Web order of replacement sofa cushions
Replace my cushions appears to be a fake scam company. I placed an order online for cushions to replace my old This End Up cushions. Previously, upon my request, the company had mailed me fabric samples successfully. But, after ordering my actual cushions around 3/10/2021, I never got any cushions and now it's 4/23/2021. I first got suspicious when Joyce from the company emailed me after my order, asking if I wanted to pay more for a protection plan for my cushions. I said no. But, this implies that if I had not responded, my order would not have proceeded at all. End result: I believe it never proceeded anyway. I've got no product by mail, and no further response. The only good side is that my card also hasn't been billed.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

Response: We never charge until we are ready to ship an order.
We have no idea who you are. But, we will pay you twice the amount of your order to know who you are, so we can look up your order to see what your are referring to.

armrest cushion covers
Wrong size. I called and specifically told Mark from replace my cushions the brand and what i needed. He was adamant to get my payment but the addressed it was sent to was wrong too. I called him back to fix that but still UPS sent it to the wrong address that was a whole other issue... only after they took my money they disappeared. I was told everything would be taken care of but they don't respond anymore.

We do not charge until after your order has been shipped and we were glad to correct your address for you allowing UPS to make your delivery. Please write me at joyce@replacemycushions.com. We will refund your purchase and send you "WoodsEnd" arm pads at no charge.

Seller diddle-daddle about my request, but does nothing
Don’t deal with the seller from the company www.replacemycushions.com. I called them and asked if they could replace cushions. The seller replied that “yes” and after that he promise to call me back, but I waited couple of days and no one contacted me. I called them again and hear only fake promises and excuses. Blah-blah, it was only waste of time and nothing more. Stay away from them and post comments if you have the same problems with this seller. Not recommended website and seller.

I think the advertising is deceitful.
I ordered 2 sets (4 cushions) of the comfy cushions as seen on the TV commercial. I found out that the process and handling fee for each item cushion was $19.95($19.95 x 4) only after the purchase was made. That brought up the total cost tremendously. I am trying my best to cancel my order by phone and on the website, but cannot succeed in doing so. I think the advertising is deceitful.

High prices, unorganized staff, and spam twice a week even after requesting many times I do not wish to receive future emails
Here's an example, sent photos, spoke on phone twice, 3 emails and told I would receive the quote I requested, 3 weeks later they lost all information regarding it, sent info again, waited and they forget they even spoke to me.
This comment/complaint is not about replacemycushions.com. Replace My Cushions is a different company entirely. It sells replacement cushions and covers for Crate style furniture. This complaint is about a company/ product called Comfy Cushion http://www.asseenontv.com/forever-comfy-cushion. Replacemycushions.com is not related to this company in any way, shape or form. The individual making the complaint mistakenly used the wrong web address when writing the complaint.

Two years ago, we got a set of new cushions for a couch, a love seat, and an armchair. Everything came through. Everything looked and felt great, and we are still very happy. The service was spectacular. We had been very anxious about purchasing from a company that we did not know, but we were pleased with the swatches and the helpful customer service (even at night on the weekend!), so we decided to take a risk and order just one set of cushions for an armchair to begin with. When the set arrived, we were so happy that we ordered the rest of the cushions in matching fabrics. Now, all three old pieces of This End Up furniture from 1990s look wonderful again and are set up in our living room. The negative review above does not reflect our experiences at all. We strongly recommend this business.
The guy at the top is typical of what online sales people have to deal with because he could have just call and asked about his order before posting. What an idiot.
I recently had custom replacement cushions made for a vintage wicker sofa. I was completely satisfied with the service I received from Replace My Cushions. Their prices were competitive, they did not charge my card until my order was completed and on the way. Shipping was included in the price of the cushions. Cushions and covers were made to my specifications. Communication was very good and customer service was outstanding.
