Reliance has again stood up to its bad name. I am reliance wi-max customer since last 4 months, n faced tremendous amount of problems. I had took connection because of expectation that i can get better services, but it was totally opposite. A long chain of events starting from getting connection which took 15 days of frequent recall(answer was sudden surge in demand, so no equipments available). After getting connection, it was frequent dis connection then once get connected, speed was very slow (was getting at max 80 kbps for connection of 300kbps). Then after 3 months, i could not access service at all, it was showing unidentified network. customer care service is more worst than that, after calling for 4 times they connected me to technical dept, which could not solve my problem but promised to send a engineer (so called) to check it. After 2 days that guy (i wont call him even engineer) came, n couldn't understood the problem, so went back after promising that he will comeback after 3 days. he came back on 4 th day... did something (donno what) went to see receiver (antena) on terrace and told that he is going to see the "tower". He went n after that he never returned. After frequent call to call center the standard reply was it will start with in 24 hours. But those 24 hours never ended. When i asked to connect to some senior person in call center, they put me on hold, n in rage i hold the call for 56 min, i called again after my patience gave up the call went to some new person getting same reply, again asked to connect to some manager... same thing happened... call on hold for an hour... i again called customer support n this time challenged that poor call center guy to connect me to manager... but that manager didn't had guts or courage to speak to customer. Since 11 days i m suffering from the connection still no action has been taken. This is worst anybody can offer to its customer.

I have requested all those who are even thinking of taking reliance broadband connection to please please resist yourself from getting mentally harassed.

My acc no [protected]. I have cleared all bills and the service was discontinued in Mar 2013.still am getting letters frm legal dept asking to pay 1017.have provided all proof of the bills paid .still am getting notice from legal dept. Kindly look into the matter and resolve all this.

i got my mobile recharged with Rs.599 pack which offers R-Reliance unlimited calls for 4000 minutes and it is valid for 28 days. but after the recharge it is showing insufficient balance to call on any number and even i am unable to talk to customer care as it is saying that i am not authorized to talk. Please help me into this whole matter as i successfully recharged my mobile with the 599 pack but still i am unable to avail the service being provided in this pack.

I am a professional journalist using the services of reliance communication fixed line phone. My land line no is [protected] is out of order for last three days and even after several reminder and complaints nothing has happened so far. This number was installed to me four months back but from the day one this phone instruments as well as the line was disturbed. I had make so many call and complaints about it but the company never heed to the consumer wooes. I had regular to the pay the bill which I was supposed not to as this phone number is giving trouble from the day one the services of the company is nil/poor in this area. In these circumstance company should compensate the harassment made to the consumer.

I HAVE TAKEN AN BROAD BAND INTERNET CONNECTION OF RELAIANCE COMMUNICATIONS AND DUE TO INSUFFICIENT SERVICES IN PROVIDING THE INTERNET, I WAS NOT HAPPY AND i HAVE COMPLAINED TO THE CUSTOMER CARE THEY HAVE TAKEN TIME FOR RESUMING THE NET AND AS SUCH i SUFFERED A LOT DUE TO THEIR ADMANT AND IRREGULAR & IRRESPONSIBLE SERVICE. I COULD UTILIZED THE NET ONLY TEN DAYS OUT OF ONE MONTH. FURTHER DUE TO TECHINICAL IRRESPONSIBIITY, MY COMPUTER MOTHER BOARD WAS DAMAGED.
WHEN I REQUESTED THE CUSTOMER CARE TO DISCONNECT THE CONNECTION THEY GAVE ME THE ID NOS AND WHEN I ASKED THE LOCAL CUSTOMER CARE, THEY DID NOT TAKEN BACK THE INSTRUMENTS THEY ARE NOT INCLINED TO DO SO AND MORE OVER DEMANDING TO PAY THE AMOUNT WITHOUT DEDUCTING THE CHARGES OF THE INSTRUMENTS.

