inferior quality cushions
my husband and I purchased a sectional sofa from Rooms to Go in November 2013. The furniture was delivered on 11/29/2013. We were out of town from 12/5 - 1/4. When we returned and sat on the sofa for a week or so we realized that the sofa cushions were all crunched down and would not support a person sitting on them. We called Rooms to Go to report the problem they sent out a Service representative the 10th of January to inspect the sofa. He was amazed that the sofa had deteriorated so quickly and said that there must be a manufacturers defect in the item. He took photos and assured us he would report the poor quality to RTG. He said that someone would call us within 10 days of the visit. We had not received a call by today 1/31/2014. I called customer service this morning and spoke with a women who told me that they had determined that the furniture was made to manufacturers specifications and that there would be no action to repair the cushions. When I requested to find out the manufacturers specifications she just said it was made in the USA and that was all she knew.
The furniture was made by H.M. Richard's Inc, PO> Box 373, Baldwyn, MS 38824.
We paid over $1300.00 for this sofa that is basically a piece of junk.

junk sectional
My husband and I recently bought a cloth sectional from rooms to go. From the very first moment they dropped it off it was already broken! The ottoman pull out drawer is covered to look like the rest of the ottoman, but the facing wasnt even attached and six sharp nails were sticking out not attached to the drawer. I called immediately because we have five children one being 8 months. Then after they dropped it off they wouldnt even put the sectional pieces together. I asked them to please finish putting it together and they said;" mam, thats not our job" I was so pissed so I had all the pieces in my living room and a broken ottoman that they wouldnt even take back, they said I had to call customer service. After this they replaced the ottoman with yet another broken ottoman, this time the wheel keeps breaking, I have called yet again and they finally sent a technician out, it was working for a month or so now it is broke again. Then the seam ripped perfectly on the recliner so we called someone again and can you believe this technician came and got a needle and thread out and sewed the rip together. It was wear the recliner and cloth part meets the seam so it was another faulty piece of our sectional. At one end of our sectional is another recliner chair, the backing sticks out and isnt connected to the back of the couch. On my recliner the left side droops as if there is no filling or spring, and the foot of the recliner makes noises because the wood part isnt connected to the cloth it just hangs there. We havent even had this $2700 sectional 6 months and its been falling apart since the first day. I have called rooms to go in austin tx several times asking them to please take it back and refund our money and they refuse to do so and have stopped calling me back and sending technicians. I can not believe the way rooms to go handles these matters. They just dont care. This is been the worst experience ever and recently we had one open up near us and I tell everyone our story. Never, ever buy from this junk over priced furniture store!

They should rename their stores trash to go.
furniture falling apart.
I purchased a childs set, bed, trundle storage, chest and dresser with mirror. The dresser has had four service calls. Last visit the tech said he couldn't do anything fault was from usage! This is a four year old girls furniture, has not been used much at all. The drawers are cheap and fall apart, tracks come off the drawers and you can not open them. This is awful furniture, was quite expensive. They are sending a repair tech back out...I will follow up. Be careful if you purchase from this company, they do not back the warranty on your contract. Rude service tech.

Good Afternoon!
To Whom It May Concern:
I am an unhappy customer at this time. I have purchase a living room set from your company. I purchased a leather set that consist of a Sofa, love seat, recliner, coffee table, and end tables. My whole set is fading. That was my first time ever purchasing from your store and I am not satisfied at this moment. I want satisfaction or I am going to start complaining about your stores. When I purchase my products, I look for quality and durability. My chairs are fading in front of my eyes. I’ve bought leather furniture before from other stores, and I’ve never had this to happen to me. I am still paying on this furniture.
I am asking for something to be done about this immediately. I better hear from someone or I will be calling and sending emails to facebook, better business bureaus, craig’ list, angie’s list, my friends, their friends, and others who will listen. I have looked at you all ratings, and I see that I am not alone with it comes to disappointments of your company. I am asking for you to contact someone, so that they can help me. Like I said, I don’t want this to go further, but if I have to, I will stand with others for satisfaction.
I have been trying to attach my pictures to show how my chairs are fading in front of my face. I am furious with your product. The furniture is not quality furniture. I want a representative (s) to come to my residence and look, take pictues, and take what we are seeing. The pictures that I am providing are just some, not all.

