Awful plastic surgery job!

Dr. Elan Reisin performed breast reduction and liposuction on me and did a terrible job and refuse to correct his mistakes. My breast looks deformed. I can't even wear a bra. I have to wear a sports bra. He left black holes all over my body and tissue under my arms. He also left my breast and all areas that were liposuction uneven and deformed looking.

Stay away from him.

I had surgery with Elan Reisin - I had a breast augmentation and liposuction. It was a wonderful surgical experience. He is professional, respectful and talented. Both procedures came out beautifully. I would trust him with any one of my family members and i highly recommend him to anyone considering surgery. I find it very unlikely that he would refuse to fix something. He was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. I never once felt that i couldn't go to him for any issue. His staff was always prompt and pleasant to work with.

I have know both Dr. Elan Resin for over 20 years. He has always maintained a drive for perfection and is clearly a strong surgeon. I have only read your complaint and would have to say this is HIGHLY unlikely. Sounds more likely you did not follow post surgery instructions very well and expect him to fix your mistakes.

I highly disagree with any complaints regarding surgery with Dr. Elan Reisin. I had liposuction and breast augmentaion done with fantastic results! I had gained some weight recently and had a follow up consultation, and Dr. Reisin was very receptive and patient with my concerns. It made me feel better after I had spoken w/ Dr. Reisin, I think that keeping up with Follow up appointments is very beneficial and to keep up with a healthy diet and excercise to maitain the amazing results! The office, staff, and doctors were all friendly and respecful, I would highly recommed the practice to anyone seeking plastic surgery!

Dr. Elan Reisin is very professional and I have worked with him in the operating room. He is very responsive to patients concerns and I would reccomend my friends and family to him for his expertise and skill. He is defiantly a top choice if I were in the market for plastic surgery. His skill and technique are exceptional and I think that your complaint is unwarrented. Did you follow the post op instructions? This does not sound like Dr. Reisin to me. It sounds like someone that did not follow post op instructions.

I must disagree w/ any complaints for Dr. Elan Reisin. I had a breast reduction performed in Feb 2008 and it has only changed my life for the best. Dr. Reisin and his staff are among the best that I've ever gone to and heard of. His staff treated me w/ the most respect a Surgeons office can give. They answered my questions, made me feel safe and made me look like the person that I always wanted to be. Perhaps u didn't follow the post surgery instructions. I highly doubt any negiligence on his part.

I completely disagree with this complaint. Patient satisfaction is one of the things Dr. Reisin strives for. There is no doubt in my mind that this patient did not follow her post-op instructions and/or may just have an inability to be statisfied.

I had liposuction done for my chest, stomach and flanks. It's been 2 months and I still have no feeling in my lower back and flanks. Total numbness. One side of my chest sags. There is literally very little difference from before the surgery. I returned to the doctor and he was not satisfied with the outcome. He suggested weightl loss before trying a revision. For the sum of over $7, 000.00, the outcome has been very disappointing. He should have suggested weight loss before going ahead with the surgery. There was no need for an after op photo. We're trying to work out some kind of solution. Be it monetary or further surgery. I do believe he intends on making it right.

I have had several surgeries with Dr. Elan Reisin and have received nothing but the best care, results and complete confidence in their entire staff. I am utterly surprised to hear someone unhappy with their results. I agree with the previous comments that you must not have followed the post-op instructions. I have sent my entire family to his office and not once have I heard a complaint.

I disagree with the comment. Dr. Reisin & his staff have been very supportive before and after the surgery. Last year, I had reduction surgery and follow up surgery. Dr. Reisin did an excellent job, very little discomfort and the appearance of the surgical area is very symmetrical. My other doctors also complimented his work as well.
