I have been going back in forth with this company for weeks. I ordered a Timberland Watch from there site which showed available but a week later to find out that the watch wasn't available. I asked if they had the watch in a different color and said no so I asked for my money back. They have sent me 4 other emails after trying to get me to select some other watches I'm not interested in. I have requested my money back at least 4 times. Simply will not honor the customer. Now taking legal actions.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I have purchased a number of watches, Only one works reasonably but not the automatic winding function so I have to wind it. Otherwise its a nice watch. That was a copy of an Omega. Another Rolex has stopped after 6 months. Two others was useless with buttons that did not work and which only looks good but were entirely non functional. I sent both of them back and with tracking found they had been received, They guaranteed that my money had been refunded even giving me so called deposit numbers. Lies. I had a credit card claw back which was successful. These replicas are very expensive copies. High prices in US$ thus encouraging a feeling of assumed quality. You can do better actually buying used originals for many 2atches, or other copies on Ebay. I think Idol Watches must have deteriorated as a friend of mine who recommended them swears by them.. STAY AWAY !
Gang of scammers and smugglers Idolwatches. It’s a waste of time and money. Their watches are bad copies. Very low quality and get broken with in a week.

I purchased a gents replica rolex rose gold watch in early May 2012, this company sent one to me that was not working at all, after meny emails they said i should send it back to them, then after meny more emails they would send me a nice one very soon, it is now the 29th June 2012 and still on word from them, they do not now answer at all, I would like to warn all people to have nothing to do with this company who takes your money then gives you nothing in return.
