my direct deposit retirement money
On Dec 30th I sent in a copy of my id card and social security card. On Dec 31 they sent me a text to get in touch with them.I call and they told me to sent another copy and i did which was rejected. So i sent in another copy the same copy i sent in July 2015 which they accept to get my large sum money.If they accept that in July 2015 why they cant accept now. I sent them two Ids and the paper that states where it is coming from and the amount and they keep rejecting them. I did this in July 2015.I am going to sent in another copy and if they reject this and send my money back i am going to take my money out and close the account and go somewhere else. I been a customer since 2010, i been a good customer. I did not have no problem in July.
a check you sent me that I cannot cash
my rush card expired so I ask the company to send my money left on that card and they sent me a check I cannot cash because the check cashing place said they recieve a lot of those checks and they are not receiving their money for cashing them so they wont cash any more of rush card checks so I can't cash this check no where and get my money back.now I'm stuck with a bad check from rush card company.

I have been contacting rush card since the end of September about replacement card I have also contact the pin line trying to sit a pin after I already received three cards on the ups from rush card and I receive that money from ssi to take care of my child and there giving me such a hassle
debit card
I been a customer 5 yrs... When I call they thank me 4 bein a customer... I signed my husband up with a Rushcard & didn't know how to refer a friend... No one never told me in 5 years... That's false advertising ! & now they won't credit my account. So I canceled my account with them... They lost a new/old customer... I'm good... I have plenty other prepaid cards...

Metabank and rush card I am still waiting on mine. I am a stage 4 breast cancer patient. The stress is unbelievable. It is december, really need my money to be on my card! I have called since the 24th when my sons ssi deposited, I have been wanting to know where mine is? I am my sons payee, I also receive. I have also checked with ss department said everything was fine on their end of it, that my payment should have posted yesterday! Just pay me the money the department of treasury sent through meta bank to your rush card! I am no longer a happy member of rush, I am losing trust with this company.
my prepaid debit card
I have my payroll check direct deposited on my rush card. On october 10, 2015 I lost my card in walmart and called customer service to cancel the card. Customer service was suppose to send me another card in 7-10 business days. To this day, I have not received my card and I keep calling & calling and get all kinds of promises of getting a new card & still almost 2 months later I still have not received my card & my money is being held up. I called again last week on 11-12-15 and spoke to customer serv. And was told that I could get my money from my acct. By money gram but have to call back in 2-3 business days. rush card
You can't talk to anyone in custom service about your account. If you do they hang up on you. I have been trying to reach them seen Oct. 17, 2015, I call five time and after forty-five minute the phone hang up, 19 Oct. 2015 four time 20 Oct. 15 four more time, 28 Oct. two more time, and the 16 Nov. 2015 three more time and the phone hang up after one hour. I can't even get on line to them. I can't upload any information about my card. I just would like my money off the card.
not giving me access to my money
RushCard has Been keeping my money from me for over 3 months it all started when i requested a new card be sent to me it took almost 2 months for me to receive it . I finally received the card about 3 weeks ago and the card will not activate thru the systems activation line. I have contacted the customer service number several times but they continuously give me the run around and put me on hold for hours at a time, ive talked to supervisors several times and they still wont fix the problem, All they have done to this point is leave me with false promises stating they will put in for a "Manual Activation" and it will take 2 business days but the card is still not activated. I even once talked to a supervisor by the name of Grace who at the time seemed pretty helpful and trustworthy, She assured me that this matter would be solved by the end of the day and she would make sure of it, she even took down my number and promised she would give me a call if there was a problem. I havent heard from her since and that was 8 days ago. I even called back the next day to try to contact her but was unsuccessful, i guess she was in on the game as well. I had $151 on my card that i actually needed for a household bills to help support my fiance and my son, which has now turned into $147 because they charged be 4 dollars to get a new card sent to me. This situation has been a major inconvenience in my life and very stressful due to the fact i nearly spend 3 hours on the phone trying solve this problem every morning. i hope their is some way you can help me. missing funds
I have had been unable to access my funds for since October 12th. It has been escalated numerous times to an "account specialist" to no resolve. I spoke with another representative today and was told it may take 24-48 hours to receive my balance. My second issue is with the dispute department. I put in a dispute for 2 transaction back in July and was told to give 90 days to get a resolution. I spoke with someone to in that department and was told it is still being worked on, however a letter was sent out to me about my case. My question was how can a letter be sent out but the rep still shows it has not been resolved yet. So either they are blatantly lying to customers or incompetent, either way it is time to end my relationship with this company! AFTER I receive ALL the money that is owed to me. I need a resolution, like yesterday, I have been patient for long enough!
I am going through the same thing! I have filed a Fraud Report Form with the Attorney General. I have also contacted Minnesota Department of Commerce. What this company is doing is wrong. We are out an entire payroll check that they have promised my husband and I would be fixed in 24-48 hours 5 days ago. We have called every day for the past 5 days, only left to wait on hold for an hour at times just to be promised we would receive our funds. We now have no lights and owe daycare money, they said they understand but how could they? This is someones life they are messing with. I am done with this scam! Going to a REAL bank. I will not stop fighting until I receive the money I have EARNED!

