Ringostation.com CREDIT CARD

I andre gaines worked from 10pm to 5am and a text came in saying that 18.94was taken from me by a website that im not even a member of dont how they did but ima need them to put my hard earned money back where they took it from. And nobody has my card im the only one that can authorize it and i did not authorize this charge.

Unable to cancel contract or contact company by phone, email or letter. This company fraud. Would like to know what more I can do to expose this kind of business.

I just got done activating my rebate debit card and went on line to set up my account and saw a charge for $17.98 from Ring O Station. I have no clue who this is. I called the number it sent me to their website but can't send email keeps showing error. How do I get my money back. I called the card company and they said I have to go through Ring O Station

Ringostation.com I was ripped off

i was mislead. i saw two ringtone options that i liked and decided to purchase. an hour later i checked the balance on my mastercard and there was 17.00 taken by ringostation.com. I have emailed them at least 5 times asking very politely to refund my card, but, they would email me back and tell me there was confusion and my subscription has been cancelled. i just want my money back. I know it may not be alot to you but its alot to me . Thank you very much

Ringostation.com cant cancel order

they are charging my account $17.94 to be able to download music and wallpapers to your phone, so far i have not been able to download anything but thay are taking money out of my account and i am not able to cancel out my order with them because they dont provide you with any information to cancel your order. if you call them you only talk to a machine and it is very brief and hangs up. I think this is a scam once you in you cant get out!

I thought I canceled this item off, I don't use this product and now I look up out of the blue I have a deduction on my debit card, I want to cancel ASAP and I want my money put back on my card now !

I tried to download ringtones and it wouldn't work. Now ringostation put a restriction on my credit card. I'm extremely upset about this. I will never again use that website and I'll tell people how they screw you.

Ringostation.com cannot cancel my subscription

I've tried to cancel my subscription a bunch of time toc give you directions how to do it and it just won't go through. keep taking me back to the page even after I sign in and put in my password and there's no option to cancel.

To anyone out there who does not have ringo on your phone good for you stay away from them they are nothing but a bunch of theiving scammers who rip people off by not allowing you to cancel your subscription what a bunch of fuking ###! Try to cancel subscription with 15 minutes. Web browers would not work to send emal to stop my payment.

I received an email on 02/20/2016 saying that I had opened an account with Ringostation and wallpaper on the internet. I haven't subscribed to this and haven't even agreed to anything.. They gave me a password and it is 3465. Please take my name or any of my info off this because I haven't authorized anything or given my info to anyone associated with this account.

Check this out. I HAVE NEVER DONE BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY BUT SOMEHOW, THEY MANAGED TO PUT A FRAUD ALERT ON MY ACCOUNT AND I WAS UNABLE TU USE MY DEBIT CARD. I AM GLAD YOU ALL POSTED YOUR COMMENTS BECAUSE I CANCELLED MY CARD AND ORDERED ANOTHER ONE. Please help me $17.94 is a lot of money for me have tried to email right after sign up to cancel.
What kind of company does this to other people? Now I am having to cancel my card, so no other charges will be taken out. All I wanted was a ring tone, and what I got was a rip off. And still never got my ring tone. Its sad that this is how a company makes their money, ripping off people. Please do not be fooled like myself and others have been.

Cancel my subscription! I was charged 17.99 for intitial cost for service, now its 9.99 I have sent an email right after sign up and they emailed back stating they had updated my acct. I have pd with my credit card and now, I can't even contact them or login it will not go thru. please help! Tammy this is a bogus website be aware.

please help me! I'm 54 years old and $17.94 is a lot of money for me! I have tried and my

I just want to let all you other people that have been ripped off known what I have done I contacted my card carrier and was told I had to wait five days until after the transaction was completed and to call back and they would help me file a dispute to get my money back and to stop them from taking any money out of my account in the future. Hope this helps the rest of you get your money back as well!
