Hi My name is Ann, I live in Guam and love shopping in Ross . i am one of their loyal customers. On Nov. 3, 2009. As usual I was there. The line was long but i was patient as always--you hav eto be a patient shopper to survive in Ross. When I get to the counter, one of my purchases was a Michael Kors sandals for $29.99, I have purchased several pairs the week before of same price and SKU. The lady in the counter--ELIYA said she needs to have the price checked and called the supervisor--THIA. i waited a long time for it and she would not offer any explaination why I showed her the other sandal that i decided not to get also a michael kors with same SKU i said if you get that one too its the same brand--same price. I still waited long time--she would not talk to me and i finally asked if they had placed the wrong price she said this is an expensive brand and should not be 29.99 I said I dont know what's what it said there, she looked at me funny like i had something to do with it, I told her its not my fault if there was a mistake in pricing, I should not suffer for it-she then said its not our fault- I said then its my fault??? she said i did not say its your fault! I said then whose fault is that??IS THERE A THIRD PARTY IN THIS SITUATION? Im the one suffering here standing waiting for a long time so you can check if it has the correct price on, they even checked the bottom of the shoes and it corresponds to the price on top-what gives??? why should i be punished for something NOT MY FAULT? I RESENTED INSINUATION THAT I HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH IT, THE LEAST THEY COULD DO WAS SAY SORRY WE MADE A MISTAKE AND AS A RESULT YOU HAD TO WAIT AND ENDURE MY SARCASM!!! I DID NOT GET THE SHOES AND I WENT BACK WITH THE SUPERVISOR BACK IN THE SHOE RACK TO SHOW HER ALL THE MICHAEL KORS THAT 29.99--THERE'S STILL FEW IN THERE, SHE SAID THE ONES WITH HEELS ARE 39.99 --THEN WHY ARE THEY PRICED 29.99??? IS THAT MY FAULT???? ANN
