Consumer Reporting
Complaint Rating:
Company information: Advanced Plus Personnel, Inc. dba HIVE Advanced S Richardson, Texas United States
I have been in the staffing industry for almost 20 years. I have contacted rip off report to remove the negative lies and false comments about myself and my companies that are now closed. They told me since my company was closed that I would not qualify for the resolution program. After much research we now know why. They can't demand monetary payments from me or my company if it's no longer in service. This is a horrible company with a ridiculous reputation. I refuse to respond to any comments made via rip off report but will respond to anyone that wants answers regarding Advanced Plus Personnel, Inc. dba HIVE Advanced Solutions. There was never fraudulent activity via APPI OR HAS but rather fraudulent checks written on the company account by an individual in Houston, TX . Unfortunately, the account was closed by the bank without notice. All checks that were returned and most were stamped returned due to fraud. People assumed fraud was made on our part. All checks have been paid by my company along with any fees that were charged. I offered to submit the documents to rip off report but they refused to remove the negative comments from their site. Anyone that knows me, Cindie Steger-Heit, knows that I do not have a long reputation of burning anyone. This is a very unfortunate situation.
Below is an interesting point I found on the internet. This is just one of many reports out there.
Last week, there were several excellent posts elucidating the many ways RipOff Report violates Google’s Terms of Service, and yet manages to stay on top of the Google search results pages. Rand, Chris Bennet, Will Critchlow, and Andy Beal did a great job of bringing RipOff Report out in the open for a serious discussion.
It is no secret that RipOff Report has been widely and universally accused of promulgating defamatory content and then extorting money from the victims of the very libel it publishes. This business model has made RipOff Report the subject of many lawsuits.

I am presently in a business dispute with my former employers. Many of their clients want to retain new company and have requested refunds and their files. In order to discredit me and the new company these two clowns posted what amounts to a charachter assassination on line pretending to be a formenr client. The client was anonymous in the post. WHat a suprise and anyone reading it can see the hidden agenda. What I don't understand is why the FTC does not shut this site down or at the very least require rip off report to conduct an investigation into the allegation before posting such vile nonsense. Intersetingly enough I did file a rebuttal which by the way they changed from it's original form. I am however going to sue rip off report and the authors of that post.
As for google I have sent their legal department notice that unless they pull this off their engine they too will be a defendant because rip off violates all terms of googles usage policy. Anyone who wants to reach me
can do so by e-mailing me at jaffaneubaum@aol.com. |

| Their is truth to postings about WSK in BC. and I'm sure some people use this site to write lies but usually behind lies is some truth!! |

| Many questionable sites today with fraud and cons it's hard to trust what you see or hear on the internet. I know personally I would not recommend any dog breeder that produces over 800 puppies a year and does not heath test his dogs for known genetic health problems in the breeds he is breeding. My opinion why support mass breeders while dogs die in shelters. |

So true, why support puppy farming while so many dogs die due to the lack of homes!!!
I can't see spending $1500 for an unregistered crossbred mutt from untested parents either!
Sounds like a rip off to me! |

The ripoffreport.com and Magdeson are the focus of a documentary upon which I am currently researching.
I am interested in hearing from anyone who has had experience with the site or Magdeson, either positive or negative. We originally started this project last year, but paused to await the outcome of several suits against Magdeson.
Any information would be helpful. Please contact Pete at RORdoc@hush.com or connect with us on facebook:

I have a business friend that has been adversely affected by ripoffreports from a partner who lied. Daniel Tzvetkoff is a well-known sham businessman who has been has several criminal allegations against him and he is still able to post false ripoff reports. See:

and
http://www.goldcoast.com.au/article/2009/07/16/98451_gold-coast-news.html
When people like this are able to post reports to the world then it really puts the credibility of sites like ripoffreport.com in question and makes us all vulnerable to damaging, unsupported rantings.

There are numerous consumer sites, not just complaint forums mind you, that allow for reviews. As a consumer, one should have the right to express their experience with a seller or a business. It is the responsibility of a "potential" consumer to do the legwork and research the seller or company's reputation.
They can do this numerous ways...BBB, any licensing board governing that business in the state from which they operate, etc.
Why are sites like amazon, mysimon, ebay, and so forth NOT criticized for allowing negative reviews from consumers? Wouldn't negative comments posted on these sites also be considered libel?
The reality, as far as I'm concerned (and as a business owner myself, ) is that if a seller or company doesn't have anything to hide then it should have documentation to support any claim made against them. The same holds true for the buyer. Unfortunately, the internet leaves both parties exposed to the other's claims. That is the nature of the beast. HOWEVER, without a forum where consumers can post their concerns, experiences and monetary losses at the hands of a company, the list of victims would only continue to grow while the company in question has nothing to fear!
It wasn't long ago that I had to FIGHT to post a negative review on site for a seller. The site's policy gave us BOTH two weeks to submit documentation to support our claims. While they investigated the matter, the seller TORE ME APART on this very site qne continued to do business. However, as soon as the site they advertised on agreed with me and allowed the negative review to be posted, the seller MIRACULOUSLY disappeared! So did her advertising page! Not the actions of a reputable business owner, I'd say.
Had I NOT been able to plea my case on such forums as this or supply the documentation to support my case with the website the seller used, DOZENS of lives might have been destroyed. And yes, I mean lives. Those of sick puppies and the families that would have unknowingly bought them.
Conversely? Had I followed my own advice and digged a little deeper (found this website earlier, ) I would have NEVER done business with this person.
Free speech...both ways! |
