I made an order from Goenka Electric Motor Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. and they asked me to make payment into any of the bellow account and when i did the company still say they did not receive payment, i tried confirming from Rita K. Kanui and she confirmed the money is in her account already and after then she stopped taking calls or responding to emails, now she go away with my money, i have reported to my bank and they say they will look into it.

Rita K. Kanui you would never agree that you are a criminal at the first place so if you know you are clean then go with the lawsuit... i still see other old post about you from 2013, which is to say you are not new in the act of stealing from others using the internet. i wish you all the best in your dream career stealing using the internet and opening fake accounts giving it out to people to receive money..

Aloha, I would like to make a comment, corrections and hopefully return personally to John Perry his money and seek his apology for putting up this website out of anger and half truths...I am, Rita K. Kanui 11th there are others.
Rita Kanui is a common name in Hawaii and one of them wrote in protest to this complaint (not me) so let's make that the first thing to know and secondly, as far as I know, I did not write and say i would press charges for libel and to end this website on Mar. 23, 2015...I had not seen this website until now. However we found some discrepancies and would like to address them.
First off I am innocent of what Mr. perry and so called commenters; Teresa V, and Marcus L seem to be saying the same thing as Ruth and Kevin wrote, is saying the same things and seem to be missing a huge chunk of time and grammatical errors... i hope to make clear. It did not happen that way. I believe that because Raj blew everything out of shape, John Perry ran with it to hurt me...the only person who got hurt in all of this are my partner, Sheri Flying Hawk and my ancestors within Ka La i Ka Mauli Ola...to them i apologize. I make no apologies to Perry or Raj, who both concocted this complaint because Raj is afraid of losing his job for not doing his job i.e. to train and educate me on the who, why, where, when and how this business works and everything down to purposes of sending money to other countries through WU...Raj did not do anything like this, I was left to do things on my own or to do as they directed on paper, raised many questions until today and hope to expand on it.
I will be writing on 3 points; commenters in sections, Who is Rita Kanui and Solution.
1. Who are the commenter?
These commenters could be John Perry or the manager Raj. who are or could be the same persons, with their comments so similar begs the question, why and who wrote this website.
11. Who is Rita K.Kanui?
I am 65 years old, I have 5 children and three grand children back in Hawaii and recently relocated to California last year in the summer time, to rest and do what makes me happy and that is to learn more about taxes, California Indians and what happened to them...since we have similar history and relationship with US, with treaties, constitutions and declarations since 1800's.
My expertise is, as a paralegal, land and title researcher, geneologist, ...working now as assistant to a tax preparer and pay roll director...also a community outreach counselor, CNA for elderly and newborns, mother and grandmother.
At the moment i serve as CEO and Kahu, for Ka Aha Kupuna Maluhia (Elder's Council For Peace)...we unite with all peoples and countries who want peace and not WAR in their countries! We share our knowledge, stories, music, chants and dances to continue our history where ever we go...we connect with people of like minds that we exchange information with and keep tabs on events that involves Hawaii and how are we going to manage and control our country's assets and live a peaceful life again as Hawaiians, while our country is illegally and in a prolonged US military occupation since 1893...Most people support our movement for peace, not war.
111. What Are The Solutions Now
I work as a tax and pay roll assistant for an accounting company and saw this ad in my website of jobs and came across this job that appealed to me because it was flexible and with better pay, I responded positively and wrote to Goenka... they later responded with an immediate hiring email, if i wanted the job, to respond and I did. (I followed up with Goenka's manager by the name of Raj with a heavy Indian accent and talked for 20 mins. alot was discussed in terms of my responsibilities and my schedule in order to work for them...I told Raj that i would only work with direct deposits and three days later I got an email saying that to expect a check, deposit it and to take out my 10%, split the money and send it to the Philippines through WU...when I I wrote to Raj for clarification he did not get back to me immediately about why am I sending money to the Philippines for and never gave me an answer...I deposited the check the bank held on to it for security purposes another 3 days, making it 7 days since the check got to me at my office by USPS...
by now, Raj was furious because he did not get the MTCN numbers and explained to him that when I sent the money, Western
Union called me and said I had to go and pick up the money at WU, that I was barred from using WU service, without an explanation...so I collected the money and held it in a private safe until I speak with Raj about why am I sending funds to the Philippines and that it did not reach the Philippines because the WU held the money.
l) I applied to a job on the internet with Goenka Electric Vehicle Co. based in India, to collect and distribute funds as a Goenka Representative.
2) I was hired by Raj the manager for Goenka and he told me to expect a deposit and take out 10% as my pay for this task.
3.) Check arrived at the office two days before I got it .
4.) Check deposited was deposited on fourth day and waited for clearance, the bank held the check for security reasons for total of one week before it was transferred into my account.
5) Money is safe waiting to be presenting to Mr. John Perry.
6) Waiting to read from the owner's of Goenka to address importance that clients send their money to them directly.

Why does the OP sometimes pretend to be several different people who have the same problem?
Nobody to trust these days, even your love ones. I really do not understand the world we live in anymore. You have a nice lovely smile, but the heart is cold. May God touch your heart, people can really be selfish and mean. Get a life, karma will surely catch up with you. Remember what goes up, must come down. Someday somehow, you will get what you deserve.
It is obvious that the OP is posting fake names and claiming other people are victims. Notice how all three "victims" have the same terrible spelling and grammar.
Rita kanui, so you still in this game of stealing are you not ashamed of doing this you also did this to my company last year May 22nd your bad art have cut up with you i pray you to go to Jain for this and never to re-tune back you are a shame to your company...

Just go with the lawsuit I say.
Just contact your lawyer, I doubt that the person will see this post. Even if they do I doubt they will be able to remove it within that time frame. They have to ask the board admin to remove it.
The following claims against me are false. I have contacted my lawyer about these libel claims. If this post is not removed by Monday, March 23, 2015 I will be seeking legal action.
