Reliance is a nuisance. I have two Reliance Prepaid Nos. Reliance does give calling at low rates but its services are nuisance. They will activate different services on our mobile like "My Music Station", "Devotional SMS" etc. without our knowledge & deduct charges for the same every month. Every time we have to check for our balance to see if untoward balance has been deducted else these Reliance people will simply deduct money from our account. After complaining to customer care, it does gets refund after 2 days, but it really a harassment for customers. Surprisingly, this happens every month. So, we have to this every month. When we ask Reliance customer care, they simply say that it was done by their Server. Reliance service is totally worse.
