Reliance Communications hp laptop, microsoft.

I have brought a HP Laptop from Reliance Digital, Vashi on 29th Jan, 2016.

Purchased Microsoft office 365 from the same store on same date.

The service people at store has taken my MS office key, and my outlook ID and password, even though I have 2 months of free subscription of MS Office with HP laptop. Knowing they activated MS office 365 with out my knowledge.

I came to know about this after 2 months, when my free subscription of MS office over and I could not able to work on MS Word, Power point etc.

When tried to activate the MS office 365 on 26th April, 2016; I got the message like "Your Outlook has been inactivated due to unauthorized email has been send from your out look" & "MS office 365 key has been activated from 2nd Feb, 2016".

I have given the outlook ID and password to service people at Reliance Digital; Since the process of backing up the Windows takes a long time but Service people at Reliance Digital misused the MS office key and my outlook password.I have lost 2 months of MS office subscription and doubt that there must have some unauthorized e mails has been send from my outlook account.

Service people at Reliance Digital are not trust worthy.

Reliance Communications internet and calling issue to the long time

Maine 14 April ko compliant ki thi internet issue ki jissme mere paas massage aaya tha ki 72 hours main problem solve ho jayegi but meri problem abhi tak solve nahi hui hai . jab meri problem solve nahi
hui to phir maine aaj 20 april ko phir call kiya jisme first attempt pe meri call disconnect kar di gayi second attempt pe meri call senior ke paas transfer hui to mujhe bataya gaya ki calling solution 27th tak ho jayega and internet problem ka solution jaldi hi ho jayega lakin kab tak ho jayega ye nahi bataya gaya mujhe bola gaya jaldi hi ho jayega . Sir aap mujhe batao ki kab tak solution hoga agar time lagega solution main to mere plan ka kiya hoga kaise net use karun aur kaise call karun m and phir network busy likh aaya aur call disconnect ho gayi . maine phir call kiya lakin usmain to bilkul alag hi jankari mili mujhe mujhe bola gaya ki 14th april ko aapki koi compliant hi nahi h aaj hi dali gayi h aap three days wait kar lo aur sabse badi baat ye h system kisi ladke ka tha aur bol rahi thi ladki wo kabhi bolti karti hun check aur phir bola karta hun check jab maine name puchha to baat ko ghumane lagi wo aur call disconnect kar diya gaya . Sir m ye janna chahata hun ki mujhe ye problem kyon ho rahi h agar ye problem aise hi rahi to phir plan ka kiya hoga mere bill to same hi banega na kuchh less to nahi hoga usme sir meri problem ka solution kijiyega aap . Reliance Communications balance deduction

Sir,
I m prepaid mobile user of reliance, my number is [protected], recently (20.04.2016) my account was deducted with 50 rs. This is the third time happening in my mobile...regarding this I have called customer care today & they are telling that I have called a international call to Zimbabwe. So only its deducted... Such thing not happened in my Mobile... There is no number in my dialed list also...there are not answering properly on this issue...please escalate this issue & kindly refund my deduction... Kindly action it immediately sir...expecting some positive results here atleast...

Reliance Communications network problem

Hi sir/madam since I'm using dis reliance sim from last 9yrs I dint got any problem till nw but I'm problem now on network when ever I come out of my home den I hav to go to sim setting nd den choose. For network & that too I will get only 2 to 3pts nd wen i will b at home it shows nothing when I see in sim setting it shows sim not found dis problem in facing frm last 4months I had spoken to reliance customer but & given 2times complaint still I dint got network, Dey were saying its ur handset problem how it is possible & near by their are reliance network users Dey r also not getting d network I request u to check d problem near my location

Reliance Communications no internet networks

Dear Sir,
My no. is [protected] (Aghwanpur, Aanshik Moradabad, Dist. Moradabad, U.P. west) i m using my sim from last one year and till 29th of February i had no problem related to internet, but from 1st March i had recharged 248/- rs pack of unlimited internet and from that time i m not able to connect to internet, i also complaint two times and complaint no.s given to me are [protected] on 7th of march & [protected] on 14th of march, but no response shown by reliance communication and still i am not able to connect to internet, customer care representatives told me that there are no internet network available on my number that's why i am facing this problem and they people will do something within three days but nothing is done by them till now. so if you are not able to do anything then refund my money of Rs 248/- in to my account because i have been already waste my 17 days of recharge period.

