Royal Puppy Kennel review: Fraud

On August 29th, 2014 we purchased 2 French Bulldog Puppies from Cindy & Sandy Davis @ Royal Puppy Kennels. We paid almost $4000 for these 2 dogs AKC registered with shots records etc. After paying them for the dogs they made us wait in their Kennel for an hour while they supposedly searched for the papers & shot records for the dogs. Finally they came out and said they could not find the AKC papers and the printer was broken so they could not print the shot records. We left, which we now know we never should have done now, with the promise that papers and shot records would be in the mail the next morning. After weeks of back and forth emails we finally got the shot records but still no papers. Finally I was mailed papers for ACA "American Canine Association" a veterinary registration site. This is not AKC papers by any means! When I approached Cindy & Sandy Davis about the papers they told me they never promised me AKC papered dogs and that the ACA papers where so much better. Then why charge full price for a non-AKC registered dog. There are breeders out there that sell AKC papered dogs for the same price or less. At this point I asked for a refund since they had clearly stated in several emails to me that they were waiting on the AKC papers and clearly they had lied. They told me to send them back the ACA registration papers and that they would refund me $1000.00. I did this via certified mail the next day 10/15/2014 they received the papers 10/16/2014 and claim they sent my check out after much arguing on 10/22/14 to date we still have no money. For the record we live in the same state a few cities away and mail takes a day maybe two to get from them to us. All I can say is buyer beware. These people are the lowest form of dog breeders I have ever met. They take advantage of honest dog loving people. They lie, cheat, and steal and that is how they do business. Their kennel was gross and they admitted they did not breed any of the dogs they have on site. We love our puppies and are glad to have rescued them from that horrible place but had we known what we know today we would have steered clear of these low lives! If this helps even one person decide not to do business with them it was well worth it. People check out your breeders before you go and never leave with out getting everything you paid for.
