frozen PC - PC Optimizer software does not work

PC Registry Optimizer - version 2.2 was installed on my PC and it does not work at all. No verifiable improvement to my PC was found. As a matter of fact, it furthered slowed down my PC - I continuall get stuck in applications since loading this software.

It is not PC optimizer. Try disk cleanup, defragmenting, and clearing your cache. Also open your troubleshooter, it will give you advice on how to resolve the issues you are having.
