Unauthorized deduction of money

The company Ringtimes, deducted $19.99 directly from my prepaid phone. I do not recall ordering any such ringtime service at any time. Yet the money was taken anyway. Now I wouldn't even mind the payment so much, If I had at least got something for it . Needless to say; no money and no ringtones. These people should not be able to continue to get away with this.

I have been charged $19.95 per month for something I did not order and do not even know how they got my phone number. I called my phone service and they took the amount off of my bill that month, but the following month it was charged to me again.