Been a member since 2010 never had encountered a problem such as this. The language barriers between the representatives and customers are unbearable I attempted to contact Rush numerous times after requesting for expedition of a replacement card be sent to my address on October 13 still no card.On October 30th I finally reached a representative that would help resolve the issue by requesting for a cash express that takes 1 to 2 days still no money it's now Nov 5...its more to the story but to make it short this caused my lights to be shut off, had to borrow money to have it restore, accrued fees on my next bill and now I'm falling further behind in other bills because I have to pay back what I borrowed to keep living on a daily basis.SMH! This is has been a disaster!
I have been waiting 4 weeks for a replacement card that I have not received. By card was caught up by the ATM and destroyed on 10/17/15. I called and the card was supposed to be blocked till I receive my new card. First the card was never blocked so bill payments are being made twice since I'm using a different bank card until I get my card. Second I still haven't received my new card. Rush card has attempted to send me a card 4 different times which I have not received a single one yet. The first to wait 7-10 days, the second 1-2 days, the third 1-2 days and a fourth 1-2 days. Still no card. I expressed I was tired of waiting and wanted my money off the card so they offered fast cash (moneygram) and told me to wait 1-2 days for an e-mail to pick up my funds. Well I called today to find out the fast cash was never processed and they want me to wait 1-2 more days while they process it again. After being on hold for 1 hour and 23 minutes waiting for a supervisor they picked up and hung up the phone. This is beyond frustrating.
I am going through the same thing, someone needs to take this company down! I have contacted the Attorney General with the state of MN.
locked out of my card account/unreleased money for bill payment
I paid my Direct tv bill with my card as I do monthly, but for some reason the money was taken off of my card but not released to Direct TV and now my tv service has been interrupted. They still have not posted my $155 to my Direct tv account and have not posted the money back on my card. What in the hell is going on with you guys? This is our lives that you're playing with.
I finally got ahold of a customer service representative and he says that they cannot release my funds to pay my bill for 10 days! This service is a damn joke! And I'm suppose to believe that non of the managers have a administrator key to override the system and release my funds. I'm tired of being talked to like a damn fool.
I've been trying to call and speak with Customer Service about this problem all day and have been on hold for over an hour. Very poor customer service with this new bank.

I also, am having a major problem with Rush Card services. I did a green dot upload of $500.00 on the fourth of November. I called the cable company to pay my bill. THE two TRANSACTION using my rush card ( that I put five dollars on Nov.4 ) was.declined both times.I checked my balance online and I was shocked. My online account stated, my balance was 0.00, but I had $ 500.00 credit.I have discuss this matter with several customer service representative and numerous supervisors. Today, it is November 8, 2015 and still no resolution to my account. I am highly mad and very disappointed in Rush card service.Yes they might attempted to have upgraded they services but this should not have effected the clients like this !
Payment Not Received From Disputes
I filed 4 disputes for 4 transactions on July 7, 2015 and was informed that I had to wait 45-90 days. When 90 days came I was informed that I had to wait 30 more days. I called 3 weeks ago and could not get anyone. Last week I called a representative said that someone would text me from Rushcard pertaining to my 4 disputes. Because of the changes that took place. I never received a text. Today is 11/4/2015 and I have yet to receive my money back from the 4 disputes I filled on July 7, 2015. I have been calling all day since 8:40 am. I have been transferred to Account specialist so I was told. I have consistently been on hold for hours at a time and then the calls disconnect.

