How to close the account...I already invest small amount of money

This guy is Jaffer, he asked me to work illegally with royal index and no salary and visa. i attended his meeting one day as a trainee manager. he was explaining about his seven children around half an hour. The most stupid and cheating guy i ever met in UAE.

I was in this company 2013, with one of Singapore Chinese manager . He asked me to open Trading account in order to get visa from the company. Hes the one introduced the owner of the company Jaffer. Jaffer asked me to bring 200, 000 USD account and offered salary commission and visa. he was talking a lot about his seven children, his ethics, professional excellence etc. They had given me a platform to trade and practice. finally i found out they promised several candidates and cheated the same way . I knew that one day Jaffer will run away with money. by God's grace i escaped.

FAKE COMPANY, Cheating people thats why they are giving som many excuses etc. No company in this world is opened to give you/customers the profit. Simple thing every one wants to make profit in business not loss.

This allegation is totally baseless. Some people who have lost their money in forex trading is trying to put these baseless allegations as Royal Index LLC had helped them in trading.

Personally I am a customer of Royal Index Dubai and has found the services offered by the company very useful. The 24 hour live customer service of Royal Index is second to none. I have enjoyed all the benefits of trading with Royal Index.

We invested in CENTURY FINANCIAL BROKERS, Dubai (http://www.centurybrokers.com)and lost money, big cheaters.
they offer big profits and the account is lost. Pls don't go for this. Beware of manager Ahamed, he is a Pakistani fraud.

I went to this company for interview, I that was nice experience. They offered me training. This is like stock market. You learn, invest and trade.
Unfortunately i couldn't complete the training because of my visa expiry. No body offered my salary, But they offered me INCENTIVES + COMMISSION on performance.
Which was very good, better than any company in Dubai. At least they given free training, which was very good. I was not knowing this kind of market. Fantastic. Moreover they are operating with CENTRAL BANK LICENCE, more than 16 years in UAE.
I will visit again this company after 3 months and I wanted to be a part of it. Very flexible opportunity & I don't like working like slaves in Dubai.
I recommend you to take it as a challenging golden opportunity.

I went to this company for interview, everything was fine. No body offered me Salary, but they offered INCENTIVES + COMMISSIONS, better than any company in DUBAI.They are running this company more than 15 YEARS in DUBAI with CENTRAL BANK LICENCE.That is fantastic.
Unfortunately i couldn't join with them, because of my visit visa expiry. I go to Dubai in 3 months, I would like to go there and learn the business. This is like stock market. You learn and invest and trade. Please do not believe the people write stupid things through this kind of websites.

This place is full of ###. Nazim and Aji are two people who can kill to make money, and still call it ethical. You are initially offered 4000AED+Commission. Then, two weeks down the line you are told, you have to get 3 accounts to get paid and three weeks after they say, they dont pay you at all. I have been with the company for a month, and ashamed to say, never read these comments before going. They interview people in bulk and free labor for one month. How they avoid legal claims are by not giving an employment contract and also who ever stays, they try to turn them to investors. Luckily I didnt fall in to this trap. Royal index should go to hell.

Here is my take. ANYONE can jump on the ForEx market. And NO you don't have to a master. Then you should be a multi-bill dude with a pool of money to swim in.

Seriously guys. The company is legit. They do offer Employment Visa to people how have a knack or excel in trading wisely! They do offer free training. No, its not the best in the world but the fact you can ask questions and interact with RI financial analysts is not bad compared to online videos. They too trade! In fact, while I was in the training, the analyst showed us a live account that he managed for one Shiek and NO its not a demo account!

Royal Index is not like eTorro or Forex.com but it sure is the best company in the UAE that can offer such services for those that want to trade in ForEx market.

I agree, their way of advertising is not accurate and sends out 'False Hope', but what is in the UAE? GITEX Shopper week is as good as just going to the Malls and saying give me a discount.

I bet if they started job advertising in manner where they are looking for "Money Market/ForEx Traders" I'm sure you'll be more aware of what you are in for.

I personally went through the process and at the end I, myself, started trading with my own but not through Royal Index, but through eTorro as I am an American.

3-4 days training is free..
You failed to get into the business it is ur fate..! There are people doing this business even without training.

1. Is 4 days a good enough time to learn about forex market? it takes ages and years to master it... Royal index says that by answering few stupid questions from the internet is good enough to train the clients to do forex trading. Which is absloute nonsense.

2. When ever you had a question about employment visa and the contract which the employee is supposed to sign, RI says they are not intersted in talking about it. Why?

