Roadmaster of fontana
I was dropped from my course with out proper training and I was sexually harassed by other students and my school manger did nothing.. and then they let me go and sent me a bill.. I will be seeking legal action agains Roadmaster in Fontana ca my name isGemelis Allen attend 2021 and I'm pissed off after I told Human Resources on a email she stop contact with me.. and told me that's too bad I'm seeking legal advice

The bus no IMo172 enrout to Cape Town from Umtata was delayed, we arrived in Beaufort West at 03h00, the driver who took over comlained about his colleague and how slow he was in fron t of passengers- Anti team behaviour, when we go to Paarl he was irritated that he is late, he was supposed to be somewhere else, he left a passenger behind who was in need of using the bathroom because the one in the bus had a queue. I dont know the passenger but its unacceptable behaviour

I signed up for CDL training with RoadMaster Tampa at the end of September, 2018. I was informed that it would be a three week long class covering things like backing, ally docking, off set parking, driving, etc.
The payment would be roughly 7, 000 dollars that could be paid up front or in cash.
Now 3 weeks later we have only done offset and and all docks maybe 10 times in a 3 week period. This is a requirement to pass the CDL exams in the state of Florida. Part of this has been due to equipment failures and a lack of instructors. The instruction itself, even concerning something as fundamental as a log book is not consistent. When requesting extra help, I was informed that "we have a schedule to keep" and that extra help was not available.
Sadly, I am not the only one that is complaining about this and we are talking about a class action lawsuit.
RoadMaster s located in Jacksonville fl is a good school but they refuse to look into their racist trainers. They turn a blind eye. Many people have been kicked out and treated unfairly land it is only black people. I wonder why is that? Hmmmm to only come from a certain trainer. You guys will be surprised at how many people are treated unfairly and no investigations are done. This is disheartening especially for the ones that really were trying to start a new career. I believe that this will be the downfall of this school especially when people start taking them to court. It’s obvious they sweep many things under the rug there. So my advice do your research first before getting a loan.

Roadmaster Staffing never pays the invoice. Please report this company to authority. They will tell you that they send money, they wire this that, but they are stealing money. Don't send any service to this company. Watch out!
How i got led on being told everything is ok
I was told by my recruiter at roadmaster that i would be able to get financed with out any problem I told her that i did not have a high credit score and she told me that everything would be fine and i would be able to get financed no problem. Well the first week went by no problems then on the second week they were telling me that i was going to need a co-signer and that as long as my co-signer had a job they would be able to co-sign for me. Every person i had call to co-sign for me roadmaster wouldnt accept them. I was able to slide by and make it to my final week and two days before i was suppose to go and take my test and get my CDL roadmaster told me that i needed 1 thousand dollars TODAY or i cant finish!? I was never late to any class i didnt ever miss a day of my schooling and i was top of my class and they just kicked me out 2 days before graduation because i didnt have $1000 in hand at that time! They never let me know ahead of time that I would have to pay $1000 and they made me think everything was okay and i was financed and getting hired on to Warner Bros. and i put in all of this work and time and effort for nothing all i did was waste my time and money for nothing. They are not straight up and honest about anything and i had other schooling options besides them and now its too late to do those other options so now i am just totally screwed because of roadmaster leading me on! I would never reccomend anyone to go thru roadmaster they are a JOKE and will do anything to get money. They claim to help you get a job and work with you on this and that and there are no problems your accepted with NO money down and thats NOT the case at all. THEY ARE FRAUDS DONT TRUST WHAT THEY SAY!
Bait and switch, tuition responsibilties
I contacted roadmaster driving school on march 3 2011, inquiring about class a cdl liscenseing. I was intersted in a career driving a truck. My daughter needed new brakes on her car and we needed to go to the closest auto repair. We went to RoadMaster Tire in Naperville. The other RoadMaster Tire stores in Naperville, Warrenville, and Elgin.
They added on TWO oil changes and all we were coming in for were brakes. When I disputed these charges they really gave me a hard time.
I got my money back - but not without an argument and being persistent. Tell all your friends to boycott RoadMaster.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