Not able to access my money off of my rush card. I have been a rush card member for several years and I have never had a problem until now. I currently get direct deposit from my job and rush card has deactivated my card and now I'm locked out of my account and not able to have access to my money. Bills are due, car needs gas and my family need things. This is totally unacceptable! I want my money! I work hard just like the next person! I have been a rush card user for the last 8 years and this is truly the first time I've been very disappointed with there services for the last month I have not been able to deposit any money onto my card and all my direct deposits have been late which has been a big inconvenience far as paying my bills on time I call customer and still get no where at this time am ready pull my account out. I just can't believe that this is actually happing, if you think about it this is some "Bold" move's and get this the Authorities sit back and allow this to happen. One Scenario, you "Lock" me out of my Account 3 to 4 wks an Unfortunately like me towards the end of these weeks inquisition You take Large Sum's of Money, knowing another Direct-Deposit is about to happen and if there's No excess to the Account then "Someone" can wreak have-it on your Acct. In the Real-World when you Strong-Arm-Robbery someone in this way...it's a Crime...And yet our Money is Missing for Days but you'll treated Nasty! by Customer Service and I've even had one to tell me to go with some other Debt Card Company, what kind of Legitimate Company does that. I was also told during my many calls "Give us your Phone No. and we'll send you a text when your money is in your Acct. that was last Friday.
Also I have just tried three times to change my pin and the phone hung up on me. Saying that it did not get that smh this is unbelievable I have kids and bills

not being able to get into my online account for 3 days
I need to speak to a supervisor or someone higher cause I am not happy with rushcard. I can't get into my account through the app on m y phone, it takes up to 2hrs to speak to someone that can't do their job or help me with my issue. I need to get into my account to get the print out of all my direct deposit from my job that I need to handle what I am trying to do. I finally after 2hrs get someone one the phone that don't speak english and has no idea what he is doing. When I ask to speak to a supervisor he puts me back on hold and I get no one and sit on the phone for another hour waiting. I want to speak to a supervisor immediately and tonight. I been with rushcard over 6 years and today I my money is gone out my account I a homeless women from Detroit who is sleep on someone floor was trying to relocate but do to rushcard taking all my social security check I'm not able to do so I have two small children who need coats and boots for the up coming winter . I been calling them for days now been on hold for up to 4hours still no one answers and plus the person I living with needs to pay her to be here when all this is over I will be leaving Richard going to the traditional banks because I can't deal with my money all gone with out me knowing nothing so I really hope help on the way thinks in advance

For the last month rush card has took my money I can't get on line I can't get anyone on the phone to explain what going on! I want the account deleted I will not go though this again I like my money to be secure at any bank an you did not do that for me I'm sorry this had to happen. I will never us them! I've been a cust since 2010 I can understand mishaps with not getting pd 2 dys early but I used my card to only purchase 8.00 in fuel and 100.00 was deducted for this and I need someone to answer my phone calls I'm on hold to only get disconnected even if I don't speak to a live person just put my earned money-back and I'm saying good bye to rushcard and anything else to do with Russell Simmons and his lifestyle !furious/disgusted hardworker!

This is ridiculous their system has been down for over two weeks off and on i went from having 280.00 in my account to 90.00 then after that 4.75. My paycheck has not deposit I cant pay my bills or buy gas. I have had this card for over ten years never had a problem til now. Russel Simmons is a millionaire he shoudl be giving a credit back or something for the troubles
