WARNING! THERE IS AN ORDER OF PROTECTION GUARDING THOMAS C. WILSON FROM SALLY CHICKERING! SHE IS NOT ALLOWED TO CONTACT ANYONE WHO THOMAS C. WILSON IS DOING BUSNESS WITH! THERE IS A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT AGAINST SALLY CHICKERING FOR FRAUD AND DOMESTIC HARASSMENT IN THE STATE OF COLORADO! SHE IS ON THE RUN FROM POLICE, IF YOU SEE HER CALL 911 OF THE LOCAL POLICE IMMIDALTY!

For the past two months, Sally Chickering has been spreading lies and deceptive practices. My Dad who worked hard to bring her the life that she wanted is now homeless and so am I because of the lies and the fraud she committed. Ms. Chickering from the start had lied to my dad and lied to me about her lifestyle and her family. She is nothing more than a predator. When I first met her in 2009 at my fathers house up in Idaho, She was hesitant about talking about her children because the truth is, she abandoned them at a young age. Her second oldest child Kyle refuses to talk with her. Her middle child since a young age has been the favorite. This was told to me by her oldest child Heather. Shea, the middle child was wanted in connection in a shooting in Plymouth New Hampshire and was on the run when Sally manipulated my father and I into paying for him to fly from Boston Mass to Boise ID to avoid prosecution. this was the beginning of the lies showing through.
My Father had money before he met Sally. We were living an amazing life up in Teton county Idaho where I was skiing and relaxing after my medical discharge from the US Army. I was discharged because I broke my ankle and foot while as an Infantryman . I was not (as she has been saying) discharged from psychological reasons. My discharge code from active duty is JFW code 3. For a psychological discharge you would see a different code. Under the Army guidelines for recruitment, this is what my code says about me: “RE-3 - Individuals who are not qualified for continued Army service, but the disqualification is waiverable. Ineligible for enlistment unless a waiver is granted.”
My dad and Sally then moved to South Carolina for the warm weather. At I was happy for my dad. He was happy and having a great time with Sally. I let my guard down entirely with her because of abuse I faced from my mother. However, things were beginning to turn for the worst.
My father runs Klondike Investors LLC, a one man company that I have no involvement with nor does my father tell me about the business. I can confirm that he does work, he does make money. Or at least he did until Sally started this. He was working on building hot houses to grow tomatoes. This project was going to bring in several hundred jobs in the Georgetown South Carolina area as well as millions of dollars to her and my dad. She had an obligation to not interfere with the project because this was going to allow them to retire in 2013 with millions.
I began to get phone calls about "bills" that were "found" in February of 2011. I informed Sally that it was nothing to worry about because my Father always takes care of them.
Then I began to get accusatory phone calls from my Father about taking money from his bank account. I had no Idea what he was talking about. It was discovered later that Sally was staling checks, forging my father signature and depositing them and giving the money to several friends in the area. My Father was beginning to fear for his business and his wellbeing.
All of a sudden, Sally decided to move out, stealing an iPad, boxes of documents and items close to my father heart (Including my High School graduation medals and military citations) my father then realized that his life was over. Sally took him for everything, stole everything.
Suddenly, this website appeared. Citing lies deceptive actions. This is exactly the same actions a woman by the name of Sherri Wells did in New Mexico. Sherri used physical violence as well as web sites like this to nearly ruin my father’s business and kill him, literally.
At 57 with a pacemaker and defibrillator, diabetes and a kidney problem. my father is not in great health. However, because of his upbringing, he does not want to harm Sally in any way. He will in fact disown me for putting the truth out there.

Under the Website section of this article, you will see the original post by Ms. Chickering. You will note that there is no evidence to this. We have in our possession copies of forged checks Sally wrote to herself and forged my father’s signature. She is under criminal investigation for this in two states and by federal law enforcement. She is also under federal investigation for witness harassment.
Sally Chickering used this money to pay for a life that she felt she deserved. the money (including two very clearly forged checks) went to Cindi Weeks of South Carolina. Others went to her personal bank account under the lie of car payments. She deposited $21, 615 .42 from January 2011 to May of 2011 when she discovered that my father was finding out where the money was going.

Regarding the accusations against me. I was a student at Metropolitan State College of Denver in Colorado. I studied Criminal Justice and Psychology where I had a 3.983 GPA, member of two honors societies and was set to graduate Suma Cum Laude in 2013. However because of the lies placed on this website. I cannot afford to go to school, I have not eaten in three days and I was just evicted from my reasonable $800 apartment. My Black lab Ranger is now staying with friends of mine until I can find a place to live. I am now at school writing this because it is the only place where I have access to the Internet. I wanted to be a police officer. I wanted to help people who needed an honest agent of the law to protect them. I am happy with earning $40, 000 a year defending people. I also volunteered with an environmental group that defends ocean wildlife from illegal poaching.

