horrible company
Ordered dress a week ago, expedited shipping (paid extra). A week later and numerous emails from me asking where my tracking number is/where is my order (after they conveniently charged my credit card the day I ordered), I've gotten NO responses to any of my emails other than a "waiting for your reply" to me despite the fact that I contacted THEM. A week went by with still no reply to 3-4 of my emails/no tracking # so I submitted an inquiry through Paypal (which I used to pay them) and they asked Rotita for a tracking #. I later got an email from Paypal saying Rotita refunded me. No explanation of what happened, no response directly to me, no apology. HORRIBLE COMPANY, DO NOT order from them. Everyone I've read online that has reviewed them says they are a SCAM site that will take your money and either never send what you ordered OR sent you something totally different/not like their advertised pics.

Before ordering I decided to read some reviews about Rotita. And unfortunately I red only positive ones. I wasn't ready for so horrible experience. I ordered some items and paid money. Soon I received a confirmation email telling that they got my payment and everything is fine. Their site states that orders get ready for shipping within 24 hours. I was so excited about it. Well, this was my first e-shopping experience ever and I was a bit nervous. It's been two weeks now and I didn't receive my order. And only now I've decided to read negative reviews. I tried to contact the via email, but that was useless. Now I know why. Where are my items? Two weeks later I got a message from them telling that they will give me a refund in 20 business days. I told them I don't need that money, I just want the items. But they told that items are probably lost and they can't do anything about it. I appreciate that they are ready to give my money back, it is very nice. That shows that they are not so bad. But I 'm very sad and money does not make me happy.
unethical behavior
On the 28th of November at 22:34 I opened an account a purchased 26 Items. I chose ILS (Israeli Shekels) as the currency. My total was 717 including expedited shipping. I paid via paypal. A day later I get a Email saying I need to send a copy of my credit card for verification. I responded that I pad via paypal and all my documents were verified by paypal already. I get a second Email Saying they need the docs also because my order was more than 700$. I replies stating that my order was 700 shekels and not dollars and I attached two photos one of the amount they deducted from my account and two of the total from my shopping cart. Another day pass and again the Email asking for my credit card. Finally I sent a copy. A day afterwards I get an Email saying that there was a bug on their site and my bill should be 700$ and I need to pay more. This is outrageous . I have all the pictures and they charged my card now I need to pay them more. Never! they are a Scam and lairs and I will sue them!
the quality was awful as is the sizing.
I ordered 6 items from Rotita, big mistake...one of the items fit, but all the others are of poor, really poor fabric quality and the sizes that they list are incorrect. These clothes would fit a 7 year old. I am trying to find a way to return them to at least get a size that would fit. I wear a US XL, and when these items arrived, I would have to wear by their standards a XXL or even larger. I spent a lot of money buying these items, and I don't understand how to send them back and I am willing to get an exchange however their policy of shipping to me for free, but I have to pay to send them back, is a small fortune and I need some help here. I don't know what to do? Can you help me? I have seen many complaints about this company, and if I can't resolve it, I will never buy from them again and I will be out money that I can't afford to loose. Terrible. I even sent them one of the numbers to tell them I want to exchange it and they thanked me for answering the question and told me to keep shopping?
they make impossible to return
I ordered a cape, coat. It did not arrive for a very long time. The size was so off. I ordered a extra large and it fits my 7 year old. I have lost the order number and don 't know how to return. They make impossible to return since ther is nothing in the packing or on line to make it possible. I would like a refund

I ordered a jacket to wear to an outting with my friends. I paid for expedited service and I did not receive the item I ordered. I received another item and I would normally just settle for it considering I was going out and needed the jacket however I don't even like the item that was sent to me. So now I have to run out in the rain and cold tonight to find a store that will be open to spend MORE money to get a jacket that I like. Also, maybe I should have checked before I placed my order however what is the toll free number to contact some sort of customer service? SMH, I can't even speak to someone to settle my issue now. I am very disappointed. After posting here and sending them a photo of what I received, I am horrified at the response I received and I am considering calling my bank and the Better Business Bureau. I am going to attach the comparison photo for what I ordered vs. What I received. Here is the response from Rotita "have send your photo to check, they told us that they ship the correct item, our price is so cheap, so it is not so perfect like some expensive item, pls undersanding if you are not satisfied with it, we can apply some compensation for u, pls advise" They better apply all of my money.