poor quality in products
I purchased almost $7, 000 in furniture from Rooms to Go and was satisfied with the products until my dining table bench started tearing and cracking. I still had warranty, so they replaced the bench seat with no problem. My warranty expired 3 weeks after this. A month later, the threading started coming apart on the bench seat that they replaced and the buttons also started popping off. I called to see what can be done about it and was told the best solution would be to open the yellow pages and hire some kind of technician because there was nothing that could be done since my warranty expired. This was verbatim. I asked the customer service rep to repeat what she said because I couldn't believe what I heard and of course she repeated it. I have never been so disappointed in a furtniture purchase like I have with Rooms to Go. I understand that my warranty has expired, but to replace a piece of furniture and only a month later to have problems with it and refuse to do anything about it is in my opinion poor customer service. The couch I purchased also started cracking and tearing recently as well. I've heard several stories about poor quality of furniture from Rooms to Go before I purchased, but the sales person was extremely nice and I was impressed by their displays, so we purchased the furniture. Sadly, I am disappointment in the quality and recent customer service that has been provided. Unfortunately, I will not be purchasing furniture from this company again and neither will my family or friends who I have warned about this. I call this a lesson learned.
I also forgot to mention that when my tv console was delievered it had a defect. It was replaced 3 times because each time it had a defect, which was noticed by the delivery guy each time. Finally, we had to ask for a refund. It's just unfortunate that it has happened multiple times. I could understand a problem with a piece of furniture. Things happen and no one is perfect, but to experience problems with several products is unfortunate. At least Rooms to Go was fair with the tv console problem, but I hate that they refuse to do anything about a product that I've only had for a couple of months after they replaced it due to a problem in the first place.

discrimination
I went in to rooms to go in McAllen TX with the purpose of buying some sofas there was only about eight costumers in store and the whole floor was full of employees I was looking at the furniture hoping an employee would come and acknowledge our presence and let us know about there store deals seams like they were not interested in selling to us based on the way we looked we had just come from a walk at the park and I was wearing tennis shoes, husband also, a couple walked in nicely dressed and everyone started asking them if they needed help, it made me feel so low after all I walked in there with the purpose of taking some new furniture home but I left the store empty handed with a very bad impression of the store:(

If you feel as though you have been wrongfully discharged or mislead by this company because of your race please feel free to tell your story here. need to know if theres others out there that has been in his situation.
One little tip, when you post complaints, or anything at all where you're requesting constructive feedback from the general public, you may want to take the time to use proper grammar and spelling, instead of just quickly blurbing something out. I don't mean to sound pompous or arrogant, nor am I looking down on you at all. I am really just mentioning this because your post is a bit hard to make sense of, a bit because of the bad spelling (no caps for store name, there instead of their, seams instead of seems), but mostly because of the really bad grammar (particularly the punctuation, or lack thereof). It's basically one long sentence with no commas, and therefore kind of hard to follow.
Again, I don't mean to be condescending in any way, it's not my intention, I am just trying to offer some constructive feedback for future posts. If you take the extra few seconds to use proper grammar, you'll likely see more positive results in terms of replies and feedback. After all, it hardly takes any additional time at all to hit the comma, period, and shift keys as you're typing the message. Again, don't take this the wrong way, as I'm just tyring to help you, I'm sure you obviously know your basic grammar but just didn't bother to hit the comma and period keys as you were typing. Taking the few extra seconds to format a paragraph properly can make a world of difference in the feedback you will receive.
Rooms To Go - warranty scam
Purchased the warranty plan. Had a service tech come out and check my couch b/c I could not get a stain off. He stated they will replace the cushions under my warranty. 2 wks later a customer service rep called and said they will not replace. After complaining they sent the same tech out, same result, same call for c.s.rep. I had to email the CEO and COO of...

