The Rite Aid company is a great for unexperience management people. These people do not know how to treat customers and employees. I go to Rite Aid store # 4992 always for the shopping and pick up medicine, and I see the management and behavior of working people in there are very bad now. They terminated good employees (Anita and Krishna)Who helped me so much, they are well behaved and caring women to help customers and they knew how to manage customer service. Now I don't get any help, therefore I think I do not shop at Rite Aid store any more. Bring them good emplyees, then I will go to Rite Aid again. You can not kick off good employees. Thank you. This complain is true. I think Whole management need to change for customer good service. The store manager who works now is very nasty behaved with me last week. I was shocked that two nice ladies no more why?

Rite Aid store manager racist and very rude behaver.
I went to Rite Aid store # 01027, 7394 Lee Hwy Falls church, VA 22042. To buy medicine and bought some shampoo then I got the store award 1.00 UP so I decided to buy a gum and gum is onsale for 1.99 plus the 1.00 UP coupon for next time . The system by that time is down so i ask store manager to issue to me a 1.00 vouche or a rain check 1.00 for my award he said the machine don't work because the system down but also he doesn't wants to hand writen for my award then he begin get bad behaved raised the voice to me infront of many customers and his staff them tel me that " GO BACK TO YOUR COUNTRY" I was sock because of hit rede and racist I call everybody in the store come to see the behave of the manager and I told him with his position he can't not rude like this and he told me that" IF THE STORE MANAGER IS THE WHITE GUY HE WILL KICK MY [censor]" and he told me to get out the store. So I demanded to call police and as same time I call the rite aid customer service 1800 riteaid. The store phamacist provide to me and the operater MR Michael said he will have superviser call me after I provided all my info. Also email to the rite aid board member untill now I did not have any one contact me yet.Store manager name: Rashid Ahme . The Rite Aid should not have this type of the manager he no right to racist like this. I don't know how the Rite Aid trained the store manager or this is the way they treat the customer? This complain is true because I also know about it. The manager who worked there is very rude behaved with me and other customers. One day I have seen all customers were talking about this bad manager (ANTHONY JHONSON). If you ask for helping, he will ignore you and very careless to you. so all customers are very dissatisfied to shopping in this RITE AID store #4992. This cluless manager should not to be here. This manager fired two employees who worked excillent and very well behaved, and helping a lot of customers in this store. I like to back them to work and all customers will be satisfied. otherwise I do not shopping this store any more. This store will lose customer.
I went to rite aid store #4992, which is close to my house, and I was waitting for my medicine infront of the pharmacy. I have seen two dark skin color men were stealing some medicine and put in to their bags from the medicine aisle, and they ran out quickly infront of the security, who could not catch theives and did not do anything about them. I personally came to front and asked the securitywhy you did not catch them(thieves) .The security man said to me that it is not his job. My question is, why the security man was there and did not do anything, also manager was there and he also said it in not his job. I came back to pharmacy, and I hard that Pharmacy emplyees were talking that the LPM Sean Huggins why keep security here who can not do his job to catch men who were stealing. Sean always keep security to follow emplyees. This is not the right thing. LPM (SEAN) thinks that rite aid emplyee steal marchandise, and he is always stay against the emplyees, and he also fired two good emplyees who worked hard and gave very good customer service. LPM is enemy of emplyee . So I believe that RITE AID IS THE PLACE OF BAD MANAGEMENT, IT IS 100% CORRECT.
Terminate the whole management people then will be good.
Rite Aid employees work hard, and they are the center of the bussiness. Because of the bad management ( Human resource, District manager, LPm, manager and supervisor) of the Rite Aid, I think, Rite Aid doesn't keep good employees. So, bad and good can not be adjustment . That's why bad management hire bad people who can adjust with them and get money from the company. I think company gives them a lot of money, but they do not work good. Watch them.
Rite Aid in Amsterdam NY has forgotten their employee Kellisue Ackernecht who went missing after leaving a shift at work. Headquarters refused to donate towards her search. Sad how fast someone can be replaced and forgotten about. Rite Aid never offered a statement and not one of her co-workers showed support
