Rotita.com swimsuits

I ordered 3 swimsuits and two cover ups. I swimsuits are not the size according to the US size chart they have. The suits were extremely too small. I have been emailing them now for two weeks to return the items and have not received a reply. All I want is the return address which is not located on the website or a working US phone number. According to the return policy I must contact them within 3 days of receiving the goods. I did so the very next day. And according to the policies I am only allowed to receive 60% of my return? WTH All of their products did not fit and Good business would give you a full refund not a portion of it. According to the site it is because of shipping cost, however they also stated the return items fee is the customer responsibly. Than why am I only getting 60% of a return if I am paying for the shipment? I paid a shipment fee to receive the goods and now I am paying to mail them back if they ever get back to me with a return address!
This is a horrible company and I wished I had Googled them before I shopped with them.
This is not how a clothing company should operate!

I ordered swimsuits as well. 4 of them. Paid $260 for the order with my visa on April 7/16
It is now July 13/16 and no receipt of the order and absolutely no help from the company. They keep emailing me back with the same reply " what you want us do for you". It is not even proper English
WORST service EVER. How can this be legal?

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I made the mistake of ordering from this company. I contacted them because 2 days AFTER I made the order, I got an email saying that the payment hadn't cleared. I have never head of that before, nor did I want to wait, so I contacted them to cancel. They were very quick to respond to my initial request to cancel - within 24 hours and then every 5-10 minutes from there on. They told me to wait because the payment cleared. They never said anything about refunding the money, so I asked a couple more times. They then said, "okay, we can cancel your order after we receive the payment, ok?". OK... so the payment cleared 5/14. I contact them again, and now they have not responded in 2 days. And they have sent out the package - I got a shipment notification email. It's very clear that they are BS-ing. I definitely would not suggest this website. They are not trustworthy, professional, or fair. They also have terrible communication.

I specifically asked before the payment cleared and you said that you would cancel it when you received payment... And you did not honor that. You were also very fast at responding before and now that the payment cleared, you have just disregarded this issue. I demand a refund for this order in full amount.

Rotita.com poor customer service, impossible returns

I ordered an item online knowing that I was taking a risk but when the item came it did not match the description of size at all. The item is not high quality but it is unwearable because of the size discrepancy.

The ticket procedure they have is clunky and the service I have received has been horrible. First I was told to check the policy online and that if the size chart was wrong they would be responsible. Instead of honoring that they told me I could mail it back but I would only get a 60% refund and shipping wouldn't be worth it. They offered a discount on another item.

When I pushed the issue they responded by offering a 15% discount, which would be 3.75 of the 25 I paid.

Several times I asked to speak with a manager or someone who could accommodate my requests better and was refused.

I ordered 3 swimsuits on May 18, 2016. They took money out dame day on my account and now i looked up my work order number on May 24th and it says i haven't made a payment. I leave for Florida on June 11, 2016. I need my stuff asap. This place should be shut down. Theor website needs to not sell anymore if they can't handle this stuff. You can't ever get a hold of anyone and you always have to put a ticket in for a question or complaint.

Rotita.com items not received.

I ordered an one piece outfit from this company two weeks ago. I received an email to validate my email address. I verified my email and a tracking number was sent the following day. I used the tracking number that was given to me. I began to track my package. It claimed that the package has been accepted. The tracking system said that it was coming from Shangai to New York. That was on the 05/11/2016/. I checked again on the 05/13/2016. Nothing had changed since then. I tried to submit a ticket and the website said that I had the wrong tracking number. I typed the tracking number as it appeared on my email. It still told me that I had the wrong tracking number. I really need help on how to contact these people because I am beyond pissed. Is there a way to bring this company down. They are all over facebook and a lot of people don't know about about how bad of a company this is. I don't recommend that a soul order anything from this site. They need to be taken down. If I had read the complaints first hand like I usually would for any other site. Please do not order from these people please. I want a refund for my package. I really wanted the outfit, but I'm to pissed to except . I want a refund.

Rotita.com refund

I ordered a swimsuit, which took 6 weeks to arrive, when it came it was much too big. I emailed them, asking for a returns address. They replied to say, I would only get 60% refund plus the cost of postage to send it back would be quite expensive so not worth it. They advised me to sell it myself and they would give me 30% refund, to which i agreed.
I managed to sell it to a friend in work, but I am still waiting for my 30% refund. Emails have been going back and to, but I have given up now.

Rotita.com customer service/returns

I ordered 3 swimsuits from this company. When they arrived they were not he sizes stated. 2 were much bigger than the size stated and the 3rd one the top was huge but the bottoms were absolutely tiny. I contacted them to ask for a full refund and return address. I received a sarcastic reply stating they were Asian sizes and to give them to someone else as a gift. I responded I was not happy with their reply and again asked for a return address and a full refund, they sent me the exact same response that they were Asian sizes and to give them to someone as a gift. How rude and unprofessional. Grrr😡

Rotita.com poor quality, slow processing

I ordered a bathing suit on Rotita's website on 3/26/16. I received an order confirmation that same day. I had not received a shipping confirmation, so I went online to check the status of my order on 4/13/16 and it had not shipped yet! I sent an email to them asking why my order had not shipped, did not get an answer, and then got a shipping confirmation the next day. When I received it 2 weeks later, the packing was horrible, the "packing slip" sticker on the package said the wrong item. The quality of the item was so cheap, the sizing is not right, and it looks nothing like the pictures on the website! And it took a month to receive it!
Will never order from them again!