gray top-wrap
Rotita does not explain their Asian sizing well to other countries. In my country (USA), I normally wear L. I knew of the discrepancies concerning Asian clothing sizing compared to our "American" sizing but thought, well maybe an XL in this very loose appearing top would work. SO wrong. $20 more or less later.. I find this product in XL actually fits like our US size S. Crazy difference. Don't waste your money, unless you are in fact a very small person. On the positive side, I am going to cut this wrap apart and make my own larger size pattern from it. I adored the pic of this product and the fit, and by golly, I will make my own dang wrap that will actually FIT! Buyers beware of these Asian companies!
no refund, unethical behavior, fraudulent company
Warning...do not purchase anything from this website and ignore any promotions through Facebook or email. I made the mistake of ordering a black dress on 09-25-15, and when it arrived, it looked nothing as described. When I tried it on, it was too small and was poorly made (cheap material, bad stitching, uneven hem lines). When I tried to contact the company for a return/refund, no one would return my email or engage in an online chat. Automated messages stated that if I ordered the dress according to the their women's size chart and it didn't fit, then they would take responsibility; however, that was over a week ago, and so far, nothing. After further investigation, I have learned that I am not the first victim of this fraudulent company. The only reason I made a purchase was because payment was allowed through PayPal, and I've never had an issue with them. I trust PayPal and hope that they remove their services from this company. When I contacted PayPal today, they filed a claim in hopes of a resolution. Furthermore, the invoice I received from Rotita is very suspect, as it lacks information normal invoices have, such as return/exchange info, contact info, etc. Very disappointed, lesson learned.
denim dress
I purchased a dress from Rotita, when dress finally arrived, it was nothing like the dress in the picture. The material was cheap looking and thin. Thread was hanging from the dress, like they just threw it together. The holes on the dress where the buttons are suppose to go, looks like they took a knife and made the holes. I'm very disappointed, and if I'd known that this dress was coming from China, I wouldn't have purchased it. In my opinion, you purchase items from this site, it takes a while to get to you is because once you purchase any items, you have to give the Chinese workers time to put it together. So therefor, they go find some cheap material, needle, and thread, and piece you some bs together. If you pay attention, there are no tags in the clothes to basically tell you how to care for item, and no this not the first time I purchased from this site. First purchase, shame on you, second time, shame on me.
jump suit and shirt
I ordered 2 items from them. A dress that came as a shirt. It was nothing like the description nor the picture. I also ordered a jumpsuit that everybody liked, several of my facebook friends and it pic had over 500 likes. I ordered it in a 3x. Now on a bad day I do not wear a 3x but I wanted it to fit super big. It came and I could even get in on. One because the zipper wouldn't come down and 2 because it was sized wrong. Well, me and the company went back and forth with what I should do. They told me stuff like, give it to someone and order another a discount, take picture of the items, it would cost me too much money to return, they even had the nerve to offer me $5 then $10, each time I said no especially because one outfit was more than $5 or $10, etc. This went on for a whole month. The offered no real solution. Everything they offered was to benefit them. Finally, I remembered that I paid thru paypal, which is awesome, I put in a complaint and was refunded for all my purchases. This company is a mess and should be shut down. I've gone on their site via facebook to spread the word to everybody I had time to tell to not to buy from them. I wish I had read this complaints before I purchased.

1. The pants were not the same as the ones pictured. The crochet pattern was similar but different, and the fabric was not the same (Some super cheap polyester crap).
2. One leg was shorter than the other
3. Rotita refused to refund me, even when I posted pictures of the uneven legs.
Here's what I will say: customer service was very communicative. However, they actually suggested I fix them myself. When I said I don't have a sewing machine, they told me I must pay all costs to return, which were more than the value of the item. Do not give this company your business. Bad quality, bad service, bad company.

The absolute worst online experience ever. There clothes are not displayed accurately on the models. They are of cheap quality and the size are not true to form. They claim next day delivery... not shipped out 7 days after. Further I did not receive a packing slip or any record of the items ordered and 2 items were missing. After going back and forth for 2 weeks, I still have no resolution and it doesn't seem like I'm going to get any either. I've complained sent them descriptions, asked for a refund, asked to return the items of poor quality and I still have yet to receive resolution -- WEEK 3! I'm filing a complaint with pay pal.
CAUTION: Do not buy from this seller, the clothing is not sized properly and their customer service is not consumer friendly. Their return process is ridiculous.

Firstly, they falsely advertised next day shipping (they shipped the items 4 days after purchase). The delivery company delivered my parcel while I was away (left it outside my house and they were stolen!) I have been battling with Rotita for 2 weeks now for them to refund me (as I was told they are liable- they basically get the money from the delivery company). But now they are stating they can only give me back 25% of MY MONEY!