Sub: personal details being misused for internet use

I hs, age 50, residing at the above address, have on the 2nd of september 2008 applied for a reliance broadband connection based on advertisements that were being circulated. The following events have taken place which give doubts to the fact that something is amiss and could be part of a deeper conspiracy.

• i was visited by mr. Sujay ingle, sales executive, reliance communication ltd on 5th september 2008, with the application form for the installation
• i have completed the form and issued cheque number 040497 dated 05.09.08 drawn on axis bank, hadapsar for rs.562.00, towards installation charges
• i was issued a receipt for the same bearing number [protected]
• the connection was promised to me within 48 hours of the address verification taking place
• the address verification has taken place at 03:00 pm in the afternoon on 05.09.08

I was informed by my friends that the service provided by reliance communications ltd was not reliable and have on the 8th of september contacted mr sujal ingle about cancelling my application. Mr ingle, has at that time suggested that i stop the cheque that i had issued to them.

I have on the 9th of september issued a stop payment order to my bankers, for which i have an acknowledgement in my possession.

The connection was never installed at my place and i confirm that no person from reliance communications ltd paid me a visit after the 5th of september.

I have on the 4th of october 2008 received a bill from reliance communications ltd, which shows that a connection has been installed in my name and is being used by a person not known to me. The internet line has been active since 11th september 2008 and as per the bill issued to me the account was in use until 17.09.08.

I have this morning, called reliance communications ltd at 12:10 pm in the afternoon and spoken to my devendra pagare asking about the account. As mr pagare was unable to provide proper answers i have asked for the supervisor who was not available for 19 minutes. I was then told that the supervisors would call me back as i informed them that i would be reporting the matter to the police.

I have not received any call from reliance communications ltd.

I have again called reliance communications ltd at 06:49 pm and spoken to mr. Sachin prasad about the issue. I was again on hold for 12 minutes before i was told that the matter had been sorted out and the account terminated. I was not provided any date of termination of the account.

With the recent spate of cyber crimes that have been taking place and the fact that internet accounts have been hacked by terrorists, it is a matter of concern that such an act can be carried out with impunity and the service providers have no clue as to the person who is doing this.

My concern is that the usage of the connection may have been used for activities that may have been normal or criminal. As a person who does not want to side with criminals i am reporting the matter to your offices for appropriate action.

SIr I live in an area called Gandhi Nagar Near Redhills(Near Puzhal). Here i'm getting low speed... Max Speed is only 500 kbps and download rate is only 30kbps. sometimes only 18kbps. So i request u too take required steps to improve speed in our area by 3G towers or something like that... Hope You will respond to my complaint. Thank You

Dear Reliance Communication,

This is a complaint from the no. [protected] that i had offered an scheme from reliance communication for 24yrs completion that change from prepaid to postpaid which i had accepted. They had came to our house taken all documents necessary with cash of Rs. 450/- on 7/5/2010 & had also came for verification on 8/5/2010 but still my no. has not transferred to postpaid.
After knowing the process for my no. in web world it shows payment pending. After calling for the respective person Mr. Ravi of your agency at kandiwali namely Swyam Enterprise for 2 time he is just ignoring my call & even the office staff.
Please take effective decision as early as possible. For your ready reference my receipt no is [protected].

My self a reliance mobile user. I want to disconnect the line, i mean i want to surrender the line. I had taken the mobile from Kankurgachi Reliance Web World, Kolkata (Westbengal). When i went to the same Webworld on 10.08.2007 the customer care dept. told that you have to move to Ultadanga Reliance to disconnect your line. Then i went to the given Ultadanga Reliance, the customer care told that you have to come on Monday 13.08.2007. My complain is that if i want to disconnect the line on 10.08.2007. Then why the customer care told me that you have to come on 13.08.2007, because 11th is the billing date of Reliance. And I'll be the loser because again the rental of Rs.400/- will be added to my bill. This is not any govt organization, still they are acting like govt. employees. This is a very bad mark to this company and if they will do like that then no one will take such a company's connection where there is no solve out of problem at the particular time.

myself sumit kumar,having relaince data card number [protected] .last three months i have been receiving another bill of data card number [protected] ,which i never purchased.i have already made complaint vide complaint number [protected],[protected],[protected] and personaly visited nearest webworld i.e vinay technology,pokhran rd thane-w and registered my complaint and they assured me that all necessary steps would be taken .i have also asked them to show me application form and billl of datacard,so that i myself can authenticate ,but they hiven evasive answer.

