RKAY towers marketed a villa project close to Tambaram Chennai in the name of VINFIELD Villas. At the time of our purchase in 2013 the project was not approved by CMDA but they registered the land alone in our name after which they applied for CMDA approval. But it has been more than 2 years and no approval was obtained. To make it worse, the owner R.K. ( Tamil film actor/producer) and his office persons respond to our calls nor they bother to update the customers about the status of the project. Our money of close to 10 lakhs has been locked for last two years due to which we could not make any other investment. We have visited their office but often found nobody responsible to reply us and if someone available they provide only false promises. I only got the opportunity of meeting RK at the time of registering my land after which he was always not reachable. It is so disappointing that customers are being ill treated and always kept in dark. I don't know how long this suffering will continue. Anyone have plans to buy with this promoter please ensure every detail is available. They look very amateurs and the leadership is very much missing. Please be careful when dealing with this promoter cum builder. Does any one have any idea how we can get out of this mess..? because they are not ready to reregister the land against their name and give back our money neither CMDA is willing to approve !

I am one of the persons who got into their trap, After many times calling they do not even respond also they spoke with very harsh voice.
Also now they are bluffing and say that the CMDA authorities have about give the paper advt and it will take 30days from the day of the advt. I don not know this will lead tooo.

Most agonising moments were to Mr RK' repetitive ads in TV & wall posters for his movie. All our hard earned money could have been used for his other business purpose..
You can count me as one more poor soul to have believed their non-sense rant during canvassing.
I am totally agreeing with the above comments. I was wasted 2 years waiting for this project and also around 10 lacs locked with them for 2 years. Whenever we call them, half of the time no response and remaining time the response will be like, we applied for CMDA approval its getting delayed there and also they complaining that CMDA officials are expecting more money to give approval for agri land. Whenever we call their GM most of the time she will be busy but suddenly one day i got a msg from her in Watsapp saying she have compliment tickets for that RK's ### movie. Can anyone guess how much angry i would get and with the same temper i called her but as usual no response. Be aware of this Rkay towers before planning for anything with them.
