RushCard / UniRush merchandise not received and haven't been refunded from rushcard are walmart.

I made a purchase with my rush card at walmart.com online, my merchandise was delivered and left at my door. I called rush card about it on 2/2/2016. I was denied on my claim they had me put in a rebuttal letter and I still haven't heard anything bout my refund and it has been 5 months. I have been giving the run around and nothing is being done about my refund. They have contacted walmart and see that my merchandise was delivered and left at front door and was took off my porch. No one is telling me what going to be done bout my merchandise are refund. I don't think I should have to pay for merchandise I didn't receive

RushCard / UniRush card ordered I didn't order

Thursday May 24th, 2017 I called to cancel the card and a Rushcard rep allowed someone to call back & activate the card again, provided them all of my online access and a card to card transfer took place ripping me off all of my money. It's bull carp b/c if someone told you they didn't authorize a card and to cancel it, why would you let someone call back 5 hours later to activate it and change all the information on it. I'm reporting this to the BBB & I've filed a police report. Rushcard is trash. Never again

RushCard / UniRush visa rush

On May 1 2017 my Rush card was stolen and used to run up charges in Hotels in Los Angeles California at various times over a 2 week period they charged my Card. How the Hotels or Services allowed this with out the Actual cardholder or seeing the card having my Signature is Theft.
Your company was notified on May 8 2017 and immediately the Credit card was cancelled. However I was instructed by Rush that after filling the Dispute forms for me being defrauded they would credit back my Account. It has been one LYING STORY after another. I've spoken on 10 Seperate times to Supervisors as well as Rush Agents with still more lies. You are to Protect me not STEAL from your Consumers. Make them SUFFER over a period of False notice. It is Horrible to be Stolen from, and then have Rush Firm Protect the Thief instead of their Customer Base. Every Firm I've dealt with has protected my interest as a Client. Ex. American Express Discover and others. Rush you have hurt your client. I want my Funds returned immediately as well as some kind compensation from Rush for these unprofessional actions to not protect me as I was Stolen from without cause.

RushCard / UniRush rushcard/customer service

I have been a Rush card member since 2011, my husband as well, and many of my family members. We are changing card carriers ASSP, your service is very difficult to keep up with. when I call for help your costumers service ppl have very heavy accents, can not understand nothing that they are saying. when trying to reach a person to speak with you would have to go though to much. I have had some dispute problems that warrant an alert on my card, last problem that I had Rush shut down my card I explain to the costumer service person that I was transferring my funds to my husband card, she said that would be a good idea. HOWEVER when I tried to do the transfer my card had already been cut off. the funds that I had on that card was just stuck there until I received the knew card. My car not was due and my insurance, this made both of my payments late in which I had to pay a late fee this is just to name a few problems we have encountered with the service off Rush card. I could go on and on with other issues, that my husband and family have gone through with Rush cads.

RushCard / UniRush receiving my money from rushcard

On 04/17/2017 I called rushcard card about a error that was in there system about my ssn. I took all proper steps to fix the error that they said would take one to two business days to fix. Its 04/24/2017 an the fact that I cant buy food for my kids really pisses me off and the fact that when you call the card company and they say the cant HELP you takes my anger to the next level... people trust this card company to put there money that they worked hard for and all you they do is give people the run around WORST CARD EVER!

RushCard / UniRush rushcard are liars

30days ago I filed a dispute against an order I placed online. I never got the product. So I called filed a dispute with Rush and sent in necessary dispute paperwork. Well I called to check on my dispute and spoke to many different agents who didn't know their position very well. One rep said my dispute would be handled in 30 days. One said 7-10 business. Several reps told me dispute department would call me back. Which no one never did. I called today and a supervisor by the name of James told me they doing me a favor by trying to dispute something for me. You never tell a customer you doing me a favor they wouldn't have a job if it wasn't for us Customers. So he goes on to say its going to take 90 days to resolve and send paperwork. I advised him again I sent in paperwork there isn't anything else to send them. He said I should have an email confirmation from my order well like I advised several reps including him. I did not get an email confirmation or product. That is why I filed.its a false company trying to sell stuff. Then I asked about my other issue from this month. I called in because I was on the road told rep to give a list of free ATM in the area I was in. So she gave me a bank name. Well come to find out when I got home to look at my account she gave me an ATM that I still had to pay at. Which is crazy. She gave me wrong info just like the other reps. Well I call back to complain. Reps tells me she was forwarding to get issue resolved. Well I never heard back from this issue either. I have been with Rush since 2004 but I don't know who they got working for them now they are horrible and do not help us customers. I need my issues resolved asap..

