I work for Reliant Vision Group and personally think that the Company is great to work for. They started my GC filing from day one as agreed upon. I feel that Sandeep works for the consultants and provides quick response to any issues. He works closely with the HR and other departments to make sure issues are rectified as soon as possible. At least that's what I have noticed so far.
How much they paid you for publishing this.
Literally they are cheap mentality people.
HR got no power and involvement in paychecks and the troubles produced by the President/owner to employees and if nothing goes as you agree with the person who you spoke initially.
For every concerns you will have to go through a single person who bears all the Titles: Director, Co-founder, President, CEO.
Worst treatment, no less than harassment.

I have been working for reliant from past 4 years and I never had any issues nor any of our colleagues here at reliant has any issues. On time salary and they stand on there words and reliant is an organization where there are different departments. please dont pass on negativity and every year company organizes holiday party with all employees and families. @sunny god bless you
Reliant vision is one of the fraud company where it takes money from the H1b aspirants and gives false promise. Arun metta with many other HR members of this company play this game. They take the money in the beginning of the year for the H1b process and declare the candidate is selected in lottery process and make you waiting till October .At the end, close the show saying it's denied . In the whole game, there is no receipt of USCIS and when the candidate asks for it, they say company policy, cannot share.
Arun metta played the same shameful game for 2018 h1b.H e took the money in the beginning and. Declared at the end denied.No physical proof of selection.
I have all the proofs of money transfer and phone call recordings and the proofs of calling and email conversations with the HR group and Arun metta.These will be submitted to ReportH1BAbuse@uscis.dhs.gov and other channels of USICS. Good that I'm in US for my other assignment and can help USICS if they need any other info.
My only advise to this companies HR group and Arun Metta- there are lots of opportunity to make money and heel your greedy desires but don't get into cheap way in cheating the aspirants hard earned money.

1) We have never had any candidate by the name of Trishi Pandey in our organization
2) None of the resumes are submitted to Sandeep ( CEO ) of the company. All the profiles are dealt by the HR team
3) The math that the candidate mentioned itself is incorrect .
4) We can provide the attested copy of the list of consultants who worked for us to substantiate this claim of Trisha
5) We are taking legal action against the person who has posted this incorrect post to try to spoil our image in the market.
6) A court notice will be sent to resolve this claim for both Nadeem & Trishi Pandey
