This complaint is directed only to the Robeks Juice located in Congressional Plaza of Rockville, Maryland. (Robeks is basically a healthy smoothie place and rivals with Starbucks.)

This particular location has a bunch of lazy employees who think that, just because it's winter, they can loiter around outside of their store, smoke, and make customer's drinks out of order. Their entire store is empty, until they see a customer enter.

My story:

I stepped into the cafe around 3pm during my lunch break(which is half an hour long) and was the only customer there. There was only one employee behind the register, by herself. I thought this was fine because no one else was in the cafe, but me. However, more and more customers started to enter and she had to take their orders as well. This took about 7 minutes before she even started to make anyone's drinks. In total there were 6 customers.

So after the 7 minutes AFTER I had ordered my drink did she not just start making the drinks, she started someone ELSE'S drink first before mine. I thought this was ridiculous even though I was first to order.

Once she started the third drink, another employee stepped into the store and started to help her out.

I ended up being the 4th person to get my drink. Oh, and it took around 15 minutes to get it. A BLENDED BEVERAGE!!!

The employees here don't greet you when you come in, nor do they really care about customers at all. They just want your money and for you to leave.

My coworker said they were having a promotion for 50% off all smoothie drinks and that particular location forgot about it unless you mentioned it to them.

I can't believe how untrained and lazy these people are. This is also a big deal to me because I used to work at Starbucks and we were known to be one of the most friendly Starbucks chains in the city.
