Ruby Tuesday chef restaurant waitress and waiter

Hi live in MD and the ruby the day location I'm talking about is in Columbia MD snowden river parkway I know this place used to be good couple years ago and I think this place got to go cause first of all the table are way to big for you to seat in on some tables and people just got there for a salad!second the chef is horrible at cooking and it taste to salty or greasy and food cost way to cheap cost like 30 or 40 bucks for the whole food!I don't think the owner of that store in this location is doing a very good or professional job in his bs way this place is a fraud and I heard some people card got charged multiple times on the Google review I hope this helps and this place needs to go and make it a snack bar or something!and the address there is snowden square 9071 snowden river parkway and there phone number is [protected] and please don't tell them my name just closed this bs place down

Ruby Tuesday cardboard in salad

We went to the Ruby Tuesday in Bessemer Alabama on 3/23/16 and my husband made a salad and was eating it and found a piece of a card board box in his salad. We quietly went to the manger to tell him and he came over and took the salad plate and piece of cardboard and said he knew by the shape of the piece of cardboard that he knew exactly what it was (an air hole cutout most likely from a box of lettuce). We did not expect them to comp the entire meal for 2 people but when we were presented with the bill and even the charge for the salad was still on there he was furious. He said he will never set foot in another Ruby Tuesdays again. He said if he had it to do over again he would have stood up and showed it to everyone there who was either eating the salad or planning on it. But we decided that it should be handled quietly so no one was embarrassed. What we expected was for his meal to be comped at the least the salad part. I have the receipt of a copy is needed.

Ruby Tuesday service and food

My boyfriend and I ate at Ruby Tuesday's on 3/20/16 (Sunday) in Hinesville, GA and the waitress was not prompt at all. My food was burnt and when I told her she was not apologetic, she got her manager and neither was he. Instead he explained to my boyfriend and I how they cook that certain dish in a loud tone and when I asked for replacement side dish instead, he act like it was a problem at first but allowed me to do so. I was not happy with the service because at no given time, neither the waitress nor the manager apologized for anything. I am usually a big tipper but I only gave $2 which that wasn't earn.

Ruby Tuesday service

My girlfriend and I try to get together at least once a month. She loves Ruby Tuesdays and I had never been there. I called Kevin, the manager at the Danville, Virginia location without response. Arrived and I had to wait for my friend. Hostess was talking, I thought to me but she had her phone and head phones on, a very private conversation. So I did not want to distrub her and hear things I didn't want to, so I went back outside. My friend came, we sat, there was one other table, business lunch and they had finished their lunch. One other in the entire restaurant. Waited an hour without seeing waitress. Wanted a drink refill, couldn't find anyone so went to get myself. All three girls were leaned against the back wall in the bar on phones and talking. Than we had to watch a rather large girl and her pink panties the rest of our vist. Not just a little view...half her panties. We thought, no must be a shirt untucked, no shirt besides her work one..called to talk to manager the girl said they were understaffed and she was doing several jobs. Um, did she not think I was there. Phones, only one table...

Ruby Tuesday cajun ribeye steak & spaghetti squash

Ruby Tuesday service/food

On 3/8/16 I sat at The Bar & ordered The Chicken, mushroom pasta w/broccoli. The bartender basically stood over me staring while I ate salad which was very uncomfortable.

The food arrived & was completely WRONG! He said "oh, I put in the wrong thing-guess I have my free dinner now!"

I cancelled a remake &he said they can remake it on them. I agreed after a few moments of back and forth of "no, I don't want to upset the cooks, I'll just finish my drink" and him saying "no, they know it's my fault and it'll be on us, really..." over & over...

My food came out, I asked for silverware (again) and a pasta spoon. He asked "what's a pasta spoon? We don't have them..." I then said well can I just have a large spoon?

He brought the spoon & I said what it was, he said "I've been with the company 12yrs & I just learned something new!"...as before, he stood in front of me while I ate and I asked for a to go box, THEN was given a check for the meal he said "was on them".

I asked about why I was given a check for the meal, his response was "oh...yeah I said that but that's not what I meant...I'm sorry I keep messing up your night, ummmm...yeah it's my fault but I'm sorry I've gotta charge you."

I paid for it and let him know I was very upset.