Till today i am still receiving call from relaince regarding payment of datacard [protected] bill.

WHY YOU ARE CHEATING TO A PUBLIC. I durgeshkumar chavan a past customer of reliance communication land line from karad (Maharashtra state) My phone no. is [protected]. I disconnect above phone on 3rd March 2007 by paying all bills. At that time local company center told me that i will get refund of connection amount 1000.00 within 2 month. Till i not received the amount. Now local company's response is not positive. Also in march i paid additional amount of @ 150.00 as a bill.

I took a new postpaid connection from reliance web world in Ulhasnagar and i requested for a 299 plan to be activated on my number as my callings are only to reliance mobile numbers, but before the end of the first billing cycle my calls were barred as i have exceeded my credit limit and this happened since the Representative at Reliance Web World DID NOT FURNISH MY REQUEST AND THERE WAS NO PLAN ACTIVATED ON MY NUMBER and assuming that I can call RIM 2 RIM free 24 hrs, I used it to call on a local reliance mobile number. Now when i discussed this with the collector who called me to recover this bill amount of around Rs.1000, i clearly mentioned that i a, m not suppose to be charged this amount as the calls are made only to local reliance mobile numbers and if RELIANCE is charging me for this even when i request a RIM 2 RIM free plan than its nothing but a shameless ROBBERY because it was the Representative who confirmed the plan but actually he did not furnish my request. And now I am being threatened that a Collector would drop in at my place and I will be forced to pay this amount. I need JUSTICE ! I s anyone at reliance communication who can take control of the situation instead of making me a BILL DEFAULTER...

I would like to draw your kind attention to the following facts –

Mr.Deepak Agarwal has introduced himself as a Branch Manager, Reliance Infratel Ltd., B-17, Vishal Tower, Uttam Nagar, DistakCenter, New Delhi – 110084, Ph.No – [protected]/01. He has called on me in the month of May’11 and offered Reliance Network Mobile Tower Installation at my house.

I feel myself very much impressed with this offer and feel proud to be a partner of a reputed organisation.

Mr.Agarwal has asked me to send all the documents (photocopies) of ownership of house to his New Delhi address.After that Mr.Agarwal has sent us scan copies of the approval letter with case ID no. REL/GW9/67H. Photocopies are attached herewith . Now Mr.Agarwal has asked me to deposit Rs. 25, 000/- to Mr. Vishal Lot at Punjab National Bank a/c no. [protected] at NangloiBranch, N.Delhi – 110041 for registration and Rs. One Lakh towards Insurance purpose. So I have deposited the said amount.

Now I am not getting any reply and not able to contact with Mr.Agarwal e-mail: reliance.gahlot@gmail.com.

On 21 june, 2007 a authorized staff charged rs.500 as rent on use of there computer in broadband webworld other than usage charges.they are taking unfair charges from there customers every time. I have a bill dated 21-06-2007 as charges(rent) rs.500/-on opening www.coaljunction.com page. The staff was all very harsh and ill mannered.

I have registered complant no. [protected] dated 6.8.09 in reliance broadband compny... My complanit is regarding my internet bill.
my Reliannce Id is : [protected].
This month i received my bill worth Rs. 5603.14.. I shocked when i received my bill.
i m using reliance internet from last almost 2 to 3 year.my everage bill is 800 to 1000/- rs. I m not using internet from last 2 months thats why i changed my internet plan from 750 to 50.
I never loged on last month from my wired internet. still i received this much bill. i doubt that somebody
"HACKED" my account. So i m requesting u to lookafter this matter. this is very big amount for me. i m very regular bill payer.
u can see my record.
please send me a daily record of internet usage also. I know that i never used this much
kindly solve this problem ASAP.