On October 12, 2012 I went to the Rooms To Go store in Mobile and paid in full, by check, for a bedroom suite, mattresses and 2 lamps; I was given a deliver date of October 19, 2012. When my furniture was delivered I noticed right away that the furniture being delivered was not what I had ordered. I immediately called the 800 customer service number and spoke with someone there. The lady on the phone told me not to let the delivery drivers leave yet and she looked up my order. She said the order showed three different bedroom suits had been put on the order and then removed, so I gave her the name of the bedroom suit I had ordered. She found that particular bedroom suit, but said the salesperson had taken that suit off the order and changed it to what was delivered. The suit delivered was not even one I had looked at while in the store. She also told me the item I actually wanted was $100 LESS that what was delivered and what I had paid. She said I needed to call the store and speak with Carla Goodson(my salesperson). I called the store and Carla apologized for making the mistake and said she would fix the problem and call me back. The delivery drivers were still waiting and the driver explained to me that I would need to keep the furniture delivered or it would take more than 2 weeks to get what I actually ordered. The delivery men left the furniture in my bedroom, with my mattresses sitting on the floor, the dresser half put together, and the bed still in the box. When Carla called back she said it would be another week before I could get what I had paid for, and before they would pick up the items left in the middle of my bedroom floor. I told her this was unacceptable and I wanted to get the furniture I paid for. Carla, and the manager Michael Myles, were supposed to work on the problem and see if they could get me furniture on Tuesday(October 23, 2012). Carla then tells me that there is another bedroom suit I can get on Tuesday, but it will cost me an extra $100. I told her this was unacceptable and I felt as if this was done on purpose just to get more money from me. Carla and the manager then supposedly worked to get me the bedroom suit I originally ordered and I was told it would be delivered on Friday, October 26th and I would get a call this AM(10/22/2012)from the store's Assistant Manager Scott Salviggio. Carla also stated that I was to receive $215 back and it would be a check sent from the corporate office. I reluctantly agreed to this delivery date and made arrangements at work to have someone work for me. I never received a call so I called the store and spoke with a Karie(pronounced Car-e), she stated that my furniture would not be delivered until 10/30/2012. I told her this was not what I have been told and that I would be at work that day. I asked to speak with a manager and was transferred to a Tarra who became argumentative and said that no one had told me I would get a delivery on Friday 10/26/2012. When I told her I have the voice mail left by Carla she said the voice mail was wrong. I then told her I just wanted my money back and I would go elsewhere to buy my furniture. She said I could not have my money back, that I only had 48 hours after purchase to get my money. I asked her how I was supposed to know at 48 hours that THEY were going to breech the contract and deliver the wrong furniture? She became very angry and hung up the phone. I called back and asked to speak with the manager and I was then transferred to Scott. He proceeded to say there was nothing he could do and if I wanted my furniture then I would take delivery on 10/30/2012. I explained to Scott that I work 12 hours shifts in a hospital and that I would not be home to take delivery on that day. I again stated that I wanted my money back and he said I could not get my money back. He said if I look at the back of my receipt it states that I only have 48 hours to get my money back. He said there was nothing else he could do for me and he gave me the 800 number to call. I then called the corporate office in Florida and was again told that the delivery date is 10/30/2012. I don't know what to do at this point. I am out almost $4000 dollars, I have furniture in my bedroom that is not put together, I have been sleeping on the floor, and I can't get my money back to go anywhere else to buy different furniture.

did not honor price offered.
I went to this store with my husband to buy a bedroom set for my baby boy. We ask an empoyee for the price she said it was $1255.00 then she said she was busy and told us to wait a couple minutes, she never came back and let us waitting. Another employee took care of us. We also ask him if $1255 was the right price for the package we wanted to get, he said yes, so we decided to purchase it. The final price was $1495.00 including taxes and delivery. We paid $1200.00 with our card and decide to finance the remaing balance. We were super happy with our purchase and expecting the delivery in 2 days. We left the store and 20 minutes latter the employee call and told us that we have to get back to the store because there was and error in the order. He did not told us what the error was. We were almost home and we have to return to the store. When we got to the store he said that they did not include the book case and it was $100 extra if we wanted to get it. I told him it was not fair after we ask twice for the price of the bedroom set with all the pieces that we need and they told us it was $1255.00, and after we made the payment left the store now we have to get back to make an extra payment for $100.00 We decided to talk to the manager he did not care about us and told us there was nothing that he can do.
We decided to cancel the purchase and get our money back. Stay away from this store ! they don't care about their customers !

