dragging, they say they must have the video from security camera even tho she has confessed. I think they are afraid of risking the ire of Wal-Mart's lawyers. They tell me it would be her word against mine? What are they talking about? She confessed!

On going saga of unscrupulous Wal-Mart. Still Wal-Mart refuses to discuss the incident of theft of my wallet and $1, 200 cash, saying it's between me and thief and that they are not responsible in any way tho it occured at their store on their time while she was working for them. Lawyer says that there may be "clause" in law that allows Wal-Mart to not be legally responsible! I can't believe this! Lawyers and mega-rich company's manage to get law twisted for their benefit? You think our forefathers intended for this to be? The peasants are just that and robber barons remain thief barons! Justice where art thou? He the way, my lawyer is headquarter in Fayetteville, Ark., Wal-Mart castle is next door in Bentonville. My lawyer says jury's in Arkansas literally hate Wal-Mart. Much of his business is taking Wal-Mart to court.

Sorry no. Talking with assistant D. A. Hoping that they will order her to do restitution. I need to find a trustworthy (?) attorney to see if I have a legal complaint against Sams Club. My experience with lawyers is poor. I fear they will charge me as much or more than I can recover. Thoughts?

The police have video, have viewed it and they are going to prosecute lady/thief. She finally admitted taking wallet to detective. She told him she took nothing from wallet...she said she didn't take any money (it had $1, 200 in cash). Said she threw wallet and all the contents into a dumpster. Oh yeah, I totally believe that. Detective said she will plead out and get probation. Said my chance of DA or judge making her make restitution to me is slim to none. Sams/Walmart still refuses to talk to me or answer any of my emails! Such an upstanding responsible company! The local manager (after I cornered him in store) said they have no responsibility in this...that it's between me and the thief. I thought an employee thats a cashier was in fact an agent for the company!?

Update reflects that Sams Club still completely ignores me on wallet theft. The cashier/thief was put on suspension for a few days and then when she didn't come in she was fired. Thats totally all they have done. They have never contacted me after I gave them the report/info. Its been 2 1/2 weeks. The police detective says that they have not done anything yet other than getting security video and viewing it. I was concerned that the video does show her hiding the wallet beneath the register while I'm sitting nearby but after I left she hid herself from the camera with her body and did something beneath the register and it did not actually show her putting wallet on her person. Sams told me at the time that THEY COULD NOT PROVE theft because of that. But detective said that it clearly shows "that her intent was to deprive me of my property." Anywho...I am still out all that money and all my IDs and banking and credit cards. It is a major pain to replace all this, taking days. Try sitting in a social security office in a large city til they call your #.

Sam's continues to give me no answers. Just discovered all calls to Corporate when you assume you are talking to someone in home office in Bentonville Ark, you are actually talking to a "call center" in Houston, Texas. They are worthless in helping you. What a ripoff misleading number you are given. It's been a full week and I know no more than at first. Their employee has my wallet with all my ID's, over $1, 200 in cash and I have no help from Sam's corporation, in fact, it seems they are aiding the thieving cashier. Soooo, you folks enjoy your shopping for their Chinese junk at wally world. I'm finished with them. Back to someone small who sells a bit of American goods. Hopefully made by American workers. May be hard to find to find but sure not impossible.

Are you a sams employee?
That was supposed to be $1, 200. Sorry about the mistake, but what difference is it how much was in the wallet? Sometimes there are special circumstances.

Sam's Club huggies mickey mouse diapers

Within 24 hours gave my daughter a rash. Pampers where thin and soiled within 1 hour. Took diapers back to Sam's after diaper rash worsened and cream did not heal this hideous rash up. I exchanged for the Winnie the Pooh Little Snuggler and went to doctor for advice and more cream. With in 1 day the rash cleared up and the diapers where thicker which helped the rash to clear up and go away. I will no longer use those type of Huggies, the Winnie the pooh little snugglers are better

So why post a complaint against Sam's Club? Huggies is not a SAMS brand.