I ordered 2 swimsuits April 9, 2016 it is not May 10, 2016 and still have not received them. Submitted several ticket numbers about my order. Complained on several sites. Still no response. I even called the number provided left a detailed message still no response. I would like a refund, but don't know how to go about getting it back through paypal. Should have known better to order from CHINA! I am a very pissed off customer. They have my money and I have nothing. If I knew where to turn them in I would. W1604090500076590.

I had the same problem. This is a terrible company and I would never buy another so called piece of clothing from them again. Cheap clothing and not sized properly.
There is no customer service, all you get is a rude email that doesn't answer your questions.
They have a terrible return policy, you're better off keeping it as they will probably say they never received the package back.
Pathetic and why, because it's all Made in China!

Rotita.com I have not received my order

I placed my order on March 30, 2016. (Order WW1603301924208255). Payment was immediately withdrawn from my account on the same day. I did not receive a tracking number until April 26 after submitting a ticket on the whereabouts of my order. It's been over a month and I've yet to receive anything and no response back from the company when emailed.

Rotita.com poor quality / horrid customer service

Ordered an item - $18 tank - shipping took a while then the quality was absolutely terrible. Initiated ticket for return and Im still playing the back and forth game with them. They are offerring a 10% refund... then 15%... and actually had the audacity to say their "clothing is very cheap so maybe my expectations were too high." Really? $18 is not "cheap" for a cotton tank top. They are complete scam artists!

Rotita.com lengthy processing times, poor quality and poor sizing

I placed 2 orders with this company. The first was on March 26th for a top and a bathing suit. After sending many tickets via their website and opening a claim with Paypal, they finally shipped the order and it was received today. Their website indicates that orders ship within 24 hours, which is not true.
When I received the items there are no labels and it looks like the products are knock offs of other designers/manufacturers. This would explain why I've seen the same photos from their website on other sites as well.

The first item was a top which was ordered in XL. The top is extremely small and doesn't even fit my niece who wears a medium. The material is very flimsy and see through, although the photo and description indicate it is a cotton jersey.

The second item is a bathing suit, also ordered as XL. The fit is accurate, however again the product was received with no tags, the stitching is very loose and not even close to straight. It looks like it was sewn at home by someone who is just learning to use a sewing machine. The bathing suit is a bandeau style, but has no elastic so it is impossible to wear it without it falling down.

The second order was for a skirt. This order was placed on April 2nd. I have an open claim with Paypal, and have contacted the seller through their website numerous times. Each time I am told that the item will be here within 7 days but it has been over a month and the tracking information, which goes to a website that is all in chinese, has not been updated since April 9th. I am still waiting to receive the skirt, but don't hold out much hope that it will be worth the wait, if it shows up at all.

Rotita.com ignoring customers!

I tried to cancel the order the same day, was forced to write a ticket, which never showed up..I wrote a ticket 2 times, never heard a response, they dont have a phone number on there website...Now the item has shipped and I am forced to return and pay shipping when they would not respond to my cancelation on the DAY I ORDERED IT! They finally responded to one ticket, but i had to log into the website to see the response, they told me to check the sizing chart and the return policy..
I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN!

Rotita.com poor quality and wrong sizes

I visited the Rotita website for the first time a few weeks ago, I was looking for some nice long summer dresses for an upcoming trip. I found several very nice reasonably priced options on Rotita and ordered them. The fabric used wasn't as descripted for any of the dresses I ordered, 7 dresses in total. The actual dresses looked nothing like the actual pictures on the website. The sizing of the dresses was perhaps the worst part. One of the "cotton" dresses I ordered in an extra large size in case it shrank in the wash, was so small I couldn't get it over my shoulders. I notified the company that the sizes were all wrong as was the fabric used vs what was described on the website and instead of allowing me to return my order and refund my money they are disputing the quality and want me to send pictures. Which to me doesn't make sense, they know what they sent. I am stopping payment with my credit card company. I strongly encourage all people who visit that website to NEVER buy from this company.

Rotita.com poor quality product, untrue sizing & ridiculously slow shipping

I ordered the strap design stripe print black swimwear in size large. I ordered it on March 30th & it just arrived today, April 29th. Their website says it will arrive within 1-2 weeks. Clearly not accurate. The bathing suit arrived unassembled. I had to string the bikini bottom myself. It's the flimsiest material I've ever seen. I can't imagine it would hold up in the washing machine. The sizing was WAY off. I'd say the top would fit someone who wears a womens' US size 20-22W. The bottom would fit someone who wears a womens' US size 6...maybe. There is absolutely no way to make this suit work & there's no way to get a refund without spending more than the suit cost to send it back & fighting for months for a return approval.

Do NOT order anything from this company. It's all a scam.