I ordered 4 dresses... They looked nothing like the pictures! Party city halloween costumes have better quality material! This place is a total scam! For those of you who has called attention the sizing of the clothing as well as the quality purchased from Rotita, it is worth noting that the company is located in PuDong District, Shanghai China. Rotita uses Softlayer located in Chantilly Virginia to host its web services. It seem the laws governing e-commerce would require the company to have better standards regarding refunds and shipping. I believe this company border upon criminal, and is probably a sweat factory. Please avoid this place at all cost. I hope it will come to the attention of Law maker who should require better customer accountability or it should cease to exist. Really Bad company
dresses for wedding
Dresses took 4 weeks to get here, they said 7 days. Which was no problem for us.
Dresses were wrong color shade, sizes were small, and hem of dresses were way off.
When trying to resolve problem: only by e-mail, bad English, terrible understanding, told would only receive 60% refund and I have to pay postage. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
Spend a little more and keep in USA.
This is hands down THE WORST online shopping experience I have ever had...these people(at Rotita) aught to be ashamed of themselves...first of all I ordered a pair of sweatpants with a top to match...the item looks and is NOTHING like what I ordered & might I add that the pants are actually some sort of spandex not at all containing any cotton however the model is wearing sweatpants...the size will fit my dog & thats about ALL I can fit in it(& my dog is teacup size!)I had already ordered before I did my research so I figured I would just hope for the best even after all the terrible reviews...BUYER BEWARE! NEVER again! Fool me once, shame on you! Fool me twice, shame on me. I have definitely learned my lesson...these people will not be in business long...
I want a refund
On 4/19/15 I purchased a green jumpsuit from Rotita. I have yet to receive my order. I want a refund. Rotita is not professional, and a complete scam. I dont understand how Pay Pal could let such a company like Rotita use there services. Somebody better refund my money, or legal actions will be taking.
After submitting my first ticket to get the number Rotita must provide in order for you to return items, I never received a response. When I went to submit another ticket their site told me my email address was "bad". Now I seem to be stuck with clothes that are poor quality, not sewn together and don't fit.
I order a top from Rotita on 7/4/16. The top was defective (the collar was not properly sewn). I contacted Rotita asking if I could exchange and sent them pictures of the defective top. They were unwilling to exchange the top nor were they willing to offer a refund.
I received a different dress that was shown in the advertising, and it was way too small. I am extremely! Disappointed with the product. I will never again buy anything from this website. And it is impossible to receive a refund since it gives you no place to return for a refund.
I received clothing that was made of material far cheaper than the material that was shown on the website. I've been trying to get them to give me their return address, but they won't.

I paid for faster shipping and it took a month for me to get my stuff. I was missing a pair of jeans. And one pair broke before I even put them on.
I paid 49$ for 2 pairs of jeans and they are offering me 3$ for a credit.

So, here it goes. Paid for expedited shipping: 2-5 days. Got it in 8 days. So, my shipping should be refunded. These idiots won't refund it and seem to be completely clueless as to why it should be refunded. Messaged them back and forth over a month about this issue. Do yourself a favor, order from another site.

I received 2 month later 3 items out of 8 after I wrote to customer service asking were is my shipping and the items I order. This site sells clothing that it only fits ancient woman for very small and petite woman. Their Large size is not a USA size...

I have been in constant contact with them and have not received any of the products still! If i don't receive my products soon I will be contacting my bank and letting them know the services have not been rendered and contact paypal (customer rights). I have all my proof. I frequently do business in China and have received many other products from different companies and still was not this bad. I am further annoyed because the products i ordered stated it will be shipped in 24 hours. Granted the Chinese golden week was when i ordered it but March 3 it should have been shipped and i was supposed to receive it by now. Shipping does not go by business days so saying that is pure bull. Keep in mind i spent over $100 people and this was my first order that i didn't even use the coupon on.

I had ordered some items waited almost 2 weeks to get a tracking number just for the tracking numbers to not even exist when I had called USPS..when I had talked to somebody from USPS and telling them that somebody been using their company as a fraud he hung up in my face and didn't answer when I called back
not receiving order and being ignored
I ordered a dress from Rotita.com on the 27th of febuary and i still havent recieved my order!!! It states on the website it ships in 1-4 days. I emailed the administrator and he informed me the delay because of their holidays which was in early febuary. I asked if i can pay for express shipping but he ignored my question and said the item needs 4-8 week...
