Rooms To Go - Unprofessional and incomplete delivery.

On June 14, 2022, Room To Go delivery service brought a sofa out to my daughter's home. The delivery crew brought the sofa into her home, stated that they were not able to install the product because they were able to place the sofa with the packaging into my daughter's desired room location. Whenever a product is delivered the packaging is removed and the product is then installed in its preferred location. The deliverers refused to remove the packaging and refused to return the sofa back to the store. The deliverers simply left the sofa standing vertically in the middle of her living room. My daughter has two small children; a five year old and a three year old toddler in the home and the hazard and safety for the children alone is too much of a risk to bare and even for my daughter the way the crew left the product. My daughter paid for the delivery and the expensive piece of furniture and asked the deliverers to return the sofa since they were not able to install and locate the sofa. My daughter called and asked for the company to come and get the product and their has been excuses after excuses why they can not come and pickup the sofa since 06/14/2022. Yesterday the company committed to picking up the sofa and failed to commit to their commitment stating that the truck broke down, but they will continue to deliver and have placed my daughter on hold until Tuesday, June 28, 2022 which is unacceptable. My daughter can not entertain or relax in her living room because of the danger and safety concerns for herself and her family. No sensitivity, safety concern or compassion for inconvenience is being considered. Beside for expensive sofa my daughter has paid for a bunk bed set for her sons valued for over 2000 dollars with no respect or concern for her as a value customer with severe safety concern to her. This is unbelievable and inconsiderate for a company like Rooms-To-Go. I know this is not the company standard, a least I hope not and I am trying to keep this situation from becoming a legal issue.

Desired outcome: Come and remove the sofa today 0/24/2022 because it is a hazard, and my daughter has been more than cooperative. I would not have accepted it for a day had I known before now that this was happening.

Rooms To Go - living room set

Purchased furniture in 2011 and went in to purchase a leather living room set. Sales rep advised me that what i was purchasing was leather and now i find out it is a durabelnd. The first week my table peeled and there is no more wood on the sides. The first year my sofa and love seat begin to peel and now in 2015 my set is a total mess. I definitely hope that rooms to go can fix this situation because as of today i wouldnt recommed their sales or furniture to anyone. My order number is 7891783

I sent the images "Again" and still no response back. I'm definitely considering contacting our local News station to report the horrible situation that Rooms To Go has put us in.