I ordered a Back Slit Design Blue Asymmetric Tank Top in a 3x $21.43. My daughter wears a medium and it fitted her. I also ordered a Tribal Print Cyan Strapless Dress in a XL $23.18. Shipping insurance was $1.34. It came with a big hole, threading hanging from it and the color look faded. Not the color on the website. I paid $45.75 on this order. I'm not please at all. This is my 2nd time ordering from Rotita and I had a very bad experience with that order as well. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I just wasted my money on clothing I'm not able to wear. I'm very disappointed and upset.

i ordered a silver sequin top and paid for it with fast shipment on april 4th 16, it arrived 17 days later despite their fast shipping policy, they just said please understand we very busy, that in my opinion is absolutely not good enough, when you pay for fast shipment you expect it to be expidited, the top arrived on 21 april 17, i ordered a silver sequin hip lenght top with on / off shoulder, what i actually got was a very badly made rose gold top which is very short not hip lenght, definately not on/ off shoulder and in a uk size 12 even though i ordered and paid for a size xxl

Was promised my suit, in 4-5 days. It has been 3 wks. now, no suit, nor can I get in touch with them. They didn't have any trouble with taking my money right away. I can see that I'm not the only one with this problem, from this horrible "company". Just want my money back. It was only $27.95, but I paid for it with my creditcard. Thank you...Cleone

Bought swimwear from this site and found them to be very small sized, contacted them asking for their returns procedures only to be given a link that does not work and now being ignored by message and email just wish I had done my homework on this site b4 I wasted my money

Rotita.com swimsuit and shirt

I placed an order on 4/6/16. I have sent in a few tickets regarding my order and asking for updates as to when the order would ship. Their website showed order would ship in 1-4 business days. Here we are 13 days later and still no product and no response from "customer service". I am at the point where I just want my money refunded to me and to be done with this whole thing. I wish I never ordered from here. This has been the worse on-line ordering experience in my life.

Beware of buying from here had to put a claim In to paypal to get what I ordered which then took about 2 months. Finally got here flimsy crap and no where near the real size. Save your money

I ordered a swimsuit in a large per their sizing chart. It was so small I couldn't get it on. Started emailing them and arguing about their sizing. Was told they are an Asian company. They refuse to work with the customer to return anything. Also, the quality was horrific! Do not buy anything from this company as they are scammers!

Same situation here. I ordered my swimsuit on April 1, and it never shipped. When I tried to call, there was an answering machine, they never get back to you. After several emails over several weeks. They finally told me that it was out of stock. I requested an immediate refund, and although they agreed, they told me they would have to charge me $3 for handling. What exactly did they "handle?" I will never order from this company again, and I suggest to everyone to request a refund and not order from this company again.

I ordered a swimsuit well over a month ago and just received it today. The top was ridiculously too large, and the bottoms equally too small. I am consistently the same size top and bottom, so I attribute this issue to the company. There was also no paperwork in the packaging, which I found quite strange. It did not list the order information, nor did it provide me with a way of sending back this terrible article of clothing. I will never again purchase from this company.

I ordered this bikini thinking this was a honest site but when I received it after waiting ages, it was terribly made. I was even more angry when I found out I payed over £16 when I originally thought I payed £12, I think its disgusting that theres no returns address on the item and its shipped from china not an actual clothes site ! I want my money back !

I ordered 4/4. They took money and order still says "unshipped." They do not answer emails...just tickets that get submitted and sit there with my order! I will never order again and I ordered a lot!

You will receive your orders...eventually and unfortunately it will look nothing like what you saw in the pictures. I believe that they steal pictures from other sites to use for advertising. Note that the heads are usually cut off of the model. Hopefully you ordered via Pay Pal and can file a claim for a refund. Their clothes are ill fitting, very poorly made, the material they use is not like advertised. Hopefully Face Book will one day stop allowing them to advertise. So many people are being scammed!

I'm having the same issues as well...no responses back from them, no information, no tracking info. all i can see is that they took my money & still havent shipped out my product. I ordered on 4/4, the money was taken on 4/8 & i still have nothing to go on...THIS SUCKS! MUST BE A TOTAL SCAM!

I order a swim suite April 3, 2016 through pay pal, well it's April 19, 2016 and I still have NOT RECEIVED MY PRODUCT! the order number is as follows WW1604040841584765, the grand total was $25.72. the confirmation that I received said that I would receive it within 1-4 working days. You stated that I would receive a tracking # to track my order and you failed to do that as well. My product should had been sent to 192 Oxford Street, Orange, NJ 07050, however, it is saying unshipped! My phone number is as follows [protected] and/or [protected]. thanks.

I ordered a swim suite on April 3, 2016 and did not receive my purchased product as of yet. the order # that Rotita.com sent me was WW1604040841584765.

I agree with you. I ordered on 4/6/2016. I have sent them ticket after ticket. Finally someone responded asking what my order # was and now I am again waiting for my answer. I ordered a swimsuit. It originally said it ships in 1-4 days, now it shows 7-12 days. We are at 13 days and still no answer. I wish I could get my money back.