leather sofa return
Rooms To Go has some serious customer service issues. I purchased a 100% leather sofa three years ago, RTG called me and offered an additional three year warranty for approx. $100. Fast forward 2012 the sofa started to crack and peel. Called the warranty company they sent a leather technican to review and found that the sofa needed to be replaced. I chose another sofa and when they came to deliver and pick up the old sofa they also said they needed to take an arm chair that was not part of the warranty order. They were to only take the sofa and deliver the new one. Apparently they included my arm chair in the order but this was not on my order. I told them that they made a mistake and told me that I had to give them my arm chair or give them $200 for the difference between the sofas. They called the police and the police said that they could not do anything about this as this is not a criminal issue. I am so frustrated and irritated with RTG. Their pure lack of customer service and complete incompetence is just unacceptable. Now they want me to pay $200 which was not on my paperwork. How can such a mistake happen and why should I have to pay for their mistake.
My RTG leather recliner electric movement pieces also have begun cracking and peeling! It's not real leather hide material, it's a chopped and blended leather coating! Very poor quality.
repair
I bought a package deal about 2 years ago. the recliner has a defect. I think it can be fixed but rooms to go told me they could not fix it if was out of warranty. I expected to pay but they want come out to fix the problem. I did see that this furniture snaps together like a toy. no wander they just offer a 1 year warranty. I appliance companies did their customer like this they would some be out of business
No more furnture from these people.
promotional scam
Scammed with promotional trick, purchased a simmons chillowat king sized mattress set, advertised with free tv. We didn't even want or need the tv we have four already. Salesman told us that it was free, and that the price was the same with or w/o tv. We were convinced by this and really liked the comfort of the display model and purchased the bed. Well, needles to say, it hasn't even bee two full months and the mattress has bumps and lumps throughout the surface tech came, inspected the mattress and approved a replacement. We were so displeased with the mattress we asked that we could possibly trade for another mattress, and if there was a price difference we would pay, no problem they told us. We go back to the store and decided on a much more expensive mattress by posturpedic. But here it comes, instead of the $ we paid for the first mattress being credited to us, they only gave us credit minust the price of the socalled free"" free" tv. So, as weve all been told in life nothing is free. ! Even though if we wanted to just buy the mattress to begin with, but the salesman basically called us a fool for not taking the tv, what's the difference? The way I look at it is that if I were to walk in today and purchase same deal, and not gotten the tv for same price, then returned and now they had a free tv with bed do you think they would give it to me? Rooms to go is a big scam, and it really sucks because we had no choice but to take it up the — - because my wife is very physically disabled, and we can't be without a good bed, and can't afford to lose all money paid, anybody out there that has some good advice/help feel free to let us know.

sub quality furniture sold
Do not buy furniture from Rooms to Go. I purchased a leather Sofa, Loveseat and chair combination set less than a year ago. The set has springs that are sagging due to inferior chinese / Taiwanese steel used in the construction. Even though the set is still under warranty, Rooms To Go advised me that it is not warranted because it is a "normal wear" condition. Now, I weigh about 170 and live alone. I have a cat that weighs 6.5lbs. Neither of us are heavy, yet the springs are sagging and they say this is normal wear in less than a year! I guess I should have known better than to buy cheap furniture...I just feel very sorry for the people that can't pay cash and have to finance for several years at "0%" interest, only to have their furniture fall apart in less than a year. Sad that our Country and it's businesses have come to this.

identity theft
If you open a credit account through rooms to go-- cancel it as soon as you make your purchase. I live in florida and recieved a 1600.00 bill for childrens furniture purchased in agusta georgia- { never been there in our lives } We bought furniture from the florida store { paid in full 6 months ago} Never took the GE CREDIT card { rooms to go } out of the house since we recieved it in the mail. Now we have to dispute the purchase through GE credit. This could have only happened through GE CREDIT- They must have been breeched but won't admit it...BEWARE OF ROOMS TO GO CREDIT CO..
True but that didn't happen-{ I shread or burn important documents } None of my other cards or accounts have been stolden. Just RTG - According to the GE finance bank { RTG} it happens at furniture outlets all the time- so far this hasn't been resolved. I'm just letting people know to cancel their GE account after making a purchase from RTG. You can always open another account. if needed.
credit breech

Now we are going through all kinds of crap with ge credit co to dispute this. Our credit card hasn't ever been out of the desk in our house - ever... Cancel account after making your purchase..
horrible service
My wife and I recently decided to visit the new store to purchase a living room set for the house we just had built. We were promptly greeted by Ruby who was very sweet and eager to help us. She showed us around until we found a living room set that would have been perfect for our new place. The price was right, but we had a problem with the delivery charges and amount of time if would have taken to receive the items. We asked if a better deal could be made since we were purchasing a large lot of items and she stated that she would have to get a manager's permission to do so. She called for the manager and after several minutes we still didn't have an answer. We asked the manager's name and she stated that it was Jason. My wife decided to use the facilities while we were patiently waiting for an answer. When she returned she let me know that there was a hefty sized sales girl in the back hallway by the bathrooms making out with another associate from the store. The lack of professionalism did not impress us to say the least. Before deciding that we would shop somewhere else, we discovered that the man was in fact the manager Jason, whom we had been waiting on. This store lost our business that day and for future purchases because we were blown off for a "make-out session" between two employees. Other than Ruby, we were very disappointed with our visit to this new store. They really should implement a policy about dating other employees in the work place.