[protected] change in prepaid .I have request last four month but till date no change my no in prepaid.and send my email add. a new bill but i have not used mobile four month. Date 22/05/2011 i have reciived call Mr.Mohammad Aslam Kande frm customer care exut he talk to me there is no policy of company your security amt adjust in dues bill. but many times jhansi office and exut. talk to me your security amt adjust in your bill when you convert post to prepaid.but last approx.18 month your office close in jhansi there is no reliance office in jhansi.Many customer facing payment bill & dues problem there is customer care to help customer.

I have also facing many problem regarding this no. plz solve my problem.

plz ajust my security amt my dues any inform my dues bill so we pay and convert no.[protected] in prepaid.

1. I am having a broadband and internet connection for past 1 yr with subscriber no: and account no . My connection stopped working on 16 th Nov 2011 for which I made a complaint on 17 th Nov 2011 and I was promised a rectification within 48hrs. I kept waiting till four days, neither the problem got rectified nor anyone turned back to me to atleast inform me the delay.
2. Nevertheless, after five days I again called up the customer care where I was given a fresh ETR of four working days. I again waited and still nothing happened. Then finally I called up the Nodal Office of Pune and had a conversation with your employee Ms Preeti Chabaria who again made a fake promise of rectification within four days. I again waited and still nothing happened nor anyone turned up to tell me the reason of delay, so after four days I called up the nodal office again and had a word with your employee Mr Santosh who finally told me the reason of delay which was very lame and unconvincing and again a fake promise of escalation of the issue from nodal office was made.
3. This sob story continued till 12th Dec 2011 when the problem was finally rectified.So if you actually look at the dates it took 26 days for a company like reliance to rectify a problem.
4. I am writing you to ask after this episode how can I trust your service and the word of your employees sitting at such senior appointments such as nodal officers. Please tell me why I should not take a connection of some other company such as TATA INDICOM or BSNL.Also tell me why I should pay the bill for these 26 days and on what ground I should clear any bill since the phone is still having disturbance and I have lost trust in your service.
5. I personally feel that I have been fooled and your company has made a mockery of the name reliance and the trust I had in your company.I have been badly misled by your employees who just kept sleeping over it and rolling it over to technical team or rapid solution team ignoring the fact that all the teams come under a single name RELIANCE and the customer cannot chase every team for a problem.
6. With this mail I atleast expect a prompt and convincing reply from your side else all the best to you as I ll switch over to some other service provider. I have tried to show you a mirror of your employees and their dedication towards the problem of their customers.

this is nitish joshi, from bangalore.I have just purchased new broadband plus on 3rd of this month.but my servuces got terminated coz i havn't deposited the security, now i have deposited it and still my service is not activated.even i had already told u my problem and u are also find unable to sort it out.
Now i want to surrender my data card and want my money back because i am fed up of your services.

The company installed a wired broadband connection of Rs.450/month unlimited usage scheme at my office at 31, Jalaram Chambers (1st floor), Jalaram Rd, Karelibaug, Vadodara 390018 on 20th of April 2011. I paid advance three months charges of Rs.1350/- for the same. The connection is hardly 15 days old such that any question of outstanding unpaid bill does not arise. I was given user id No.[protected]. Surprisingly my service has been barred. I have made a number of calls to their call center No.[protected] as well as [protected]. They admit that the service has been wrongly barred and it will be restored the same evening. This has been going on every day for the past ten days. Even today a lady responded saying she referred to her senior and the senior asked her to tell me that the service would be restored today. The company is not allowing the customer to do his day-to-day duties and with the denial of service is causing torture and tension. The customer is on the brink of resorting to the Consumer Court with evidendence of a dozen aggrieved customers in his circle.

They just dont bother to provide u services in case u call rcare there people refuse to lodge a complaint . i m having problems of connectivity .all my calls r futile no one more they have banned my customer account number without which i can not lodge a complaint on net .