3. When it says it will pay 5k-6k as the basic + commision and employment visa it doesnt mention about the 3-4 accounts to be brought in every month to be eligible for the basic or elso 'Zero'. At the time of the ridiculous interiew (all tom, dick and harry gets selected) they say that they will process the visab but never mention about the 3 accounts to be brought in before the visa is processed.

Say u are a sales man in a shop, u have to sell every day..! last month i sold 10 Tv's this month no sales..is it logical..!?

4. If RI boast about the presence for last 15 years, why most of the guys are just 2-3 weeks tenured. Why dont you conduct an induction with he senior BD officers... I prefer not to hear the BS from people like AJI, whom I think is the biggest fraud.

5. If it was an organisation of any value, why most of the unemployed people in UAE gets a call for the inerview and 99% of them are offered a position and not even 1% stay back. If it was genuinely recruiting it would have been the organization employing the highest number of workers in the whole UAE.

6.The whole intention of the firm is to find their clients through the relatives and friends of people who come for the interview. Royal Index is a scam.

If there are any comlications with the dealings with the clients, for eg: the client losses his whole money with some technological faults with the software of the company, RI doesnot stand liable for any losses but the agent (you) will be held respobsible.

Royal Index is a financial intermediary company. They give financial services to its customers. According to your positions in the market you will make profit or losses. If u are losing money in financial market how you can accuse a Company. Before trading you the risks are well explained and you signed legal contracts also. If this is the case all stock markets are scams. You are a fool and illogical guy that is why you lost time and money dude...he he...And now you are posting bull [censor] in websites, it makes no difference.

6. Please go through the agents agreement carefully and you will come to know about this frauds.

I dont know if the company is a financial scam... i want to ask you a question why should you have to go from your country to another to just become an IB, you could have done that with a just an internet connection... now any financial dealing with clients should be done by the company not buy IB... make sure your clients gets to know it... you should read contract first before your client signs it... if there is something wrong.. tell the company that you are taking the client to another company... IB is not a job, its a business unless the company is run by your family.

i know this because once i have been in such a trap... i told the company that my client is a bit far away and need documents...
they said ok.. first thing i did was i went to a layer showed him the documents... he pointed out such a statement and i told the company that my client will not sign it... i told my client abt it and took him to better one...

Your career as an ib depends on your client.. be careful before you commit with a company.. get a written docs for your ib.. sign two contarcts with client.. 1 you wont be responsible for financail loss- warn him if the company do not offer insurance for his deposit... 2 mutal non disclosure agreement for the first one ie the client may not publishes any details regarding the contract signed between you and client

I am wondering how the UAE government left them alive in UAE. UAE governemnt never leaves such beasts in UAE. I have also lost hundreds thousands dirhams in this company.

They call the people for Interveiw and required them to bring clients for them. When the employee brings client for them then they make an agreement between client and employee. They say very clearly that in case of any loss to the client Royal Index will not be responsible and it will the mutual agreement of Client and the indroducer.

I dont know why it is happening in Dubai.

They have also some nominal company with the name of World Index. Is there someone who can give me the World Index COntact? Such a big comapny has no legal address?

I also agree with the complaint.
They called me for an interview for the position of Customer Relations Officer in June 2010 and I was surprised to see that there were hundreds of people over there. We were all asked to solve questions after questions taking help from only 4-5 selected websites (others were blocked). It was such a boring and exhausting experience that I after couple of hours I inform them that I am leaving. What a hell! They should select the right candidates first and offer them the training. Why are you asking everyone to join you and sit in some sessions for 3-4 days and then some persons will be selected. Come on guys. Many people visit UAE to get some job and you are playing with their emotions. You are wasting their time. We were told that we have to get some investment and bla bla. I couldn't understand what the investment and field work has to do with the position of Customer Relations Officer. And that too without work visa. You get caught working on a visit visa and what about the people who may invest in the Royal Index by showing the trust in you? What about their money? If someone runs away, what can you do? NOTHING!
Don't Waste your time with Royal Index. Try Something Else...

The company is legal. They have license from the Central Bank as an intermediary and they are operating for the past 15 years already, if they are a scam and fraud they shpuld have been closed already. What people dont understand is they are a broker or intermediary in Forex and gold market, as a broker they dont trade for the client bec they are not fund/asset management company. What they are doing is they provide opportunity to people who will be interested to learn Forex and how to trade on line because having that education/training you will be able to trade in this financial market be it your own investment or if you wish and decide trade for somebody. This what Royal Index is doing, they provide opportunity, as well as, facilities and services for you to learn this financial market. Well opportunity is not for everybody but only for those who are willing and interested. There is nothing wrong with this! This company is not hiring employees! rather they are giving opportunity like any other company.
