This reckless SOB has cost me 1000's and he doesn't even respond to emails.

I found out he is wanted in Florida apparently and is a convicted felon.

We totally agree, we have tried to contact them numerous times and have emailed them and received nasty, rude, very unprofessional comments back. They have been placing fraudulent facts about our company. They have claims on their website they refuse to take down even though we have a judgment on the person who made this comment and after communicating with them numerous times even when we tried calling the number which is on the website they direct us to a voice mail system. We have sent many faxes and have only gotten one response which was very demeaning and not business like. They act like they are god and claim that they are protected and nobody can sue them and as a matter of fact they tell u they we would have to pay their lawyer. Their answer is rude impolite judgmental critizing, insulting because they think everyone is bad. They definitely tell you that nothing you can do will help and the think they are protected.

Many of their contact information are fraudulent and are not true. They do specify that they do not have any time to investigate the case but they do act as judges that feel that they have the right to give verdict without any doubt of investigation. We thought this was against the law.

Again they play like they are god and keep hiding behind different email, fax numbers and voicemails. They do not care of you are right and wrong. They do not care if you have legitimate documents that prove that you have done nothing wrong and matter of fact you have been subject to rip-off by somebody else. This is direct business and personal slandering and its hard for me to believe that there’s nothing we can do against a site like that and the people who operate it because other wise nobody is protected, no business is protected and we all are open and subject to some cruel people and their ambitious of control.

If there is any class action going on will be more than happy to join.