Sally Chickering destroyed my father business, his life and now mine. My credit is destroyed because of her. When a Law enforcement officer ties to serve her papers for court here in Colorado, She runs from them because they will discover that she is wanted.
This is the truth to all the facts that exist. Sally Chickering is stopping you from living an honest life. Stay away from her, she is nothing more than a cancer.
If you would like to see the forged checks that she wrote my DD-214 or have any questions, e-mail me at clay.[protected]@yahoo.com.

Being that there has never been a criminal complaint against me, nor have I EVER been arrested or questioned by law enforcement regarding any matters like this, I encourage anyone to contact them as well. In fact if you call the state of Colorado asking about my criminal history, they will more than likely refer you to the local police department where I have been an unpaid intern for over a year, or the DA's office where I have been a victim advocate for neglected or abused children and women (positions I have now had to place on hold because I cannot afford to return to school). I am in contact with police officers every day, this I nothing more than a joke and my friends who are officers laugh at being that my record stands for itself. This is the work of two people who lack intelligence of a common person, and one who is nothing more than a violent sociopath who thinks she is better than all of us, therefor she can violate the law. My words are fact, the law is on my side.

Sherri you know that I have No Busness involvemt with dad, you are just bitter and angry. You know how many times I got my head kicked in by dad for taking your side? and that now that I have your IP address with your real address I will be reporting this to the Denver Police department and it will be forwarded to the Albquerque Police as a violation of your ten year order of protection.
And if all you can do is knock my spelling... Well clearly your too stupid to be doing anything real.

Interesting, nothing has changed with Wilson. Still lying. According to public documents, he was arrested in CT on 1/1/14 at the home of someone he was getting ready to scam. They became suspicious. He was not arrested in a hospital. He was not in a hospital. He has used this same tired story time and time again. Hopefully, the SC legal system will quicly find out that once again he is lying. As usual. And, using very big words so it is hard to believe he is lying. Just know...HE IS.

Man accused of swindling nearly $1 million from Mount Pleasant wifeNatalie Caula HauffPosted: Wednesday, April 23, 2014 6:05 p.m., Updated: Wednesday, April 23, 2014 11:08 p.m.

A Mount Pleasant man is accused of tricking his wife into trusting him to invest nearly a million dollars which authorities said he kept for himself.
Thomas Clay Wilson, 59, is charged with breach of trust with fraudulent intent by the South Carolina Attorney General's Office.

Wilson went before a judge in Charleston County on Wednesday, where Circuit Judge Carmen Mullen denied him bail, calling him a flight risk and a danger to the community.
Wilson was extradited Tuesday from Connecticut, prosecutors said.
Wilson married Sally Ann Chickering, of Mount Pleasant, after the couple met through an online dating service, prosecutors said.
The couple moved to South Carolina and between April 2010 and May 2011, Wilson misled Chickering about his background, education and ability to invest funds, according to Andrew Ritner, a prosecutor with the state attorney general's office.
Wilson told his wife he would buy stocks on her behalf, according to Ritner.
"He never did that, " Ritner said. "He got possession of over $900, 000 by convincing her he was a savvy investor."
It was unclear if any of the money has been recovered.
Wilson appeared in court in a wheelchair. He was arrested in a hospital in Connecticut where he was being treated for heart issues when he was extradited, he told the judge. Wilson said he was waiting for surgery to replace a pacemaker.
Wilson, who does not have an attorney yet and pleaded not guilty to the charge, told the judge he would like his day in court.
"Quite frankly, at the risk of being indelicate, she's using the attorney general's office as a collection agency, " Wilson told the judge.
The pair have since divorced, according to court records. Wilson was held in contempt of Family Court in Charleston County in June and was ordered to serve jail time, according to prosecutors.
He is currently detained at the Sheriff Al Cannon Detention Center in Charleston County.
State prosecutors opened a securities fraud investigation after receiving a call from the New Mexico Attorney General's Office regarding Wilson, who had lived in that state, according to S.C. Attorney General's Office Spokesman Mark Powell.

