unaproved service charge

I was charged 9.99 from ringaza alerts on my alltel bill. I did not request any service from this company nor did i ok them to bill me or my service provider for anything.
This company hit my T-Mobile account the same way. There should be some kind of posting on their website that says you will charged $9.99. This truly sucks. I would love to have others know ahead of time before falling into this TRAP.
I actually signed up for the ringtones then discovered that I was unable to download the ringtones. Below is the information from the website to remove the service from your phone.

My alltel bill was also charged the 9.99. They could not refund but gave me a toll free number I called and they would not refund the 9.99 but she cancelled the service. There was no way I subscribed to this and was told by alltel it may have been thru a text message which I do not open either. They should not be allowed to do this.
The same thing happened to me but i got charged $20. $9.99 for some text club alert and 9.99 for music alerts. I never signed up for it. What is worse is that i had to research who was charging me. Alltel couldn't tell me the company's name. This is ridiculous.
i did not sign . but your not even in my phone stop billing me at 6.99 a month cancel asap