RushCard / UniRush card cancelled

I have had a rushcard for over a year. I use it to pay bills...buy and sell products from various places..ie..friends, newspaper, facebook. With no warning all of a sudden someone could not pay me because my card had been cancelled. I called customer service and actually got a real person. I was told that corporate had decided there was fraudulent activity on the card. Yesterday was a busy day on my card being the first part of the month. I was sending and receiving alot..I also had put money on the card to pay bills and shop online for a birthday gift for my granddaughter. All but $23 of my money was put on that card. After looking things over, I saw that I was on the wrong plan...I was on pay as you go. It can only be used 10 times a month. Why wasn't I sent an email or message telling me that I would be better off with the pay monthly plan. Now I am screwed. I also can't get into my account. Complete ####.

RushCard / UniRush replacement card

This is a scam company and the employees are not human. I received a fraudelent charge from amazon that i called them to dispute. After disputing the charge they advised me my card no longer worked and i would have to receive a new card which would arrive in 5 to 7 buisness days. I told them i needed my card to access my funds to be able to have gas for work. The agent told there was nothing they could do. I then asked to speak with a supervisor. When the supervisor got on the line she advised me they could expedite the shiping after i kept saying im not waiting 5 to 7 days for my card but it would cost $30. I didnt agree of course. She then said let me see if i can waive the fee for you ill be right back. After holding for almost 15min, she got back on the line and said the fee has been waived you should receive your card in 2 buisness days. She told and absolute lie which is unacceptable for a buisness. I called back the second buisness day while i was at work to get the status of my card which they told me i chose the standard shipping. So i asked the agent if the supervisor told me i would would recieve my card in 2 buisness days to *rush* me off the phone and he said "that is correct sir". This company is bs. I hope the workers lose their jobs and have to suffer and work somewhere where they have no choice butbto be honest and do right by customers which will tear them down.

RushCard / UniRush my direct deposit not posted and delayed I was told? from visiting angels in knoxville tnl.

My direct deposit from visiting angels in Knoxville tn was deposited to metabank on Tuesday march 212017 and I still haven't got it .I rakked to a very representative that was a male on the phone around 630am wgo told me I'm not getting my money til friday and I can't gave that I have to have my money today as always . now please put the money into my account .i got the deposit from my other checkyesterday deom right at home healthcare thats not the one im talking about it.this one is 300$ from visiting angels that i need as well u an send it this morning i can't wait til tomorrow morning when it was out to the bank two days ago . I can't wait til Friday morning psi please help znd send it all back to me thiz morning .I'd so appreciate it I'm getting very upset when ur employees said that I was furious then the next time I called a nicelady told me its gonna be today prob this mornng cause everyone's complaining she said. So I sure hope I dont have time my number on my card us [protected] .exp 09/19. Back of card is 910 my name is wendy anjanette ball i lived at 137 meadowview ln Powell tn 37849. RushCard / UniRush refer a friend bonus

I work in a call center in Ohio. I was told by a ex co-worker to get this card so I too can get my paycheck loaded up to 2 days faster. So I did. All was well for a while. In Dec 2016 I had a new employee start working here at my job.
She didn't have a check account. I told her about the rush card and said if you put in this code I will get $30.00 and you will too. She filled out the info right away. The process was to be 30 days once we both get paid. In Feb 2017 I noticed I never received the money as promised. I called the 800 number.
A man who could barely speak English wouldn't even help me unless I called with my co-worker. I waited till I got to work and me and her both went to call them back. A man who didn't speak English well said he see we did everything right but he would need to escalate this to a team to see were the money was. He said I would have my money 24-48 hours.
13 DAYS later I called back. Still have not gotten any money I told the Lady rep. She wouldn't stop lying to me saying maybe we didn't put in the info right. Maybe I overlooked the money. I asked for her Supervisor she gave me a lady who said the same thing as the first guy I spoke with. 24-48 hours escalating to a specialist.
I then wait till today 03/22/17 to check for the money. Not to my surprise still no money. I started to feel real childish hounding these people over $30.00 but I still get emails saying you can earn extra cash when you refer a new person. BTW the pay $50.00 per person now. Anyways I called spoke with a man and what do you know. He said the exact thing the other 3 people said. He will escalate this and 24-48 hours later I should have my money. I don't understand. Why lie? If you never intend on giving me this money can you please say that? Finally after speaking to yet another supervisor I still have no money and I now know I will never receive this money. But I will leave up to my word. I will tell every person who listen.
I told every person new and old to my job about how these RushCard people cheat, steal, and lie right to your face. Whats crazy is I to work in customer service. If I had any power to give a customer satisfaction from something my company did wrong I would. But the "GOOD OLD FOLKS" from rush card are definitely not going to do a damn thing. Folks please do not mess with them tell everyone you know and keep telling them until we run these people out of business. Russel Simmons or his ex wife need to close down shop and stick to clothing. Playing with people money is not OK. Signed one furious women.

