Complaint Posted : 6-2-2014

No communication from the company since September 2013; calls are not returned; I paid them $5400 and I'm still paying maintenance fees. I paid $5400.00 in advance to have the company transfer my timeshare points. The company was very communicative at the beginning of the process, but after September I haven't heard from anyone.

Over 2 years have passed! I would like a full refund of $4000.00 I received a mailer and decided to do business with this company. When I spoke to them over the phone they requested I send necessary documents including the deed...I have been trying to get answeres from this company for over 2 years with no luck.

Consumer states your company falsely misrepresented your services. Consumer seeks a refund of $2, 800.00 or remove the timeshare off their hands as promised. Consumers paid $2, 800.00 to your company on Sept. 13, 2013 by check to take their timeshare off their hands. Consumer verified their name is still listed as owners of the timeshare they believe your company has not fulfilled your promise. Consumers have called your company on a weekly basis for status of the timeshare and cannot get through to a live representative. Consumers leave several messages with no return calls.

I gave Timeshare Relief over 4k last February. Now I have no deeds to the intervals, and I am receiving maintenance bills. They have not responded to registered mail and I would be willing to participate in a class action suit if there is interest.

I'd very much want to participate in a CLASS ACTION SUIT against Timeshare Relief as well. They are scummy crooks who took $3200 from me back in 2006 and still have not transfered my timeshare. I still get the maint fees and they dodge my calls. I wish I could afford an atty. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

We just talked with a consultant from timeshare relief, inc. -Eric Malloch and he asked us to pay $3995 to get us out of our contract. We are so desperate to get out of this mess-timeshare, they seemed to have compassion to help us. Is this the right thing to do? Our maintenance fees are getting higher each year.

I definitely would not work with Timeshare Relief after they took my $3500 and then never transferred the Timeshare. It was sent to another comany TCS Timeshare Closing Service out of Florida and between the tow companies I have been getting the runaround for over 18 months and I AM STILL THE OWNER AND PAYING THE FEES. They took my money, never provided service and are just moving on to their next victim. STAY AWAY FROM TIMESHARE RELIEF!

This is a SCAM that invites timeshare owners to "eliminate maintenence fees" then try's to sale a "timeshare transfer" for $4000.
This company has changed DBA business names many times over the past 10 years to hide it's fruadulent past.
The same supervisors "Eric Malloch, Chuck Garcia, Craig Allen / Craig Willems, Brian Walsh, ect. and the same sales people have been trained to SCAM elderly timeshare owners.