Ruby Tuesday service and food

My husband and I decided to go to ruby tuesday's because we've had a really good experience there with how everything was ran from the previous general manager (Henry). This visit was by far the worst visit to ruby tuesday, while eating our salad the waitresses were vacuuming next to our table. I had ordered steak and breaded shrimp. Having previously worked in a restaurant and knowing when cooking oil needs changed, their oil was beyond needing changed. The shrimp were gross due to the oil and the steak was very rubbery no taste. We let the waitress know and she went over to another table and asked if their shrimp was ok because we had a problem with ours! She went back and talked to the manager (Which never came out to talk to us) and said he's only charging you for the steak... He took a whole $3.00 off... We will not go back!

We went to the same Ruby Tuesdays in Bloomsburg Pa today. I got the portobello sirloin . Waited 25 minutes until our dinners came out.Tried to cut the steak and could not even get part of the way through it. Waited for the waitress to come back after 10 minutes my husband went to find her. She said what is wrong? I showed her how you couldn't cut the steak. She said she would bring me another one right away. Sat another 18 minutes and finally it came out. By then my baked potato was cold. My husband was finished eating so I said just get me a box. We asked to talk to a manager and after another 10 minutes she came over, Told her what happened and she said oh I am sorry we have had quite a few steaks sent back don.'t know what the problem is. My husband said you know in other restaurants they would at least take something off of the check. She said oh I can't do that we made another steak. Told her about everything being cold until I finally got it she didn't care, Told us we could have one free dessert . NEVER WILL RETURN THERE

Ruby Tuesday presentation

My Wife and I went to Ruby Tuesday's on Tower Road in Colorado on 2/27/2016, we were sat a 6 top table (why I have no idea, as there were 4 top's available). The waitress was charming. I ordered The New Orleans seafood dish and my wife ordered a Salmon dish.

When the food arrived there was the New Orleans and a potato, nothing else, not a slice of Lemon or Parsley. There was no attempt to present this plate of food with any thought toward presentation. I must give credit where it is due, the meal was very good, but the presentation was very bad.

Ruby Tuesday employee/cook

My boyfriend and I came into Ruby Tuesday on Saturday night for some takeout. He had gotten there before I so he went ahead and placed his order. When I arrived the resturant was empty it was about 11:15-20. I've worked at restaurants before so I know closing time is the worst time for guests to come in. Long story short, the cook came out into the bar upset and scolded the bartender about employee food being sent back that late, which I soon realized he was talking about my boyfriends food. After he walked back into the kitchen, the bartender asked if i was ready to order. I told her if thats how your cooks are acting I'm not sure I trust them cooking my food. I'm not too sure what exactly was happening in the kitchen, but there was no excuse for they way that cook was acting. I was so upset with how rude he was to the bartender especially in front of her guests. That cook shouldnt be working there if he can't keep his cool.

Ruby Tuesday manager was rude

I had the worst service ever and I am still feeling some kind of way about it today. The manager was just disrespect. I had order some hot wings with 3 other meals the hot wings came out first which was weird cause we just order but what had happen the waitress brought two plate of wings to the wrong table so are waiter comes and notice say it was for the table next to us and that we could have both cause it was there mistake then the manager comes didn't say anything to us or the table next to us for having them wait another 15 min for there food she just took the plate up didn't ask if I would like both or if I wanted to pay for the other plate even though the waitress said we could have both 2nd I was just looking at everything and noticing how they handle the situation I was disgusted that I didn't even eat my own food so are food comes out and I asked to speak with manager cause she took the plate and didn't ask any question we had are food and I felt like she should of let us have it or took both plates cause now were eating and my little brother a 14 year old is just looking at us eat so I'm over this place and the staff and manager I just want to go she argues with me about how I felt and was so nasty then there was a nice white couple behind us she goes to them and ask if there okay and they didn't even ask for her she was so nice and calm didn't even need anything it was just crazy still not asking the people who are waiting 15 more minute for there food are they okay or say sorry WHO DOES THAT LOL okay so time for me to go let me add they where black older women I'm African American as well time for me to go cause I just been ignored and disrespected I'm packing up my food there a long black hair in my food I laugh CAUSE THIS IS JUST NOT MY DAY I tell my waiter she says the same its just not your day I tell her look I don't even want to speck with your manager ok can u just take this make me another one ill pay for it I don't care I don't want no money back or to complain just want to go she tells me no let me tell my manager cause u might get something off manager comes her attitude is bad she says what's wrong now I look at her like she crazy I say I was just packing up my food cause a hair she says well I don't know how there can be a hair I have blond my cooks have short hair and your waiter is a red head so there no way again arguing with me instead of just saying sorry I will make you another one then I'm thinking to myself okay but the lady who made the mistake and brought us the wrong food has long black hair she didn't mention her though my whole experience there was just not okay I don't understand how that manager carried the whole situation she didn't have any manors or just think like this is are mistake you are a customer let me fix this so u want to come again which I never will and I will tell everyone I no not to let me had I HAVE RED HAIR MY TWO LITTLE BROTHER HAVE BROWN DREADS AND MY DAUGHTER HAIR BROWN BRAIDED SHE MADE IT SEEM LIKE I PUT THE HAIR IN THERE CRAZY AND I WORK IN HOSPITALLITY I WOULD NEVER HANDLE THATS WHOLE SITIATION THE WAY SHE DID THE RUBY TUESDAYS IN LAKEFOREST MALL

