I built a new house, and a Rheem heat pump was installed. In the first two years the system failed nine times. They finally installed a new unit that has failed 7 times in the last two years. Avoid this company at all costs. They build poorly designed products, and their company rep's are only familiar with the "current band aid to solve a problem. AVIOD RHEEM!!!