Reliance Communications fraud by reliance number distribuitor

Hi,

One of reliance distributor (named Rajan no. - [protected]) has made a fraud by taking Rs.1000 as security deposit. I have posted my issue in 1 month back, and reliance took action against the distributor. The distributor called me and agreed to pay my security and he paid my security via cheque and asked me to message that I don't have any issue in future. But he again made a fraud and after 10 days the cheque status is rejected and I am feeling helpless. Please take a strong action again the distributor, attaching the receipt of connection and Rs.1000 security. My reliance number is - [protected]. So please let me knonw if I have to register FIR against the distributor or go in consumer court?

Reliance Communications fraudulent calls from my registered #

Due to inability of reliance global call to protect their systems, someone has hacked into my account, and have made fradulent calls that reliance's systems were unable to catch.

Calls were made from same number at same time to different destinations. How is that even possible?

Look at the example highlighted calls in the attachment, they are made at same time and also other calls overlap each other.

Same thing happened to me as well yesterday. Reliance call log shows that the call is made from my phone but i did not make any calls from my phone.For the verification sake i can also provide the tmobile call logs which can show that i never called the reliance global call access number. I am now fearful of using reliance global call. I have sent a mail to customercare but have not received any response yet.

Reliance Communications deduction

I have recharged my mob. No. +[protected] on 20-02-2016 as per bonus data offer for rs.93 with 28 days validity. But on the same day my data balance became zero and also deduction in my balance. So, as per my telephonic conversation with customer executive he accepted my complaint with sr. No. [protected] and sr. No. [protected]. But till date I have got no response. Even on the mob. No. Customer care service is blocked by them. If they attend my call then they told there is technical problem and recall after 2 hours. But after 2 hours, customer care service is blocked on my number. So, to whom I complaint and who can resolve my complaint.

Reliance Communications Fraudulent - reliance netconnect plus termination of services

My reliance net connect plus number is [protected]. I called customer service to terminate my account. At first they said, the account will be suspended and after 15 days it will be terminated.

I spoke to customer service again to make sure that my service will be terminated. The lady I spoke to assured that the service will be terminated if I make the payment. I asked her name and any documentation/reference number, she only told her name.

Finally I agreed to the lady and made the payment on the same date believing her words that my service is getting terminated as soon as I make the payment.

Now I see a new bill generated for this month. Which is totally unacceptable, now I came to know that Reliance customer service gave me all false promises. Totally untrustworthy customer service.

I need some help here because I cannot believe Reliance customer service words anymore.

Reliance Communications gsm sim service

On 21st feb 2016 mob no [protected] a value added service is activated on my this no without my consent and Rs 8 is deducted from my account from that day i try to contacting the costumer care on no 198 but i am unable to contact with them continuously from that day till 25th of feb. so i call to customer care bt they deny to refund my deducted amount so thats why i forward this complaint to you. I want you tell you that your customer care service is very poor your representatives cannot give solution properly to us and if this type of service is continue from your end then i am unable to continue your service then i have to choose another service because of your this type of services so please give reply and result of this mail

Reliance Communications sim card portability

Dear Reliance Communication Team,

I have applied for port from idea to reliance with mobile no. [protected] on dated 08th Feb 2016. On 10th Feb 2016 I have received only verification call from reliance but till date portability process was not yet done & my idea SIM card was deactivated.

In portability process my outgoing & incoming call are stopped last to days it is a very lengthy process. Request you to please stop the portability process on urgent basis.

Today, 10 days later, I have received Reliance SIM card & i called for activation on 5909, they said according to your electricity bill address was mismatch but actually i was not submitted electricity bill as a proof or photo id. me submit Aadhaar card as a photo id & proof.

