My 12 year old had a free ringtone deal pop up. My two kids went into the site on 11-25 to check it out. They canceled out of the site when they found out it carried a 9.99 fee. When the 9.99 showed up on my alltel bill as third party billing I called alltel who couldn't remove the fee and they suggested calling ringaza. They told me even though my kids logged in and out they could still charge me a subscription fee of 9.99. If they are receiving ten dollars per child who looks into this so called free sight. I feel that this is A TOTAL SCAM!

I was also recieving annoying text messages from 757-14 everyday at 5pm about hip hop stuff, which I did not subscribe to. I tried the responding as suggested with STOP, but they never stopped. In fact, I never seemed to get any response to any text message sent to 757-14. So, I went to the Ringaza.com website and tried to log in. My phone number was not recognized as registered. I went to their FAQ page and found the "How to unsubscribe" line. It also suggested: You may cancel a subscription using your phone. Send the keyword STOP to 75714 and then follow the instructions for unsubscribing. Alternatively, you can go to our Contact Us page. Well, as this had not worked previously, I went to Contact Us. It asked for the cell phone number and e-mail address. My number was recognized and being subscribed to some hip hop news service. I selected unsubscribe and entered. Within 1 minute I recieved a text message on my phone from 757-14 stating that I was unsubscribed effective immediately. So far so good... GOOD LUCK

Got charged for SMS services from 757-14 and 372-15 which I don't subscribe, $9.99/month each. Called Verizon wireless to dispute and they said they would credit me back. Also sent "STOP" text messages to both and got immediate response saying my subscriptions have been cancelled. Have to check next month's bill to say if charge stopped or not. They are definitely scams.

I just went there and selected "Unsubscribe" from the drop-down menu. I got a confirmation text message LOL stating that I have been unsubscribed for something I never subscribed to.

Your mobile # has been unsubscribed as of October 14, 2008 @ 10:39 PM. You will not receive any more charges going forward.

We have sent you a confirmation (SMS) text message. Thank you for being our customer.
