I found an updated phone number for ResV Pure at [protected] When I talked to the customer rep I kept a level head and they were helpful enough. I got my order canceled. I also found out you can cancel at resvpure.com

I also suggest making sure you have the right company, or checking if you are receiving products from multiple companies. It’s a frustrating waste of time to call one company, spend all that time trying to figure out your problem only to find out you have the wrong people. It’s also frustrating canceling for one product, then receiving more of another product because you didn’t realize you signed up for multiple company’s products.

resV pure Unauthorized charges

I requested the free trial bottle of the ResV Pure product. I read the site thoroughly. I had already been taken in this manner previously with Acai Berry so made certain that I read all. A payment of $85.xx was deducted from my account creating numerous overdrafts. I am unemployed and on unemployment paying most of my creditors $10.00 to $15.o0 per month as good faith and had just paid bills when they charged my account. I am now $243.xx overdrawn so when my unemployment check is auto deposited into my account, I'm just done. ResV Pure states that the notification of further charges to your account is on the page with the credit card information. If it is there now, it wasn't when I requested my free trial.

this month, may 2009, i saw dr. oz pitching resverol on a sidebar, clicked on it, watched some tv segments - barnara walters, etc - and agreed to pay shipping charges for a free sample. when it arrived my wife seemed interested so i went back out to what was a different ad and ordered her a free sample.
a few days later i get a bigger bottle of resV Pure. then she gets 2 bottles, RezV and resveratrol ultra, both full sized.
we check our credit card and find charges of $3.95 (expected) and $85.26! for resV pure and $5.95 (expected) and $87.13 and $89.99 !
reading the other complaints i can see i'm in for a long hassle trying to get my money back.

If you read the terms and conditions you would have been aware of the automatic enrollment process if the product was not canceled during the free trial period. You can find this information at the website resvpure.com if you scroll down to the bottom, and click on the links. You will find that you can cancel online, find the telephone number for customer service, or read the terms and conditions you agreed to when ordering the trial product.

resV pure Credit Card Charges

On May 17 2009 ordered sample bottle of resV Pure, for which I
authorized a charge of $3.58 for shipping & handling. Several days
later I recieved the bottle. On May 17 2009 my credit card account
was charged $85.26 for product I did not recieve, and did not authorize
the charge. The phone no. listed on the credit card statement was not
correct, the help name listed on the bottle is not on the net. I got a correct no. from Bank of America. I contacted the company and
cancelled but they refused to credit my credit card account, saying I
did not cancel within 10 days. Was not aware of any 10 day time
span nor was I given any. Sounds like a scam to me. May have to turn
this over to the Mo. Att. Gen. office. Thanx, Ken

resV pure Unauthorized charge to debit card

Help is here - I have refund info from VISA. I ordered 3 "free" samples (pay only shipping charges) of ResV Pure, Green Tea Extract and VAS Acai On May26, 2009. On Saturday, June 6, I noticed a pending debit card charge for $85.26 dated June 5. I immediately called my bank and was transferred to VISA, I explained that I never authorized this charge and the young lady at my bank's VISA said "no problem" - it's pending, so it won't be charged to your account. Guess what? It was charged against my account on Monday, 6/8. After spending about an hour on the phone here's what I learned:

You have to have your VISA/Mastercard, whomever, do the calling. I'm not getting an immediate credit (I am, however, changing banks this afternoon). They will obtain cancellation numbers for your "contracts" as well as a 14-digit RMA (return merchandise authorization?) which must be included on the outside of the returned product and the inside. The return address for ResV Pure is: 224 South Main St., Suite 400, Springfield, UT 84663

I have to do this by July 6 in order to cancel my "authorizations" and I'll be able to get my money back - What do you think my chances are of getting a $85.26 refund? Anyone?

Unfortunately, I didn't read your post before ordering it myself. I am so angry and feel scammed by this company. They read me the terms of the 10days and if I had called 2 days earlier I wouldn't have the charge $85.26. I have only the trial bottle and out $85.26. If I called 2 days earlier, I would still have the remainder of the trial bottle and just be out the shipping and handling. I will definitely never order online again and not take any of Oprahs recommendations.

resV pure undisclosed ingredients

For a little more than $10 I can buy a month's supply of Resveratrol 100mg tablets. ResV Pure sells a concoction containing 40mg of Resveratrol along with 120 mg of Caffeine Anhydrous (an appetite supressant) for $85 per month! A total ripoff! I am disgusted that Dr. Oz and Barbara Walters are peddling this stuff. The company practices an extremely deceptive way of marketing by placing the terms and conditions in small print and you have to very carefully read it to understand that you will be automatically billed the $85 when you think you are paying $3.58 for shipping for a free sample. The ingredients are difficult to find on the website and I would have never ordered it if I'd known what is in it. In fact, I have not opened it. I'm the fool - the experience cost me $85! Shame on Dr. Oz. Shame on Rachel Ray. Shame on Barbara Walters.

