After three months of waiting for items ordered and getting different stories on items each time called, finally cancelled order, now am getting run around on when will get refund

I ordered 2 rib basket back in April- I called a month after ordering them I was in 2 weeks ever time I called I was 2 weeks they are on back order- after several months I just gave up= then in July I recieved a packing slip dated July 9.2008, that they were shipped I still have not recieved them- I have called twice since recieving the packing slip and this has already been charged to my Credit Card- I've been told again twice that I will recieve them in 2 weeks that they are on back order. I callled today they said I will recieve them at the end of this month- This is uncalled for this is the worst - business I have ever dealt with. I am so upset with your Company- I wish I had never done business with your Company I have bought 3 of your Compact showtime- for me and my sisters- and when I orginally order the showtime I had problems with that. Your company is unbelievable-
