Thank you so much. I've hit hard times and I got a letter the other day. Quoting scripture that I pray almost daily. For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. I looked on line because they omitted and not to harm you. I was real close to sending them money again. I haven't for quit awhile. I need to move out of my husband's house it's been stressful to say the least. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I had a gut feeling and you reaffirmed it. I how ever I hard time throwing theses away. As I feel like I'm throwing away. Jesus.

I have been giving to this church for years until I decided to Investigate wear is my money going I wanted to visit this church for pray and to find out it was a scam I was so hurt I will give to them money I had to buy stuff for my kids and myself and do without because I thought it was going to good use I don’t not work for much money but I will make the sacrifices to give to this church

I received one of those letters. I opened it, I read it and it had one of those prayers rug in it it says to go to quiet room look at it for awhile then lay over your knees and pray also put in the bible on Philippians 4:19 until the next morning. I did all the instructions. The next morning I put the prayer rug back into the envelope with a donation. I put it in the mail box. I came back into the house. All of a sudden I wasn't feeling right about it. Something like a voice told me to do a research on this church, so I Google it. The first thing I saw when I goggle it was that this church is a big time scam. I came across so many testimonials about people was being scammed by this fake church that doesn't exist at that moment I stopped reading it and jumped up and ran to my mailbox and got the letter. I felt relief when got it before the mail carrier came. I know now that I will never do this again. It was strange from the start that it only had my address and not my name only address it to a friend. I should have known better. So be careful how you open letters like that because it will also make you respond to it. I was lucky. Thank God for protecting me.

I'm very disappointed with this church scam.20 year's of giving money I really didn't have. Over a couple thousand dollars. Today I received a northern letter. And I'm in hard ship trying to find a new place to live and can't get a mortgage. I thought this is going to be the letter. I than thought look up the church OMG someone is stealing millions from people. They should be a shamed of them self. Probably sitting in a beautiful house with everything they need. I too have been scammed . Sending money for years. I have now started my own non-profit in which awakens holy lifestyles and actually give back to people all over the world who needs it. And yes by Holy Lifestyle we Pray! Prayer is sacred, holy, and does work. I haven’t funny finished all the paper work to finalize but when I do I would like you good people of faith to be avenged in Jesus name through prayer! I sent them a $1000 check.. and hundreds of dollars in total (that I didn't have) altogether. I REALLY believed they were legit. My feelings are so hurt. 😞 I feel incredibly dumb.

I to sometimes would send a couple of dollars, the most was 5 or 10, lord knows I didnt have it. after researching and reading all of us that were scammed, I remember something that I was told, "what the devil meant for evil,"god turned it around for our good. the scammers will get 100 fold what we sacrifice to give. all be blessed.

Has a complaint been filed with the postal office for wire and mail fraud?
I would think that the postal system could do something about this.
We received the same letter and there were tale-tale signs that jumped out at me which lead me to goggle them.
I am, fortunately, aware of these types of scams. Never have sent money; I'm sorry for those who have.
I am a legitimate prayer intercessor and I've NEVER asked for money or any compensation to pray for someone. I have seen miracles happen as a result of faith and prayer, so I know prayer works.
I believe in seeding into ministries but I want to know where my money goes and how much is administrative costs vs funds directed toward the cause.
This "firm" has found a means of collecting tax free money. Legitimate non profits suffer as a result of these type of carpetbaggers. I pray they get what they deserve and they are paraded in HANDCUFFS on FOX, CNN, CNBC, MSNBC and all the major networks for all of America to see.

If there is any doubt as to what is being said about this scam.. Look up Saint Matthews Church in OK and get the physical address. It 515 S Main Street. On a google search of this church, it shows a huge beautiful cathedral... but when you put that address in to google maps, it will show you the office building that it really is. Anyone can make a website and put any content that they want on it. God is not bound to mail in prayer requests and specific instructions on how and when to pray. Just pray and have faith that what you ask for you shall receive. If you feel as though you need a little muscle to back you up "where two or more are gathered in my name" contact your local church and ask them to pray with you. You may find a world of support that you didn't know you had.

Yes they are the Devil. They got the last $51.00 D from me.but i look at it like this i pay their way to Hell.God is real.every one been taken by this keep believe in God not man.

I keep receiving the same thing in the mail. I am disabled and can't afford to send money. But they keep sending them. I just rip them up and throw them away. I wish that the BBB would do something about it.

they work out from a lawfirm. jajajaja joyce lawfirm 515 S Main St Tulsa, OK 74103. this place is a lawfirm. i myself thought it was a real deal. but what was so evil about it they are living out of people that believe in god. its like making fun of them. wow . but funny thing about it . there is a st matthews church. but its not in tulsa. and that church is real. so they are stealing the name of that church.these lawyers are what they are . to make money.

i too was taken in by these fakers, and i hope to let others know about them so they don, t make the same mistakes i did. it is a shame in these times that people like them are still taking advantage of people who are only looking for a way to honor the lord. i hope something can be done to stop them once and for all! remember god sees all and they will have to answer for what they are doing to unsuspecting believers.