Unfortunately scams like this are all over the place. To make matters worse, these companies only pretend that Barbara Walters and Dr. Oz endorse them.

In fact neither actually do and I believe I read that Dr. Oz is in the process of suing them over using his name in this disgusting manner.

Please don't let this ruin resveratrol for you, there are a lot of reputable companies that make it and its really great stuff. Try buying it from trusted retailers like vitamin shoppe and vitamin world.

resV pure rip off

Ordered my "free bottle" for $3.58 and it was delivered 10 days later Tried it and it made me sick so I cancelled immediately and I was charged another $85.26. When I went to complain I was told that if I had read the terms and conditions I would have seen that I had 10 days from the time I ordered to cancel. I said I would call my bank and have them charged back and the customer service agent told me to go ahead and try. Well when I called my bank they said there was nothing they could do. What a scam...

Why didn't you ask for the address from the company when you called them instead of a message board?

I decided to call the number provided on television for a free trial of ResVPure for the shipping charges. I agreed to those terms only, however, your company took the liberty of charging my checking account an additional $87, of which was not authorized, which caused an overdraft in my account of $233. I contacted your company [protected]) of which a representative pointed out that had I read the terms and conditions, I would have fully understood. I was also informed that another bottle was on its way in the mail and that I could return (once again at my expense of the shipping charges) both bottles to the address listed on the package and the full amount of both bottles would be refunded back to my account. He also offered to send an email as a confirmation of my call - of which I never received. Due to not receiving the email and the deceiving advertisement, I began to feel quite uncomfortable with returning both bottles via USPS.

I explained to the representative, I had opened the first and only bottle expected to receive to try the product, however, after taking just one pill, I became very ill, resulting in being hospitalized for 3 days. At this cost, I am truly ready to return and be reimbursed in full for not one but both bottles of ResVPure. Since taking this product, I have now acquired a stomach problem which I am now under the care of a physician.

According to your website listed under www.complaintsboard.com, it is written, " In the event a consumer failed to read the terms of the program ... for any reason, the consumer can simply return the product, in accordance with the posted return policy, for a full refund-no questions asked!"

Since my initial order request, I have closed my account, therefore, I am requesting a check be issued in the full amount be mailed to the address listed above.

Hence, I would like to return both boths, however, I would like to confirm the return address to assure receipt of the product. Therefore, I am requested a return response, which can be sent to my email address in order to do so. My email address, as listed above is dustbuggy@hotmail.com.

Thank you in advance and look forward to your expediting my request as fast as you expedited my account.

I bought my pills online as well and they over charged me because I suppose I didn't read the fine print... and I cancelled it... They then proceeded to charge me another $191.00 afterwards and they didn't give me a confirmation number to tell my credit card company so I couldn't be reimbursed. I'm still fighting with them to get my account cancelled and I have to call the UK ( I live in Canada ) in order to talk to anyone about this problem. Also if you e-mail them they automatically send back an e-mail with two phone numbers on it. Both are located in the UK. I'm mortified that companies like this make their living off of screwing over the common man. I work hard for my money and the last thing I want is another grubby little hand in my pocket trying to siphon every last dime they can out of me. Depending on what happens with this, I may just swear off online purchasing completely because you don't know who is straight and who is crooked. All you see is the screen... No facial or body language to assess and online scammers make they're money off of gullible people like myself.

I also was charged $3.99 for 7 day trial. The product was delivered 10 days from when order was placed. I read info on bottle and checked with my doctor and was told due to a heart condition not to take it. I contacted the Co. and was told the fee of $85.99 will not be refunded but that I had to exchange it for a suplimental shake. I said NO I want my money back and they refused. By the way I was sent two orders at the same time and charged twice.

resV pure Chareges & shipment of unorder product

I clicked on a ad appearing on my e-mail web site and was taken to the resV Pure site where I could order a sample of resV Pure for the shipping charges. I aggreed to only those terms, but was later billed and sent more product, which I can't even use because I take medications. I believe this company engages in fraud. They claimed that I agreeded to this shipment, but they are completely mistaken. I agreed to the shipment charges only. They also told me that I only had 10 days in which to cancel and those 10 days had passed. But I was adamant, and the representative finally gave me a cancellation number after i had told him I had already contacted my credit card.

I clicked on their ad and ordered a trial bottle of Resvatrol. They billed my bank card for more than $100 instead of a $9.99. They have also billed me for a skin product that I NEVER ordered. I have been debited on my bank card and I cannot reach the company, as their number is ALWAYS busy!
This is a true scam and they should be shut down.