Ruby Tuesday customer service

One of the servers yelled at a customer for having their phone plugged into the provided wall outlet. It was clear to me that this particular worker doesn't possess the qualities needed to be a server for this type of establishment. This type of outburst is not, in any way, healthy for the business or the customers. This can truly hurt your customer service reputation as a whole, and needs to be addressed in a store meeting. For future reference, try teaching your workers the importance of customer service before incidents like this destroys your customer base, as well as causes you to lose so much business that you have no choice, but to close your restaurant doors for good.

Ruby Tuesday waitress

Today I was dinning at Ruby Tuesday, on Montage Mountain. While dinning there a waitress in a dark purple shirt, long dark hair, older woman, very petite, sat at a booth next to us clipping her finger nails. This womam should not be allowed to work in a restaurant. Because of this experience, i will never eat at Ruby Tuesday again. I can only imagine, what she does when she is in the kitchen, maybe thats where she clips her toe nails. Unbelievable behavior, for someone in the service industry.

Ruby Tuesday the restaurant needs serious addressing

Me my husband and grandchildren was eating there tuesday night on kids night. The black walked by and stunk up the entire restuarant I over heard what im assuming was a pregnant manager make remarks of him smelling like marijuana and several female employees was laughing and making jokes they allowed him to roam freely smelling like he had just came from a burning marijuana field and too top it off as we was leaving I seen the same black man making what I assumed to be drug deals in the parking lot. We will never return to the calhoun, ga ruby tuesday

Ruby Tuesday service/product & food

1/4/2016, We dined at or around 2:30 or 3:00 PM. Ruby Tuesday, restaurant had run out of Mac & chesse, broccoli, salmon and several other items. How is this possible? And how is it that the server tell you this information before or as you are being seated. My husband I dine at Rudy Tuesday a lot. But with regrets we are rethinking this choice. The restaurant generally opens around 11:00 or 12:00, how is it run out of food that close to opening?

Ruby Tuesday everything

Resturant was very very frezzing cold uncomfortable to eat and I had a light jacket on.Service to take order was very slow. My partner got salad bar and I waited 10 minutes before my meal served. I also had to leave restaurant to even read the menu to order as the lighting was so dim and dark inside.We wer s eated in an area with no other diners ets even in site quite isolated.My mashed potatoes had no toping offered such as butter or etc.We will not come back. Ruby Tuesday gift card fraud

On Sunday, Dec. 27, at approximately 6 pm, my husband and I, along with another couple went to eat at the Ruby Tuesday located in Prince Frederick, MD. At this time, we had gift cards to use which I had just checked the balance on. Each card had $15. The meal was served by Antonia. During the meal, I requested a burger to be medium well. This burger came out burnt. I told Antonia, who immediately took it back to have another done. After waiting a long period of time, another burger was brought out--again with the burnt taste. At this time, Antonia admitted that a lot of the burgers came out burnt. I asked to have the burger removed from the bill and to go ahead and bring the check. When the check arrived, it was not separate as requested at the start. We said it was ok, and gave the gift cards to go towards the bill. Antonia brought one of the gift cards back to us, saying it had $0 balance. I told her I had just checked it before leaving home and it had $15 on it. Again, she took it and brought it back with the card receipt showing $0 balance. We paid the remainder of the bill with a personal credit card and left feeling very frustrated. Once out of the store, I contacted the gift card balance center. I was told my gift card had a balance of $15 and was swiped at the Ruby Tuesday at 7:31 pm for that amount. We immediately returned to the restaurant, requesting to see a manager. The manager, Wendy, came out. When we told her what had taken place, she appeared very flustered and said she had never had to deal with this type of situation before. She asked for a few minutes to look into the situation. A while later, Wendy came back with $15 cash. She claimed to have a gut feeling about the situation, but couldn't do anything about it until the close of business. She also admitted she had a lot of issues with personnel but was unable to get them resolved due to lack of support from corporate office. She apologized for the problem and told us to come back and she'd personally take care of us. Overall, I feel the manager was unprofessional about the entire situation as she did not really know what to do or how to compensate for our experience with bad food and a theft of gift card. The waitress saw us return and never came back to acknowledge us or ask why we had returned. My gift card number: [protected] which had a balance of $15 and then was $0 at the restaurant. The manager kept the receipt to show the balance of the gift card, so I have nothing to share except the gift card number.

