My link to Pogo.com (games website) changed it's look, drastically, and I found that it was now listing me as a non-member (have been one since 2003).

Figured that my automatic renewal was screwed up when my credit info was stolen and the card linked to the auto-renewal didn't process (something I certainly didn't think about at the time the card was taken).

So...I renewed my account (they had al of my personal info (ie screen name, password, etc) intact, and readily took my new credit info. End of problem, right?

Wrong!! All of the tokens, purchases for my "mini", etc. are GONE!

And, to make things worse, I can't seem to get a link for a contact as everything EA has must be linked with a specific game/program.

Any suggestions?

but you are butting your head against a brick wall.

best to let all of your friends boycott them as i have done.

when EA first started years ago, they were a great company, no they are just a bunch of thieves.

A year ago, I bought my best friend and roomate a 1 month club pogo subscription. We had a fight and he moved out. Then the next month pogo automatically charged my credit card for a renewal of his subscription, and then 2 days later, he bought $5 worth of gems because my credit card information was still saved in his account. I emailed pogo asking for help to no avail. So i got a phone number off the site and called them and the customer service rep refunded the money for his second month and gave me twice the gems be bought with my credit card information for free.

3 months ago, I broke up with my fiancee and moved in with my parents and for some reason, the 2 $20 downloadable games I had paid for a year ago wouldn't download to my Mom's computer and after 2 weeks of working with pogo via email, they finally decided they had exhausted all of their efforts so they gave me 6 months of club pogo for free instead. To, me that was better. All of my favorite games on the site were club pogo only and i was very satisfied.

So my suggestion is to call them and make sure they know how much you love the site and that you know they will solve the problem because you've heard only good things about their customer service. With that, there's no way they'll let you walk away unsatisfied.

They've never not made me happy in my 10 years of being a member.