RushCard / UniRush tax refund not posted and given excuses on why it hasn't.

I have been around and around with every service mechanism your company has available and I'm really very disappointed in everything I've experienced in the last few days. I did my taxes through H&R Block. I have contacted the IRS twice and they have verified both times that they have sent my refund to routing number #[protected] Account number #[protected], which is your bank.
The only thing wrong is my account number which the correct number is [protected]. This is absolutely and totally unacceptable. The refund was sent in the amount of $10, 421.00, my personal information is as follows Theron L Mathis, SSN [protected], DOB is 12/29/1958.
My card number is [protected]. I've been told by your company representatives that the tax preparer will send the refund to you and that is not the case. The IRS sent it to the account information mentioned above.
I'm sending you my contact information in hopes that a human being contact me shortly in hopes to resolved this in a timely manner. My next step is to contact my lawyer and at this point I don't think I want to be a rush customer anymore . Please contact me A.S.A.P. so that we can get to the bottom of this. Again if this is not resolved shortly I and my lawyer will be contacting Rush Card corporate offices first thing in the morning. RushCard / UniRush been a member a month never received my card with 2 full checks on there

I've been a member for a month and still haven't received my card, I signed up for rushcard on February 7th. I received an email on February 15th that my card had arrived. I actually had the main office to the apartments as the address instead of my address but the apartments always sends the mail to the correct apartment number when they receive mail and my apartment number was on file. on the 22nd I called to see why I haven't received my card because my entire check was on that card and I cant pay anything and to update my address if needed. before Rush could update my address they asked me security questions that I didn't even set up to prove my own identity and I ended up failing on them so i spoke with a manager and she advised to fax in My License Social and a bill of some sort to show proof of address. I didn't get her name. I faxed in the documents on the 23rd of February. they accepted my ID and Social but did not accept my internet bill as proof of address because the page was "cut". The page was zoomed in just a little show the info clearly but most of the document was there. My address was there, the company and its address was there. no notifications was sent out that they didn't accept it or that they even received my info at all. I called back on the 27th because I was told it takes 48hrs for the back office to process the documents and I hadn't heard anything so I wanted see has my card been mailed and that's when they told me the document wasn't accepted. I spoke with another lady who I was told was the manager and I told her that was all I had because my apartment was all bills paid, she advised that they couldn't accept it so I sent them a copy of my entire lease on the 27th and advised them threw fax and over the phone that I would like a card expedited to me and that I accept all the fees. after not hearing from them once again even though I was told for the second time they would respond to me when they received the faxes by email and phone I called them back on march 1st and spoke with Kevin who I was told was the manager and stated My rent is due and I needed to pay fees from last month I planned on paying with my check that hit my card on the 22nd. he told me that my lease was to blurry and I explained that its because i sent the entire lease and yall didn't except it if it was zoomed in a little to show the info because that's what I was told and why they didn't accept my internet bill. Kevin the manager told me that I could send portions of it as long as the entire letter is there and that he would put an escalation on it which would have been for the second time. so that's exactly what I did. I faxed over the full copy of the lease along with 4 portions of the lease the same day. I called back on march 2nd and I was told the documents hadn't been received yet which was a Thursday so I refaxed them over and kept the confirmation letters that the faxes where being received. I called them back on march 3rd and again on march 6th and was told that neither of the faxes from the 1st or 2nd have been received so I refaxed again just so I would have the documentation and called back on the 7th and still they had not received non of my faxes since the 27th of February so I spoke with a manager named Jennifer (she wouldn't give her last name) expressed to her that I had to take the day off because I had received notices to vacate the premises of my apartment for none payment and I had to talk to the apartment manager because my mother watches my dogs and she went out of town on the 28th