We spent around $10K in November 2010 for 3 bedroom sets. The 3 sets were delivered in December 2010 with problems / damages / defects. The damages were noted and we were told someone would call us. After a day or two and no phone calls we made some calls and finally got someone that wanted to set up another appointment for someone to come out and inspect the damages that the delivery drivers reported. Rooms To Go sent someone out a week or so later and he made notes to have the King size bed, dresser w/mirror replaced, daughter's white dresser, and other daughter's black head board and foot board replaced. It took two more weeks to get a delivery date scheduled with a 4 hour window. On delivery date they finally showed up an hour later than the delivery time. The driver asked me to sign a waiver form relieving him from any damage they might do to my walls. I told him he was out of his mind if he thought I was going to sign that. When they took the furniture off the truck they didn't have all the parts to put the king size bed together and the dresser had indents in the wood in several places. They brought a white headboard and black footboard to replace my daughter's black queen size bed. I asked what was I supposed to do with two different colors when they both were supposed to be black. The white dresser was damaged right out of the box. I refused the entire shipment and called customer service first thing the next morning and was asked by them why didn't I keep the mirror for the king size dresser. I asked her what was I supposed to put it on being that the dresser was damaged. All the damages were called in during the delivery by the drivers and again by me the next morning. Afer fighting with customer service another delivery date was made for yesterday 5 Feb 2011 between 10 and 2. The drivers showed up 2 hours late with the same exact furniture I had refused weeks prior. Customer service was called and told us they would not schedule another delivery because we had a large order and already refused it twice. It wouldn't be refused if they made sure the order was correct in the first place. What does a person have to do to get what they paid for. They may have some great furniture but it seems like all the good stuff is on the show room floor. They don't have to worry about getting anymore of my hard earned $$$$$'s.
This type of behavior certainly is not tolerated at any of our offices within Rooms To Go. I will be certain to share this experience with the appropriate personnel so that proper action is taken.
I'm sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused, and thank you for bringing it to our attention.
Have a little respect for yourself and where you work!
First of all what they were doing was no appropriate at the job work force especially since your on company time Jason!
I definitely would have gotten the district managers number and notified him!
don't stand by their warranty
We bought a queen mattress set from Rooms To Go along with a mattress protector. Well, I called when the mattress protector ripped, they sent another one out. I asked for them to come check the mattress out because it is very uncomfortable and my back hurts when I sleep on it.
They came out but then we never heard anything from them. I called them again about a year later to get the mattress and couches checked out. I also requested a mattress protector, but it never came. They came out after we moved. The tech looked at the bed and then left after less than one minute in my house. He said customer service would call me within 3 to 5 days. That never happened. I just called to get my issue resolved.
The customer service lady said they sent the mattress protector out, but I have yet to see it. I told them not to send it until after we moved, they said ok. Apparently they don't honor their warranty and their word. They said they called, but they never did because I have a cell phone with a call record to prove it. I was then told that they would not do anything until I have the mattress professionally cleaned because it is stained. Well if the mattress protector did its job, it would not have stains, so I don't feel I should have to have it cleaned. They should honor the warranty. I was then told that I have never had them out until this time, I told them that they are incorrect because I had them out the first time. So basically I was called a liar.
I would not buy anything from any rooms to go in any state. They rip off you off and dont stand by their warranty and word. Needless to say, we bought another mattress set from another company and it has a non prorated 10 year warranty, with an additional 10 year prorated warranty. It sleeps so much than I could ever imagine. This mattress is a foam matter. They also sold the mattress protector at half the price of the other mattress places.
Stay away from Rooms To Go. Will never go into a Rooms To Go as long as I live.
I’m sorry to hear about your mattress experience, and can assure you that Rooms To Go does stand behind all warranties and services that we provide. If you would like to email us the details of the situation, we would be more than happy to take a look further into your request to see what may have happened, and if any options still may be available.
If so, please email us this information along with your order details to tellus@roomstogo.com.
requested cancelation of extra protection plan denied and cannot be refunded
We bought several home furnitures on May 11, 2010 and during the process our agent explained to us about buying extended protection plan for each set. The next day after analyzing that we don't need the extended protection plan we returned to the store and requested that they be taken off of our orders. The agent by the name of Mr Phil Rothrock insisted that we keep it for a few more days and if we really think that we don't need it to call and cancel the said plan. Several day past and one set of the furniture was delivered to our place. After the furniture and beds were set up to where it should go in our house the installer ended up damaging the mattress. I called the number the installed gave me and made the complaint and at the same time asked that the extended protection plan be cancelled. They set up a date to replace the damaged mattress, but was told that i need to call the local store where i bought the furniture in order to have the cancellation of extended protection taken cared of. I called and was told to call the 800 number. I called the 800 number and was told again that the local store will take care of it. Finally my wife and I went back to the store bringing back the items that need to be returned in processing the cancellation of said protection plan, but was denied and said that after the products are delivered that we cannot cancelled said protection plan anymore. i told the agent and the manager that during the second day of transacting business with them that I tried to cancel said protection already but the agent insist that we keep it for a few more days and call to cancel if we really need to have it cancel. Then the agent denied that he ever said that to us.
bad service and ruined property from delivery
I purchases a bedroom set in March 2010. When they delivered the furniture, i was showing one guy what room it would be going to, as i looked out the window, the driver backed the BIG truck into my driveway... he knocked out all the wiring attached from my house to the street. while on the phone w/ my neighbors phone, making calls, they delivered the furniture, but left me a broken mirror... told me someone would be by to replace it... overnite, the driveway cracked, and it took me a week to get the wiring reattached..i had to call to get the replacement mirror...stayed home for it... waited 8 hours past the time they said they would be there... had to have someone wait, so i could go to work..they finally showed up and asked for tools to put the mirror up! I worked w/ rooms to go for a few months, trying to get money for the driveway, then went to the BBB of FL and after a year of dealing back and forth, submitting letters from neighbors stating my driveway was not pre-existing, and also pics from last year til now..they have closed the case..DO NOT SHOP THERE EVER!

