We have reliance broadbrand connection in our Office in Chandigarh. My complaint is about the Broadbrand service given by reliance. I m sorry to say that your service is very-2 bad.We have pay our bill always in time.But this time bill hasn't come to us. As this connection is for the company so without sending bill i couldn't deposit the amount.Even by making so many calls to customer care & personally visit to reliance office,they didn't give us bill of July'07.The last date was crossed on dt.23.08.07. & on dt.28.08.07 they have disconnected our services. But the next day i have deposit cash.Now today is 31.08.07 but still our services have not activated. We have suffered very huge loss because of this.Instead we have made 100 calls to customer care but every time their answer was ur complaint is on process. It is very horrible. I had never thought such a worst service from reliance. It is very shameful!!!
