I contacted Rep for Vets to discuss an appeal to the Veterans Administration. I was told that I would be contacted for information on my denial of claim. They never contacted me. If you want real service find another law firm, Rep for Vets will not help. I found other lawyers eager to look at my case. I received prompt responses after emailing my request for help. Not asking for a win, just asking for someone to look into my case. If Rep for Vets cannot respond at all what kind of service do you really think you are going to get from these lawyers?

I just called Rep for vets for the first time today, in addition to being rude, the woman who answered my call hung up in the middle of the call after telling me they only do appeals ... I had seen the commercials and there is no way I would use their services ( of which I still don't know what they do besides appeals if claim is denied. Horrible customer service !

Wow... they took my case in 2012 and after being denied 3 times and the case going to D.C. the decision came and it was crazy. These people showed no confirmation of me being in the National Guard or any medical records of me getting hurt for the claim I filed. None of my Active Duty Army medical records were submitted. I was diagnosed with Ptsd by several doctors, even an outside mental health doctor from the VA and still denied. I had surgery on my right knee that I hurt in the National Guard while on active status and no medical records were provided. I have tried contacting them to see about an appeal and why they didn't submit these documents and no response. What a joke but I know God will guide and provide for me

We submitted my husband's 'case' in June, never heard a word and finally after several calls a 'caseworker' called back with a bunch of additional questions. That was in early October and we were told we'd hear from them within 2 weeks. Never heard a word! Tried to call them but both the 1-800-number as well as the local number are not answered at all! Wonder if they went out of business!