Thomas Clay Wilson might have tried to con Superman, but Clay’s ex-wife is his kryptonite.
The accused con man who tried to tried to run a scam involving TV Superman Dean Cain’s Eagle County ranch was arrested in Connecticut. A judge ordered him to repay his ex-wife’s life savings he allegedly stole — almost $1 million. He didn’t do it, and he’ll soon be on his way to South Carolina to explain to Judge William Creech why.
Wilson’s history of real estate scams goes back decades and recently ran through Eagle County.
Connecticut authorities say Wilson was allegedly trying to run a scam for some land near Mystic, and may have been trying to put together a phony deal to raise money, ostensibly to buy a yacht, possibly in Connecticut and maybe another in North Carolina.
“They made the warrant extraditable, and we locked him up, ” said Det. Sgt. David Knowles with the Stonington, Conn., police.
Wilson is being held on $250, 000 bond in the Stonington, Conn., although he is currently in a hospital after complaining of an illness, Knowles said, something he has done many times before as his scams unraveled. Escape from the hospital isn’t likely. He’s under 24 hour guard, Knowles said.
Wilson, 59, showed up in a limousine at a Stone Ridge, a luxury senior housing development in Mystic, Conn., telling the management company he worked for an investment firm, and that he’d have his people send them the money. It turns out, though, that he doesn’t have any people, Knowles discovered.
Knowles connected the dots, and several of those dots led straight through Eagle County.
The arrest warrant says Wilson was convicted or investigated for scams in real estate, bogus investments and other scams in numerous states over the past 16 years. He’s a fugitive from justice, the warrant says.
Wilson’s history of real estate cons goes back to at least 1997, according to court documents and his son, Clay Wilson. Court documents list 23 residences in 14 years.

Conning Cain
Wilson’s alleged High Country cons began near Basalt, where he told folks he was collecting investors to buy 35 acres, build greenhouses and grow organic vegetables. The land he targeted is owned by actor Dean Cain, star of the television series, “Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman.”
The ranch listed for $5.9 million ranch with Bob Stardoj, a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Mason Morse Real Estate. Stardoj shut down the deal before anyone was scammed.
While he was in the area, Wilson also tried to scam the owners of Ruby on the River Ranch, a small resort along the Colorado River in Silt.
The owners, who asked that their name not be used, said Wilson called them in June, saying he wanted to buy their ranch. He said he was driving from Pocatello, Idaho, and would see them in two days.
Two days turned into two weeks, and he showed up without identification, but with a story about being mugged in Salt Lake City, and how the robbers had stolen everything. They put Wilson up in a local motel and loaned him some money. Two weeks later they told the Holiday Inn managers to lock the room because they weren’t paying anything more.
Wilson rolled into Eagle County this past summer from New Mexico, driving a brown Ford Excursion allegedly stolen from Rich Ford in Edgewood, N.M., with a hot check.

High Country cons
Wilson has been through the region before. He was picked up for fraud in Summit County in 2010. The case was moved to Eagle County, where court documents indicate he was under house arrest. When Wilson rolled into Eagle County last summer, driving that stolen Ford Excursion, he had fled New Mexico after investors lost $1.3 million in a real estate deal he put together.
A New Mexico judge ordered Wilson to repay the entire $1.3 million, but he only came up with $300, 000. He escaped New Mexico when he skipped a court appearance. His lawyer, Laurence Guggino, told the judge that Wilson was at the Heart Hospital in Albuquerque, claiming chest pain, pain down his left arm and shortness of breath.
Back in Stonington, Conn., where Wilson was arrested, Det. Knowles says that’s the same set of symptoms Wilson claims he’s suffering from … again.
Wilson went so far as to fake a suicide attempt in order to get a free hotel stay in the Roaring Fork Valley.
Court records show Wilson has run cons in Pitkin County, Lakewood, Denver and Bend Ore., which he lists as his address.
Wilson’s victims and enemies include his son, Clay Wilson, who claims his father earned his trust then stole his identity, car and dog. His son lives in the Denver metro area and is outspoken about his disdain for his father, calling him “a cowardly psychopath who has dragged my name, my credit and my ability to function down to the depths of hell.”

Tom Wilson fraud has a very long trail and he has scammed his whole life, it is not to difficult to pull it up on the internet. He is a sick man and I consider him very dangerous. I only hope that they find him and lock him up for a very long time and his victims can recoup some of their millions of dollars in losses.

Sorry to hear he has gone so low as to scam his own son. His whole life is a fraud. He has been scamming, lying and stealing for so long he doesn't even know the difference. It is his MO and he needs to be stopped. There are victims all over the country. Tom Wilson is a very sick, pathetic and deceitful person.

Seems there is even more to Tom Wilson's past with criminal records and charges of domestic violence. An interesting article:

According to match.com, Tom is divorced making $150, 000/yr. To potential women, I am sorry to say Tom is married...and his $150, 000/yr is bogus. His only income is scamming women from their life savings.
