This site does not inform you that they extort monies from those that have been arrested until after you pay for your subscription. I was a victim of their 7 day trial promotion. They claim that you have 7 days to cancel your subscription at no charge. The reality is that you must reach a person who will then give you a cancellation number. I reached voice-mail for a period of two weeks. In the voice-mail, I gave them my account number and and my desire to cancel . I gave them my name, phone number and informed them of the date I signed up. I never got a call from them and was not able to reach anything but voice-mail until LONG after the seven days were up. Now they claim that they are not obligated to return phone calls or act on requests made via voice-mail. The owner of this company will not take calls. (unless you want to talk to a fax machine) You may be very satisfied with this service. Just beware of how they make their money. The seven day trial IS a scam and they will get $96.00 from you. THEY REMOVE MUGSHOTS FROM THEIR SITE IF YOU PAY THEIR SITE TO REMOVE THEM. They make sure ones MUGSHOT is displayed on Google when searched. Remember, ..innocent until proven guilty. I feel guilty for giving these people money! I hope you don't fall into the same trap!