I HAD BROAD BAND CONNECTION FROM R.COM. SINCE LAST FIVE MONTHS PHONE IS NOT WORKING, ALWAYS MY MONEY IS CREDIT IN THEIR ACCOUNT. NOW LOCAL MAN WANTS SOME MONEY TO START LAND LONE CONNECTION, WHAT IS THE REASON IS THIS IS BRIBE OR ANY THING ELSE.MANY TIMES COMPLAINTS ON THEIR SITE BUT ALL IN VAIN. BOTH THE BROTHERS ARE ONLY LOOKING THEIR PROFIT MARGIN BUT SERVIE IS VERY VERY POOR. THE MANAGEMENT IS TOTALLY IS THE HANDS OF OTHERS WHO NEVER CARE FOR THE USERS. Regarding your current mail about excess bill amount____________

I have already spoken to your customet care (*355), yesterday at 15:54 hrs, call duration 29:07 mins.

Wherein Mr. Hriday attended my problem and assured me that no discontinuationn os service will take place. He advised me to go to the Reliance Web World and ask them to correct my netconnect plan. Which has been changed by some mistake from your end only. Originally my plan stands to be the RNCUNLTD_750, which is active on my datacard no. from 21-08-2009.

Therefore I am supposed to pay only 827.25 plus any SMS or Phone Calls if I make.

I have paid my last bill on 20th Mar 2009, b4 the schedule.

I have also visited the reliance Web World @ Ram Lal Chownk Panipat yesterday i.e. 30th evening. Where I was told that my plan will be changed, as they have noted my complaint in the register with them.

Further for your & your seniors kind attention, you people are harassing me like this from feb. 2009 continuosly. This is the fourth incident in total. Every time you people are doing "###", and generating wrong bills.

For which u r making me to:- 1) suffer for disconnection of service every now and then. 2) Loss of work. 3) Mental harassment. 4) Talking to your "STUPID, NONSENSE" customer care for several hours. 5) Even I have been forced to pay the wrongly genertaed bills; I did so, to restore my service at earliest. 6) Later that money have not been refunded to me till date, despite requests made on customer care and at Reliance Web World.

I am sorry to say, enough is enough. Now I am in no mood to suffer for your crazy mistakes. If you are not correcting your mistakes yourself, BE READY TO FACE THE EQUAL PROBLEM IN THE COURT OF LAW. And consider this as a first non-leagal notice to you.

AGAIN NEARLY 24 HRS ARE OVER, AND I AM SURE YOUR RELIANCE WEB WORLD HAS NOT ACTED ON MY COMPLAINT SO FAR. Because, I have not received the confirmation message on my computer so far,

reliance broadband connection was installed at my residence 103 bda coloney near rajiv rosery lalghati bhopal madhya pradesh bhopal the user ID [protected]. From 2 May 2012 the broadband was not working. I made complaint on toll free no. [protected] on 2nd May and again on 9th May the person attending complaint said that there are some technical disturbance in lalghati area it will take some time to start your broadband. Again on 15th May complaint was made this time they have given me complaint no. [protected] and assured to start broadband. But this services is not started till date. However billing is regularly being done but I have not paid anything sofar. Now the company people threatening to my daughter over her mobile no. [protected] for making payment in whose name the connection was taken. Today again one phone call made to her mobile no. [protected] for making payment. In this connection it is requested to give me proper guidance as to how and for what purpose I should pay bill when the company fails to provide me broadband services. (Santosh Balmik Mobile no. I am using Reliance GSM Prepaid Card. on dated 25.10.2010 about 6.20 am I received sms from company that from their no. 51234 that Rs. 19.50 has been deducted from my balance of Rs. 26/- for sms 1ps. for 15 days.
It is a clear case of cheating with the customer.When I called customer care, person was not able to satisfy with the reply and transfered the line to executive . Reader wil surprise to learn that executive himmself not replied in proper way and disconnected the line and not registered the complaint.
If company is running in the loss they should close down the business they should not cheat the consumer in such a way.
I hereby request the Authority to look in to the matter and restore my balance .