Reliance Are messing with me, with the document. I do not want to stay active with Reliance Communications.I turn on my old idea of ​​the numbers at any cost

Reliance Communications Unauthorized bill charges

Hi, I was using Reliance Netconnect+ a couple of months back and I'm not using it now. I've planned to disconnect the service as I've been provided with Airtel 4G dongle from my office. My Reliance Datacard number is [protected]. When I decided to disconnect the service I had called the reliance customer care to cancel my subscription which the representative didn't acknowledge. He kept asking why you wanna disconnect multiple times (Don't I have the right to disconnect a service which I'm not using it). First and formost thing, it is very difficult to get hold of the customer care at any point of time, be it day or evening or even midnight. All it says is you need to wait for 5mnts for a representative to attend the call and it takes over 30 to 40mnts everytime. I had spoken to 3 representatives asking them to disconnect the service and they acknowledged my request. However, I'm getting the monthly bills as usual for a connection which I'm not using. This is absolutely ridiculous. please disconnect my datacard and I'm not gonna pay a single penny. If you want you can check my call records in the service desk as how many times I've called and reported the issue. My datacard number is [protected]

Reliance Communications Unauthorized charges

I was using Reliance Netconnect plus datacard a couple of months back and am not using it anymore. I had been paying the monthly bills correctly and recently planned to disconnect the service as I am offered with another one from my office. My datacard number is [protected]. I would say that Reliance customer care is the worst that I've come across ever. Why would it take so much time for them to disconnect their service which we are not willing to continue ? Don't I have the right to do it ? I have called their CC multiple times to disconnect and have never been able to do it. It takes 30mnts to reach a representative( all the times, am not sure if they really work or not ), if at all they pick, they never speak anything and we are forced to disconnect the call by ourself. I've stopped using the connection and am still getting the monthly bills. I'm not gonna pay a single penny for a service which I've not used. Please help me disconnect by service. Once again let me put my datacard number here...it is [protected].

Reliance Communications poor network and bad customer care

I am a customer of reliance cdma number, my number does not have signal most of the times, and even if it has ; i cant get through the calls. since last 1 month i have tried contacting the customer care number, which disconnects itself after 1 min (untill i reach to the stage of talking to the customer care agent) not once byt many times. after that i thought of porting the number to airtel. Airtel customer care agents were of great help and within 4-5 days completed their process and still my number was ported because reliance had generated a bill. ( a number cant be ported untill the dues are clear) i decided to visit the reliance office in noida as i live in Noida only. 2 of the addresses given on their website were invalid. i finally went to the 3rd address which is in sector 61 2nd floor. There they refused to help and said we dont know anything about this please contact the customer care number (which i never get through) i shared the same and they said we dont have any other number. I tried chatting with them on web, they said there is no office in noida. why are the customers not updated about all this? its been 2 weeks now since ive given the request to port the number and there is no acceleration of the same, neither i can get through calls. also i dropped a mail on the provided customer care email id on their website, they never called back and replied to the mail that they had called and the customer care number would be working post 8th January... which hasnt happened till date.

Reliance Communications rent for space provided

We have not received rent of Rs.500 per month since january 2014 to december 2015 24 months Rs.12000/- receivable from M/s.Reliance communication Limited. The great Mr.Anil Ambani family unable to meet our small rent receivable from them for last 2 years. The officials insulting the Great Anil Ambani family and their richness. None of the official respond for our communication. Reliance Communications postpaid bill

I got a post paid connection with FWP 199 plan in which they stated at the time of getting this plan that reliance to reliance is completely free for life time but to my surprise in bill period from 22-10-2015 to 21-11-2015 the plan has been changed without any intimation, and when contacted customer care they are stating that they cannot change the bill since the plan has been removed and regarding no intimation you have to contact reliance ada.com. Please give a solution whether how we can pay the bill if they change plans with out intimating.

Reliance Communications worst services

My Reliance mobile number is [protected]. I am a customer of Reliance Communications from 20th Jan., 2015. From the beginning automatically from my account amount has been charged for VAS (Value Added Services) activation but I never activated any VAS manually and every time I called the customer care for deactivating all the VAS and start Do Not Disturb (DND) service. Every time they assured it will deactivated or I’m deactivating all the services and no services will be activated in your account. And after some days automatically VAS are activated. This is happening from last ten months (till today). Recently they are giving some service request numbers like [protected], [protected]. But also automatically VAS are activating. I am getting worst services from reliance communication. Can you tell me what the resolution is?

I want to terminate my cdma sim no.[protected], ple tearminate my number... Dear sir maine apka connection ka use bhi nahi kiya fir bhi mujse forced karke apki company ke thourgh mujse 935 rs..