and I didn't have the money to put my dog in a boarding house so when the manager came over to deliver my eviction papers she seen that my dog was there and added that fee to the rent I owe and advised she wouldn't take me to court to evict if I was out of the apartment by the 9th and is there anybody above her I could talk to" she wouldn't listen and just continued to advise to refax the letters and at that point I didn't want to accept that since they aren't receiving anymore so they say so I continued to ask for someone in a higher position and she refused to put me on the line with any one else and at one point she just held the phone for about 3 minutes straight thinking I was going to hang up but I didn't and then she got back on the phone and I asked her to just close the account and mail me a check via 2 day delivery so I can at least have money to get a room or find another apartment and she advised she couldn't do that and the mailing time would be 10 Business days. she eventually hang up so I called back about 10 minutes later and spoke with a rep and once she pulled up my account she pulled up my account and stated that still no documents had been received since the 27th she then stated that "THE DOCUMENTS THAT WHERE RECEIVED ON THE 27 WERE ON FILE BUT HAD NOT YET BEEN LOOKED OUT AND SHE WAS SENDING THEM TO THE BACK OFFICE TO HAVE THEM EVAUATED". I have this call recorded and this call was taken place on the 7th. I then asked her "which documents where received on the 27th because I sent a lot since then" and she responded "ID License and a copy of my internet bill" I told her that the back office had already denied the internet bill and she stated "I CAN SEE YOUR ADDRESS AND THE COMPANIES ADDRESS AND INFO CLEAR ON HERE, IT SHOULD BE ACCEPTED AND YOUR CARD SHOULD BE EXPIDITED TO YOU AFTER THE BACK OFFICE PROCESS THE DOCUMENTS WHICH COULD TAKE UP TO 48 BUISINESS HOURS" so now all this time has went by and supposedly the documents I sent where correct in the first place. I still haven't heard form them whether or not they actually accepted my info from the 27th or not but due to all of this happening I know longer live at the address on file or even have a new address for the card to be sent to as of now. I don't know what else to do at this point ( I Have attached a copy of the internet bill that they did not accept)

I am awaiting my dd for my tax refund to my acct...Irs dd it on 2/21/2017 and here it is 2/24/2014 and it hasnt been credited to my acct.Rush card keeps saying that they dont see the deposit nd that they are waiting on the back office to ee whats going on well i hve called in everyday and delt with the rude customer service and being hung up on and crap..I am so done.This is not a way to do business...And still no money and no answers

RushCard / UniRush denial of unauthorized transactions dispute. rushcard robbed me.

I have been a customer of Rushcard for 6 years. In November 2016, my rushcard was skimmed either from a gas pump or an ATM. The thief proceeded to spend roughly $752. After reporting this to rushcard which is an exhausting, frustrating process because no one listens, no one speaks clear english, I was given a “provisional credit” pending rushcard’s “investigation”. I received that credit 20+ days after the theft occurred. They sent me an affidavit to fill out which was incorrect and when I requested a corrected one, they sent me the exact same paperwork. They included some charges twice and left others off. Completely incompetent. Today, I woke up to find that my account is completely empty because they have decided there was no “error”, (someone needs to explain to them that error and theft are not the same), so I have been robbed twice, once by the thief and once by your company. I intend to pursue this matter because this money was stolen from me. These were unauthorized transactions. Ruschard “investigators” didn’t even contact the officer assigned to my case and I gave full info regarding how to get in touch with her. I have reported you to the BBB in Cincinnati and I am researching legal recourse. Your company has robbed me and left me with no money to live on. I have Cystic Fibrosis and I have medications I need to buy. I will not tolerate being told that I made false complaints. I want my money back immediately.

RushCard / UniRush rushcard

A law firm placed a hold on my account for a case that was disposed in 2007. Years have passed and they decided to place a hold on my account, Rush card tells me every time I call how they value me as a customer, yet they never shot me an email to let me know my account was on hold. The law firm sent rush a letter telling them to unblock the account, and now they won't unblock my account because they can't understand a sentence in the document. Meanwhile my childs needs and my bills are not being met. Stuck with rush card from [protected], and now I'm goning to leave, because they really don't value me at all. 12/26/2017 day it happend 02/02/2017 still going on.

