Immediately stop caller tune reliance in the phone No. 9314560869 because it is cheatingly included on this phone. A message run tune is sent to me and accidently select button pressed against the cancel button. Now stop the caller tune and do not charge any charges.

my complane is that i want to closed my callertune in my phone ...number is 03533205155 ..so pls as soon as possible cosed my callertune or activate ( ganesh arti ) so pls pls rply me and msg to my number 03533205155 ok ...

For me, feedback from friends becoming true about relinace net card billing charges.

I got the bill with following item added

Callertune rental rate plan 100 - Rs.30/-

which I never subscribed !

I called customer care and talked with customer service reprentative and their superviser (dt:26/07/2008, Mr. Mohan, Mr.Vashim and Superwiser Hasina).
Response is "you only activated". I don't understand now a days everyone carrying Cell phone who will go for this kind of caller tune (CT)

Can you give me proof for activation from myside?
Response : NO

Should I get any SMS or email that I have subcribed to CT and Charges will be so and so?
Response : NO

At least they should have asked which CT I want

Is this a way to get more money from Customers?