Ruby Tuesday hostile work environment and harassment

I am a former employee of Ruby Tuesday, the store number is 2962. It is located at 1 Crossgates, Mall RD, K-101 Albany, NY 12203. There is an assistant manager named Matthew Ryan Hogan, he is very verbally abusive towards his employees. every time there is an issue he orders me to go to the office locks the door and start asking me inappropriate questions on my sexuality, which has nothing to do with my job. He is swearing at employees, unwanted touching, hugging even kissing on the face and saying "I Love You". I express my concerns to my General Manager Mr. Tracy Nichols and he does nothing to solve the incidents. I am now speaking to the New York State Department of Human Rights and Filing a Harassment Lawsuit against Ruby Tuesday. I am not the only person this manager has been doing this too. He has a past history of verbal abusive behavior. Here are the dates the incident occurred November, 12th, 15th, 22nd and 29th. December 6th, 13th, 16th and 17th, 2015. the District Manager Mr. Brian Hinckley is no help in these matters, I asked for assistance and none was given.

Ruby Tuesday very poor service and food

We stopped at Ruby Tuesdays for dinner on 12/3/15 at about 5 pm. There was no hostess at the door and although it was not busy we had to wait for someone to come and seat us. We were seated at a booth in the bar area where there was one party of 3 already seated in a booth as well and there were no customers at the bar. Our waitress who was also the bartender was friendly enough and made a good margarita however her skills as a waitress left a lot to be desired. She took our orders but had to come to the salad bar where I was getting a salad to ask me what side I had ordered with my meal. When our food finally came to the table my order although luke warm, dried out and tough was least was correct. My mother who had ordered the blacked tilapia with a side the grilled brussel sprouts was brought a sirloin steak and baked potato. That was taken back to the kitchen and when the second plate was finally brought to the table it had the fish and what looked to be the same baked potato that was on the first plate with the steak. As I mentioned she ordered the Blackened tilapia, what she got was by not any stretch of the imagination blackened but in fact was barely warm as were the "grilled" brussel sprouts which again she had to wait for to complete her order, when they finally came they were tougher than shoe leather due to the fact they were obviously rushed and under cooked. We very rarely get to eat "out" due to being on limited fixed incomes and I can't begin to relate to you how extremely disappointing it was to have wasted our money and one night "out" on the food and service at Ruby Tuesdays.

Ruby Tuesday team member (no warning or write up but fired)

My name is Brianna McCully and i have been working at Ruby Tuesday since May 30, 2015. I recently got fired and did not know until i got home from school. I go to school at Hinds Community College in Raymond, Ms which is 2 hours and 36 mins from Starkville, Ms. My manager (Mike) and I had an agreement that i would tell him the weekends that i could work and he would put me on the schedule. He also told me that the first time he put me on the schedule and i didn't show up that he would fire me. He put me on schedule two weekends in a row when i did not tell him to. The first weekend i went without saying anything, the second weekend i had to play with the drumline at this heart walk in Clinton, Ms so i did not tell him to put me on schedule. I had already told Mes. Ronetta that i had something to do and probably couldn't make it and to let her know if i could come to work or not. Bianca (another manager) heard every word that was said. Mike slammed his clipped board on the table and said, " First off, I don't like how you cane at me talking about " why am i not on the schedule?" I did not holler at this man but he was so rude to me. He said that i told him to put me on the schedule and that we did not agree that i would tell him when to put me on schedule. I have a big problem with this because i never missed work, i never got wrote up, never got a warning, and i was not notified about being fired until i got home for Thanksgiving Break. I found out through my sister (Tianna) who was notified by Bianca who was trying to put me on the schedule. He also did not do anything to a host who missed work.

Ruby Tuesday food not so good

The salad bar was very bare and the restaurant was not busy and no appeared as if the we're concerned about restocking, didn't have a single pumpernickel crouton. Also our appetizer was forgot about completing and when did get it was bad. We ordered the four sampler platter. Everything was mushy and gross. My husband ordered portobello chicken had seriously two pieces of mushroom on it.
