ripped off paid &they do not recognise my emaail address

this firm charged me £63.73 on 16.11.2007 I cannot get through by email they claim to not accept my email address, they are impossible to contact do not refund or answer I cannot find thier address, or any phone number,
also I have a receipt sent by them showing clearly my email address. password &password that I have entered today 20.12.2007 which they say is invalid to say that I will badmouth this company would be an understatement!