My card was cancelled today and I am not allowed to get a rush card again. They said suspected fraudulant use. I use my card for buying and selling personal property and for payments to people for services rendered. I did not realize the pay as you go service was only for 10 times a month. I was not givin an email or message that this was about to happen. All my money was on the card as I pay bills with it. I was told I would recieve my money in 7-10 days. Now Im ###ed.

RushCard / UniRush i cannot reach a customer service rep. to get previous rush card statements.

I am power of attorney for ashley mowery who is incapacitated, and I have been trying to get copies of ashley's rush card statements for march through october 2015 in order to prove payment of products and services. I have ashley's ssn and rush card number. I have tried calling rush card customer service but can never reach a live voice. I have tried emailing their complaints department, but never got an answer. RushCard / UniRush customer service support

I have been a member of RushCard since 2014. Unlike others I have spoke nothing but good words about this company even had people referred through me. I have recently experience the worst customer service of my life. I was hung up on by the supervisor and after being promised a curiosity credit for the issue. I was told that I couldn't receive that either. I have had it up to here with the lies and mistreat from this company and I will no longer stay quiet. I will pass along to anyone interested in this company to not make the mistake I did because they don't care about your service they only care about your money. Be with a company that takes pride in putting their customers first!

RushCard / UniRush not receiving money that was taken from me

In August of 2016 After making a purchase at clothing/sneaker I receive texts & emails letting me know that money was being debited from my account. Then I receive a message from RushCard stating that my card was being blocked and to contact them. I was left with a 0 balance .. I am a single parent of 2 children with a household to maintain & here it is about 6months later and RushCard has done NOTHING to help me get my money back. I've been patient and done everything they asked of me. I've sent 3 rebuttal letters and attached was the receipts & still nothing. I just keep hearing that "due to the investigation I am not going have the money debited back to my account". So am I suppose to just settle for that?! No way! I'm so fed up, the way I feel Russel Simmons ### is gonna feel it! Someone better give me my money back cause it's mine & I want it NOW! BBB will be contacted along with an issued law suit ..Absolutly ridiculous

RushCard / UniRush my card has been locked

I was trying to buy my neice and nephew Xmas presents and I put money on my card. I went to log into my account to see if it went on but it told me my account was locked and that I needed to call customer service I did. There is no help option on the menu for this kind of situation. I can't get my neice and nephew there Xmas presents if I can't get into my account. Plz get this resolved quickly.

RushCard / UniRush prepaid debit cards

I've been with Rushcard for 11 years I lost my card I called to replace it on the 8th of December I still yet to received my card today is the 17th of December. I got married on the 8th of may 2015. In September of 2015 I sent in all the info requested in order to change my name and all they kept telling me was I need to resend the same information over again so I did .I did they never received it so my name was never changed. Yet every time I asked about it they always told me that they were waiting on corporate headquarters to change it. Moving forward I lost my card so I ordered another one, but it was taking too long for me to receive it so I asked for express cash a few representatives told me that that wasn't an option at that point. After fussing so much they eventually gave it to me charged me 30$ of my money so I went to retrieve the money I couldn't retrieve it because my last name on my account and my drivers license didn't match. So I called and asked for it to be returned and refunded the fee this was little after 10am they told me it takes 6 business hours so by the time I go to work it should be refunded I also sent in the documents required to change my name once again Here it is no card still n no money. I was told 5-7 business days wait until Friday, then Saturday now I'm being told wait until Monday and then Tuesday. One supervisor put me on hold and kept over talking me getting smart saying that he told me what my options are and kept saying is there anything else I can help you with eventually I hung up because he wasn't saying anything And I also resent the paperwork to change my name NOTHING! my car note past due it's I switch on my car where they will stop your car from starting.my kids Christmas layaways both was put back because of this. Then they have the nerve to charge me another 30$ to send my card the next day but it not next day it takes 24-48 hours after asking for it a third time. I have no money no card I can't even buy food for my kids all their toys are put back I'm not happy. No Christmas for my kids it looks like I need this resolved as of yesterday this is my money I worked hard for.
