The authorities and builders have dug out the road in the pimplesaudagar connecting dwarkadheesh and roseland.
Those who are involved are not correcting the roads and they should repair it immediately

Roseland developers are pathetic. They take they clients for ride. Their staff behaves well only until you sign the agreement - they do not pay any attention after that.
The quality of construction is bad. I am renting a flat here and had to go through several issues. I am an unfortunate person to purchase a flat and am regretting. The problem is that I had purchased the flat before I moved in.
The place where I am renting had a honeycomb and it took them weeks to clear it, their staff response was pathetic then. In fact there was a sign to the effect that "Quality starts here" or something like that and as I was following up to get honey comb removed - I pointed out that to one of their staff persons and she was irritated - she bluntly told me that "aapko yahan flat lena hai to lijiye nahi to mat lijiye". This is "self-proclaimed" quality that they are providing. If you complain about it - this is the kind of response you get.
They had promised to give possesion in june end but have not given it yet.
They had promised to give some extra things but i had to go through lot of hassle to get those things.
