9/14 my friend and I were approached by a woman standing infront of rideo cosmetics. She asked where we were from. I said I was from out of town, my friend recently moved to west hollywood area, she handed us hand cream samples and tokd us to follow her into store for stemcell skin products. She said we both had great skin but these products were used by celebrities and taking the place of botox injections as botox can damage skin/muscle tone...that this product was topical and safer. She applied eye tightening face lift and firming serum to both our left eye areas, telling us we wd feel tightening immediately and see immediate results. She showed us pictures of women before and after product use, She said she wd apply a collagen mask to neck areas also, which then she did. She said the products would last a duration of 2 years if used as directed. She then saud she wd go talk to her manager and see what kind of deal
she could offer us for all 3 products if we both purchased them. She
Left us for a few minutes then returned with all 3 products for us both saying we could purchase all 3 products each for $400.00 each but they were making us a special deal because we were so excited about product. She said she would also give us a coupon for free favial with next visit. We inquired to having facial then with products she had recommended, but she said aesthetician was done for the day. She then ushered us to register to purchase saying ut would be $436.00 each with tax. She gave us her card and said she would be our personal product rep and to ask for her again or online purchases. We both gave her credit cards and sales transaction completed.no discussion of return policy at time of purchase by skin promotor/sales rep Adriana. I have a copy of hrr card she provided and my original sales/transaction receipt. A copy is provided to my bank.
9/17 I was called by my friebd of product scam online info. She went directly to store on rodeo drive beverly hills CA and refunded her money by man working there. I calked store number [protected] twice unable to reach anyone directly, left 2 voucemails with scam info, that I would return unused merchandise my cost of shipping and requesting refund. That I had contacted my bank for dispute of charges and that I qas filing complaint online. No return calls to me to discuss matter as of this writing 9/18 9:57am.

Why is the city of beverly hills renting to these crooks? Call the city time for a class action suit

I was there a few weeks ago and had the same experience of being (almost forcefully) ushered into the store, despite my saying I didn't have time. She applied something to my under-eye area and put a fan on it to make it dry. It immediately began tingling and tightening up. It had a numb feeling to it. She told me I would only have to apply it once every week or two for a year. I told her I wanted to walk around to see how it felt and I then left the store. I kept asking my son if my face looked okay because it felt so weird. After about 20 minutes I pulled the skin around my eye tight and the product on my face cracked (like when you let Elmer's glue dry your hand and then stretch your hand). I used some water from my water bottle to wipe the product off and my face felt normal again. I was just curious how much they were charging people for this useless product...that is how I found this page. I am so sorry that some people were taken advantage of like that and I am sooooo thankful that I left the store when I did,

I to was on vacation and my sister was approach by a women named Natalia --I follow my sister into the store and I was given a card to fill out my address for further mailings. After that I was told there was eye cream that could get rid of dark circles under the eye. Natalia asked if I would like to try it and of course I said yes. After she applied it to my eye area the dark circles seem to disappear, I was very interested in purchasing this miracle eye cream. She told me it was $400.00 plus tax. I agreed and give Natalia my credit card she left the area where I was and didn't return for awhile. As I was waiting another women came into Rodeo Cosmetics complaining that they scammed her and wanted a full refund. This woman told everyone in the store don't buy anything they are running a scam. At that point I went up to the counter and asked for Natalia she appeared from the back of the store. I asked her for my credit card back and told her I was not interested in any eye cream. I left the store once I got back to my hotel I checked my credit car and to my surprise there was a charge on my credit card of $2, 180.00. I immediately called my credit card and told them I did not authorize any purchase. When I arrive home to New Jersey several days later I found a box filled with eye cream. I forwarded the box to Rodeo Cosmetics which they refused and the postal services informed me that the box is being returned. I will fight this until I have my full money returned. I called the Los Angles police department to report Natalia and Rodeo Cosmetics, and will be calling one of the Los Angles television stations to investigate these scam artist. Natalia should be arrested for running by credit card without my authorization. Natalia is pregnant and I wonder how she would feel to have her child behind bars. (when I washed my face this eye cream showed my dark circles as fast as she apply it, she put cover up in a tube that looked like eye cream) STAY FAR AWAY FROM RODEO COMESTICS.

My experience is just like the one above.
They promise you heaven, charge crazy prices and when you want your money back they tell you that you signed for "all sales final".
When you return to the store they give you a "customer complaint" form and promise a satisfying solution within 5 working days.
Apparently they do not work at all because that is now 15 working days ago.
I cannot believe that Visa does not close their account (I asked them to do that in The Netherlands)and Yelp gives a 4 star rating out of 5, but if you look you see only negative reviews.
It looks like the site has been played with.
I recommend everybody not to go in there and do not buy their stories and products.
They also use other names such as "Adore Organic Innovations".
They also sell a 5000 dollar "infrared" treatment machine which also sells on Amazon.
It looks like a shaver and I wonder what it does besides making the seller rich.
I recommend anybody before buying to give their promises in writing. That's all you need to do.I guess they will only give excuses and will never do that as no company
in the world can do those promises, stemcell included or not.

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS PLACE! I was approached by someone outside this store and was aggressively ushered in. I made sure to tell them I was on a tight time frame. They tried product on me and also said I could do this for 2 years and never have to do it again. The sales person was extremely aggressive and kept telling me she would give me a great deal. I bought the syringe tightening product after she made me sign a paper saying their product was not refundable.

Then she tried a mask product on me, which I also liked and was told I would get a deal on it, so I agreed to buy this also. She rang up the product on my cc which I thought said $3500. THEY NEVER GAVE OR SHOWED ME AN ITEMIZED RECEIPT. I called an Uber as I was on a tight time schedule. At this time, another person at the store ran up to the front with two bags of additional product which I left with, confused as to why I had so much stuff. I thought It was because they were being so generous with their deals.

WHEN I GOT TO MY HOTEL ROOM I READ THE CHARGE RECEIPT AGAIN AND NOTICE IT WAS $35, 000! I called immediately to say it was a mistake and they said it was not a mistake and there was more product coming to my house via the mail! I NEVER WANTED TO BUY 10 YEARS WORTH OF FACE CREAM, BUT THEY REFUSED TO TAKE IT BACK! They also took 2 days to email me an itemized receipt, which had I seen during the transaction, I would have stopped them at the register!

I emailed and called several times. The sales rep would not deal with me and pawned me off on some customer service person who would NOT take the product back. I ended up refusing the additional product they sent to my home and disputed the charge with my credit card company. Finger crossed they can help me with these SCAM ARTISTS!

Did your credit card company remove the charge for 35, 000? Visa defends the scammers. AMEX will not allow them to scam their cc holders.

Hi I am an Australian tourist who also got approached by a girl in front of Rodeo Cosmatics.
After going inside & purchasing the stem cell eye cream with 2 other free products I paid $1100.00 US which is equivalent to$1531.00AUS . The sales assistant put it in a bag, minus the receipt ( which I didn't find out until I was back in my hotel) I paid by credit card so upon checking the card transactions found I had been charged $2265.00AUS!
I am sure the sales assistant overcharged us on purpose as she knew we were in hurry as on a bus tour & not coming back. I had no phone number or email to contact them just a promotional card in the bag with the products
This was definitely a scam!
