Billed my bank account for69.95 without proper authorization. You authorize 4.95 for mailing a tryout on their 30 bags of tea and 2 weeks later they milk your account for 69.95.

Was to pay only $4.95 for shipping for free trial of tea---they sent along a tube of sun tan lotion and billed me $19.95 for something I didn't order !!! What are my option's ?

My Daughter ordered a supply of this as well. The agreement was for $4.95. They just decucted $70.00 from Bank Account.

They will be receiving a letter from my Attorney, with a demand of a full refund.

If they fail to respond. I will follow up on the P.O Box account in person. They will be stopped.

Thanks to whomever posted the phone #. They had charged me $69.95 TWICE in a 20 day period. I have called the customer service number and they have refunded my second charge but will not refund the first because they say that if you do not return the "trial container" within 14 days you have to pay the $69.95 IN ADDITION to the first $4.95 you paid. I did not even receive the trial container for 5-7 days in the beginning. Beats me how they think you can TRY it and still get it back in 14 days! Very deceptive company!. The product is ok but not worth the money and shady business practices.

Same. Billed and Mastercard paid $19.95 for Sun Tan lotion I did not order that was delivered with the one month trial tea. Have the lotion. Guess whose face gets it smeared on? Hope there is Cancer involved.

I also signed up for the $4.95 free trial.. and received it along with tanning lotion, i knew nothing about. When I checked my my account I was charged the $20 for the tanning stuff. Whatever! And just a few short weeks later i was checking my account and there was a $69.87 charge on there, and 2 weeks later ANOTHER $69.87 charge. This is crap. Needless to say I have blocked my card & filed a report.

You can be refunded for the second shipment if you call cust. service @ 866-544-6590, and send the container back with the mailing label unopened with "REFUSED" written on it. they will refund you and you can ask to be taken out of the auto-mailing program.
definitely a shady system in the first place, esp. when you can't find the info to get out of the program. and way too expensive, you can pay for 2 months worth of a gym membership with the same amount as with one order of the tea, and i guarantee the gym will get you in shape faster.