I have terminated my post paid connection no. [protected] on 27th Jan'2010 and till date I have not received my security refund of 3600 INR.
Several visits to Reliance Web World Sec 18, Noida and numerous emails to customer service have failed to provide any satisfactory responce. Their usual reply is --- It is under process .
To top it all, Reliance Web World Sec-18 has refused to even acknowledge this is in writing that my refund claim is under process as of todays date.
This is extremely unprofessional on part of a Big Corporate company and very disappointing for a customer who stood with them for years.
Only one word comes to my mind for such practises ------MAAFIA

On 19th May, suddenly my connection numbered : [protected] was cut. i could not figure out what the problem and i tried
to lodge a complaint in the customer care they too didnt help me.the last weak i went to a relainace out-let at
marianidrive (Ernakulam) for done my payment, and i request to change my connection in zero rental...now i understand that
the your Reliance people wrongly taken my complaint, they created a Termination Requeste..
why your people cutting my connection without any information..?
This is a very sorry face that reliance is putting up.

I was great fan of reliance but today i will not recommend any body to go for relinace mobile or netconnect card.

i have recharged with rs123(internet pack) in my no.[protected]. insteed of internet pack my balance is deducted whenever i am recharging my no. . i have called customer care many times but they are not resolving my complains. please resolve my complain as soon as possible.

We used Reliance Broadband for our DSL internet service. Sometime around Aug 2007 we upgraded our account to get faster speeds. Instead of simply changing the account, they created a new account but did not bother terminating the old account. So as a result we appeared twice in their records all though we had just one DSL connection. We brought this to their attention but they kept billing us for both accounts (for 3 months). We filed an official complaint with them but to no avail. Reliance is awful with customer support but great at sales calls. Our accounts person accidentally paid one of the extra bills. So we brought this to their attention. And instead of getting a refund, what do we get? Yes, you guessed it, another bill. How infuriating can they get? If I don't get my refund, I'm going to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum.

I have PrePaid Reliance no. I Recharge with Reliance to reliance ALL india free tariff card of 496 Rs. Then to fill my main balance i talk to agent he told me 98 rs talk time will not effect my Reliance to Reliance free calling Card. So i recharge it either that card now after a day i found that my balance is Nill and i am not able to use my free calling card as well, when i put this matter in front of Coustomercare they talk very rudely and put every fault on my account. I don't know what to do...

I loss my Rs 750 because of this!

Dear All,
My internet has stopped working Since September and i stay on Bandstand, Bandra West, Mumbai . I have been complaining to them since september 2014 but all they said fibre cut and then from december now they are saying no fibre cut every time i call to complain they said 24 hours i have been calling them every day please some 1 complain to their superior . They only call me for the bill and i payed the bill for all 3 internets even though it was not working because they said or then your account becomes inactive i have no clue what to do i am tired . I always like reliance internet but sometimes they just don't know how to treat customers .Please help me out now they tell me my complain no is shut and new complaint no is on etc i don't have a clue when it will start . Been 3 months and counting

It’s really sad to write this mail after suffering last 3 months without having internet connection. I have talked and emailed to customer care executives, supervisors and the appellate authority team in every possible way with no resolution at all. My internet connection is dead for almost last 3 months.

Complain Number: Many complains raised for this single issue and all are closed with no solution.

Being a customer, We expect a proper customer service and we want to be convinced by your team that problem will be solved within a proper time-frame.

The customer care team including the escalation team and the supervisors DO NOT have to courtesy towards the customer to give a proper resolution. They always say it will be solved "as soon as possible" and they say "we will escalate the issue on priority basis"...

I have been hearing the same thing every other day since I have raised the complain.

I want a solution within 24 hours and if you cannot kindly PAY US BACK my money and my loss. I will look for alternate solution.

It’s useless to have a customer care service which doesn't care for customers.
