I also got taken in by this scam. I was looking for something to give me energy and the weight loss part just was an added bonus.Trial usually means there's something else attached but I couldn't find it. If you clicked on the "terms and agreements" you were redirected to a website advertising domain names. After disputing it with my credit card co and finally with my state's attorney's office I finally got all my money back. End of story - NO!!! 6mos. Later I am once again being billed for this stuff and now they are using a different name and telling me I ordered it. According to the credit card co. if you dispute it for as no product delivered they can then debit the merchant for the product amount AND a $50 fee. This can also follow you to a new credit card account so closing it does no good. You just have to keep disputing the charges and supposedly they will eventually get tired of the return fees.
