we have been paying on these people for 2 years they keep raising interest rates & at one point added 3 hundred dollars to our bill because their "promotional time period was up & we had'nt paid it off. this horrible company is robbing people.

This happened to me as well, I paid off my bill in full before one month before the promotional period ended. Instead of processing the payment in full, GE Money bank back dated my promotional period and only processed a small part of my payment to force me to pay almost $150 in interst-how do we stop this-they change the online statements and it is hard to trace their actions-tell all NEVER to get an acct with GE money bank (Carecredit uses this bank)
