Renewal problems!

I tried to renew my dishtv subscription for VC No. 01501257594 using www.dishtv.in and ITZ dishtv cash cards worth Rs. 600. After entering the cash card details I got the message that transaction has failed. But upon checking the ITZ website I discovered that already payment has been made to DISHTV B2C. But my account does not show the 600 Rs. amount added to the balance.

I also had the same problem. I made payment through my credit card. But the transaction failed. I tried couple of times on different days. Each time I ended up with the same thing. Finally I made the payment by going to the dealer.

When I got my credit card statement I was for a surprise. All the transactions showed up there. When I called up the bank they asked me to contact the vendor. So I talked to the DishTv. I got the amount credited back to my account in couple of days. All ends well!

I think the problem was because of the ICICI Payseal website that processed my credit card transaction.
Next time I am not taking chances I will make payment through the dealer.

We are based in Kabul and our access to ESPN and STAR CRICKET is denied so we are not able to watch Twenty -20 cricket.

I have paid Rs.4990 to my dish TV vendor on 16apr.08. The vendor activated the connection on the same day.I had filled the form and gave it to my vendor which is having VC No.01505415127.After 7 days my TV Screen shows the message Call dish TV customer care no.But when I contacted customer care I came to know that I have been not registered yet and my vendor is telling he has already completed the whole procedure.Please guide me what I can do now?