unfair warranty policy/horrible customer service
Bought a mattress set worth $1700 at RTG. It caused back, neck and shoulder pain. They came out and determined the mattress set was defective. Their warranty policy is a joke and very unfair. I am now getting a set worth only $1000. This is something I sleep on every night and a difference of $700 surely will sleep differently! The material and look of the new set is much lower in quality. Tried contacting customer service through email and phone, both offered no help. Disputed this through the Better Business Bureau, again did nothing to get me another mattress set that is similar. Hopefully, if enough people complain they will change their policy to be fair to the consumer. I've spent over $5000 with RTG and this is how I am treated! The guy at the store even told me that I could complain to corporate but they wouldn't care or do anything! Never will shop there again! I couldn't believe they were willing to lose my business over this!
I purchased a $1000.00 Sealy posturepedic mattress from Rooms to Go over 4 years or so ago. I began to notice neck and back pain. I also noticed that it was sinking in the middle. I called because it was under warranty. I was told that if it sunk in that I could get a replacement mattress. That was then. The results were horrible. They are not replacing it and guess why?
1. A few stains on it. I should have called when I got stains. This was not told to me when I purchased it!
2. The mattress isn't set up right? My response- when I purchased this bed it's set up in a way that a box spring was not necessary. I was told that I should have purchased a very
small one! They should have told me this when i purchased it!
They came up with many reasons to not replace it! I don't get it! Shouldn't I have been made aware of ALL OF THIS when I purchased it! I requested a copy of the results of service and they told me no. What kind of business is this? If you they choose deny me a replacement then they should have a reason why on black and white.
Very unsatisfied customer! I spent around &4000.00 for that bedroom set including that mattress.
I believe that I may have caught your post from another consumer website. However, If you can email us your order details at tellus@roomstogo.com, we would like to see if there is anything that we may be able to further assist you with.

I went through the exact same thing...only you figured out the deception of quality earlier than I did. If they did not help you, then there is no way I have a chance. The seat cushions were not whole cusions, but bits and pieces surrounding a box spring in the center. GARBAGE. Never again will I buy from them!
